Life is overwhelming because of our feelings! We have thousands of feelings constantly bombarding us due to the way we think, to the expectations we have and others have, to the fear... here we go again with fear!
Fear of what? you are warriors, you have survived birth, which is your first traumatic experience, you have survived the fear of losing your mother, the billions of "no`s" you got through your childhood, the thousands of experiences through your confused teenage phase, you even survived through your failures on relationships! oh and you survived all the nonsense things you have done! you have survived all the terrible stuff you have eaten, the alcohol and the drugs...
So what are you afraid of? failure? phobias? lack of money? not being approved? not being loved? you got so far right? nothing of that killed you, and if it did so what? there is no death anyway...
The thing is to calm down and do things with ease! when your fearful thoughts come and your feelings start making you feel terrible, just see that you are alive, that all your parts are doing what they are supposed to do, which is to talk to you. Your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual are there trying to enhance a dialogue. you are out of balance - all your parts are telling you to STOP! so stop!
Identify what started that moment of fear, insecurity, pain, sadness... reverse the situation afterwards by choosing another line of vibration! what do you want? be well? so choose that! it is up to you really! the stepping out of a wrong perspective is a decision and to do so you need HOPE, TRUST, CONFIDENCE, LOVE - all that comes through an UPGRADE OF YOUR OWN CONSCIOUSNESS - that opportunity is given by a moment such a fearful/painful moments.
Until you believe you are in control of everything, until you feel grateful for all opportunities to shift your frequency specially what doesnt feel good, until you can do that shifting work each time it comes, until you know only you can do that work, until you believe you can do it, it keeps happening!
It is a matter of attitude towards yourself, acknowledging you are the miracle worker, the magician, the Merlin, the alchemist! Find inside the will, the strength, the trust and the love for yourself. At those moments calm down, talk to yourself, decide what you want and match that positive frequency by being on a higher vibration you were when you were caught by those negative emotions.
Everything is a process of self growth so take it easy but do not give up ever! Keep working with yourself by shifting constantly and know that every day, every situation is a mirror of your frequency and at the same time can teach you to grow in consciousness.
Do not let yourself be drawn by the environment because your future self has nothing to do with what you are seeing now. we have the wrong idea that if a situation is bad we have to change it through our actions. No! we have to change our frequency and do not focus on the negativity we are observing. there arent any eternal situations in all the different life time frames we can possible watch and live. So be a vessel for blessings and believe you can create anything you want.

OF COURSE, WHEN A BIG, SUDDEN PROBLEM COMES WHICH REQUIRES OUR PRIMARILY HUMAN INSTINCT TO ACT, IT WILL ACT! DO NOT WORRY WITH THAT BECAUSE THAT TOOL IS ALWAYS READY TO WORK! BUT USING IT TO PURSUIT OUR GOALS AND CONNECT WITH OTHER BEINGS IN A FALSE, SELFISH MODE IS NOT A HIGH VERSION OF ANYONE`S SELF.
HOWEVER THAT IS WHAT THE SYSTEM WANTS FROM YOU, FROM ME, FROM EVERY ONE! THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROMOTE PEACE, DIALOGUE, LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING! THEY WANT TO PROMOTE THE FATHER FIGURE OF THE SYSTEM, THE FATHER THAT WE RELY ON EACH TIME WE HAVE A PROBLEM, AN INSECURITY, AN ISSUE... BECAUSE PROBLEMS MAKE US SICK, DEPRESSED AND SCARED! AND WE GO TO THE DOCTOR, AND WE GO INTO OUR BOSS`OFFICE TO SHARE AND GET COMPASSIONATE WORDS, WE GO TO COURT TO FIGHT OUR NEIGHBORS AND FAMILY PROPERTIES AND WE PUT OUR CHILDREN IN SPECIAL SCHOOLS WITH SPECIAL TEACHERS THAT USE SPECIAL TECHNICS BECAUSE WE WEREN`T ABLE TO SHOW TRUTH , LOVE, CONFIDENCE, JOY AND FAITH IN OUR OWN HOUSE! TO OUR OWN LOVED ONES! HOW AMAZING THIS IS! HOW INCREDIBLE OUR LIVES WERE CONTROLLED!
BUT... NOW.... NOW WE ARE AWAKE! YES!!! AWAKE AND AWARE THAT EVERYTHING IS DONE BY US! WE ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING BECAUSE WE DID RELY ON THE FATHER, WE DID COLLABORATE WITH IT ALL... BECAUSE IT WAS EASY! WHAT WE DIDNT EXPECT IS THAT THE PRICE WE PAYED IN OUR HEARTS BY THAT ENERGETIC COVER UP OF OUR OWN LIVES AND RELATIONSHIPS WAS SO BIG THAT COULD DESTROY OUR SOUL! KILL ALL FAITH IN GOD! FILL WITH EMPTINESS ALL PARTS OF THE SELF WHICH SHOULD BE FULL OF VITAL ENERGY, OF LOVE, OF LIGHT, OF SOVEREIGNTY!
AFTER PAYING THE PRICE WE GET AWAKE, WE LOOK AT OUR PARENTS AND WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY KEEP DOING IT, HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO TRUST SUCH OLD TEACHINGS AND LIES.
NOW WE THINK WE HAVE CHANGED. BUT WE DIDNT. BECAUSE ALL OUR LIVES WE WERE BUILT AT OTHERS IMAGE AND THAT WASN`T OUR TRUE SELF. WAS JUST A FADE PICTURE OF THE ETERNAL MALFUNCTION SYSTEM WHICH WE AGREED TO BE PART ONLY FOR A BIT. WE ARE RETURNING TO THE TRUTH, THE SELF, THE UNIVERSAL BEING WE REALLY ARE. WE ARE THE FOUNDATION OF LOVE, THE SEED OF LIGHT AND THAT CAME TO LIFE AGAIN.
SO NOW WE ARE RELYING ON OUR TRUE HEARTS AND REGAINING THE COURAGE TO BE AND TO SHOW WHO WE REALLY ARE. THAT WAS ALWAYS WITHIN WAITING TO BE SHOWN. IT IS THE SUBLIME BEING. THE GOD-SELF.
EACH TIME YOU FEEL GUILTY OR BLAME YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU WERE, STOP! YOU LEARNED THE LESSON, YOU TOOK THE DECISION TO BE YOUR TRUE VERSION. THAT IS HARD ENOUGH IN A WORLD THAT IS STILL LEARNING AND MOVING TOWARDS THE LIGHT. JUST KEEP WORKING IN EACH NOW MOMENT TO BE THE BEST FOR YOU AND OTHERS. TO PROMOTE YOUR AND EVERYONE`S HIGHEST GOOD. WHAT WAS, WAS! NOW THE TIME IS FOR YOU TO LIVE AND TO DO SO THERE IS ONLY HERE AND NOW. BE LOVE, FEEL ONLY LOVE, AND GIVE ALWAYS LOVE.

To everything, there is the Light! ~ To everything, use light, BE the Light!
To all situations, even the ones you think cannot be solved, the solution is always,always light! Everyone, every being, everything... it does not matter the problem, the situation, the dark or the lack of love related to whatever... what matters is what we can do, show, feel and BE, and that must always reside with the positiveness of BEING, the AWARENESS OF THE GREAT CONSCIOUSNESS = LIGHT = THE HIGHEST OF EXISTENCE! One of the greatest goals of life on earth is to become our highest version, considering the conditions of life itself on the planet, and considering the strangeness of not knowing what and who we are when we begin this journey! There are 2 real energies working with life in a human form: first is the energy of life, what we think is out of our reach, decision, creation (this ultimately relates with the planet and the collective); the second aspect is your energy: meaning, what you do, feel, react, decide, confront, observe, become, etc, related to the first energy! WHAT IS LIFE and WHAT YOU DO WITH IT! my advise is you always remain in your own center, certain of your own principals; Of course, we do not always know what to do or what to think. In that case, we still remain in our own center, trusting our heart and focusing on the trust we feel of life, the creator energy, which is eternal, omnipresent, omniscient, ever present and which never let us down or alone! Train yourself to be this force, this inner strength that remains in existence always grounded and aware, always observing and finding solutions. Know this, there is nothing light won`t work out, nothing light cannot solve, nothing light leaves or abandon, nothing light won´t let keep walking, keep growing and improving... Light is the ultimate goal, the final frontier to all there is! Being present in existence is walking towards light, there is no other way. The simple fact that you want ascension, can only put you in the fastest path towards light. This seams a lonely path,a singular walk, a personal journey; But, and although that is what each of us does, this is all about a bigger singularity: the oneness. And what is that? is the simple walk of all that is, all consciousness, all beings, all things converging to the same road that leads to the great SUN, the existence itself, the great heart, the great light, the wisdom beyond all wisdom, the knowing, the SELF, from which we all came and to which we all go. So... everything you think is a personal, private problem or situation, know that, what ever you think is happening to you, is only your self growing towards the light. Put yourself always in that place of peace, assure yourself you are loved, trust you are never alone, find joy in life as it is a divine blessing, remember you have chosen this moment and love yourself unconditionally as life loves you.
Light is you being centered, grounded, connected to your highest; Light is knowing the answer always comes; Light is that feeling of knowing all without knowing a thing; Light is trust, confidence, love, calm, providence, connectedness with all, Light is the silent observer that holds what is needed for whom needs; Light is forgiveness, forever loveness, eternal life bearerness. Light allows love, for light is love in its purest form using life to be felt.

SO… LETS UNDERSTAND THIS A BIT MORE, SHALL WE? FIRST OF ALL, DO NOT COMPARE YOUR LIFE TO ANYONE ELSE! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT REALLY GOES ON OTHERS LIVES, YOU THINK YOU SEE IT BUT YOU DONT; SECOND YOUR LIFE HAS YOUR CONDITIONS, WHICH MAKE SPECIFIC THINGS TO BE HARD TO CHANGE AND YOUR FEARS, SPECIALLY YOUR FEARS, WHICH GIVE YOU THE IDEA THAT YOU CANNOT OVERCOME CERTAIN SITUATIONS, TAKE YOU TO FRUSTRATING MOMENTS. THOSE MOMENTS THAT YOU SAY TO YOURSELF: “I CANT DO IT!”… “THIS IS TO MUCH FOR ME!”… “IF ONLY I WAS YOUNGER!”… YOU KNOW… THAT BRAIN PATTERNS THAT YOU USE TO NOT LIVE!!!
BELIEVE IF I SAY THAT IF YOU IMPRINT IDEAS IN YOURSELF, IF YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN DO THOSE THINGS, IF YOU IMPRINT CONFIDENCE AND TRUST… YOU, ONE DAY YOU START SEEING OPPORTUNITIES THAT COME TO YOU… YOU, THEN, JUST NEED TO GRAB THEM! OR ONE DAY YOU JUST GET UP AND GET OUT OF THAT NEST YOU LIVE IN AND GO FOR SOMETHING… JUST GO FOR IT SOMEHOW, YOU JUST TELL YOURSELF: “THIS IS IT… I GO OUT AND TALK, AND CONNECT… AND SEE WHAT THE UNIVERSE HAS FOR ME…”
BUT… THE FIRST STEP TO MOVE ON TO THE FUTURE… IS TO ACCEPT YOURSELF EXACTLY AS YOU ARE IN THIS MOMENT! NOTHING CAN BE HEALED WITHOUT UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND LOVE. AND YOU NEED TO BE HEALED, BECAUSE EVERYTHING THAT CASTRATES YOU AND CONTROLS YOU ( EVEN IF YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS DOING IT TO YOURSELF) MAKES TRAUMAS AND WOUNDS.
WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND YOURSELF, YOU CAN REALLY START LOVING EVERY THING IN YOU. THEN YOU CAN HEAL AND MOVE ON. UNDERSTANDING THE FEARS AND RESTRICTIONS WE LIVE IN, AND THEN ACCEPT IT ALL IS THE FIRST STEP TO ALLOW US TO LIVE MORE.
SO… TAKE TIME TO SEE ALL THAT INSIDE, DO NOT RUN FROM IT. IS NOT GIVING ENERGY TO THE PAST, IS WANTING TO BE FREE FROM THE PAST. AND AS YOU SEE CLEAR EVERYTHING YOU BECOME FREE FROM THOSE CHAINS. YOUR LIFE IS LIKE A MOVIE, CHOOSE SOME FRAMES AND LOOK AT THEM WITH DIFFERENT EYES, EYES THAT LOOK FOR PEACE AND FULFILLMENT.
WHEN YOU DO THAT EXERCISE, FINISH BY PICKING GOOD MEMORIES AND MOMENTS THAT YOU ENJOYED. AND SAY TO YOURSELF TAT YOU ARE PREPARING SOME MORE GREAT MOMENTS FOR YOUR LIFE. INSPIRING THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS CREATE NEW BLESSINGS.
DONT TRY TO DO THINGS EXACTLY AS YOU SEE OTHERS DO. BE YOURSELF, LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS, NOT OTHERS NEEDS. FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION, THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED TO LISTEN.

So... how is the energy moving around and through us all... theres as wide range of energies right now, on the globe, with opposites and different aspects.
This is a planet of a thousand faces, this is what i see each day as i feel, watch, listen and touch... there are so many worlds here... did you noticed?!
And this month is heavy, i mean really heavy! not even 2011 or 2012 . not even 2015 and the whole 2016 so far matches all the energy facets we have in this November. And i keep saying: it is all about manifestation! You might ask, why does that makes this strange, confuse phase in the world? World manifestation is every one`s heart and mind bringing forth to reality whatever they have inside!
Get ready because this will keep going! Energies will intensify and love will manifest as well as everything else, so... matters to decide what do we want to manifest.
What i have been seeing is the ether around, full of waves swirling... how can i put it... i is like energies are everywhere, and in fact they are, at our disposal; But... as we are all very stressed, some happy and excited, some depressed, some in pain... and this is so heavy for everyone... energies are stressed also, confused as they do not really know where they need to be headed. I have been noticing even with my self, the difficulty to gather, collect, channel and direct energies to where i need to send them. And theres nothing wrong with me, im happy and living well... so, i can imagine what is like, at this moment not to be feeling well and happy.
The big majority of symptoms at this time are mainly:
Easily able to jump between sadness and joy, calm and harsh, love and anger.
The sense of not being here on this world, as if we are being able to jump between realities.
Physical pain, not only headaches but general muscle pain due to stress, anxiety and stress.
Tiredness.
Not being able to think well and focus.
Mandela affect.
At this phase we are being use a lot our physical body, in the sense of letting stress accumulate in it; we also have been using the brain a lot, the mental body, due to the energies we receive being so strong and demanding so much from us.
So is important to find ways to relax both the mental and the physical parts of ourselves. We do not want to run out our energies, focus, abilities and love... lets relax and do some sport, yoga, paint, walk outside... there are thousands of ways we can use to get balanced, so lets do it.
It is also vital that we remember we all desired ascension, movement and not stagnation. So there you have it! However do not tell me that you didnt expect negative events, because to change, to ascend humanity there isnt another way! If there is something the whole light-worker community has been saying for years, is that to change humanity it is expected negative events. And if we lose balance, if we stop centering, grounding and connecting with strong and divine energies, we cannot do our part!
the world is really changing my friends and you did it! You got this far, so keep walking. You have done a great journey so far. Do whatever you can do, but chose always the good, the positive, the joy, the light and love.

At those moments of what we usually can call as regression, depression, stagnation… what is that the universe = you… is telling yourself? you always think the message is: problemsss!!! and usually you find the cause for those moments on outside situations, as beings, energies, god, evil and so on…
Well when you open yourself to the fact that you created all that, one way or the other, that in fact, everything is yourself enhancing a dialogue with you, you understand that accepting that energetic conversation you get closer to your consciousness and every moment you will be able to create a new self-conscious being.
You get aware that you are the creator, doesnt feel better? better than being a constant reflection of others? hmmmmmmm, i know most of you still feel comfortable with the “blame outside” option… and i know why… because if you cause the problems you cause the miracles as well, if you do not act as a reaction of outside forces, where is the God you reach every day for miracles??? yep!!! i get you!!!
Well that outside stunning force still exists dear! it always will! but… in order to feel it and live it, you, yourself must BE IT AS WELL. ahhhhh because you are part of it, and you are it in a different way, because you, yourself, are YOU, and being you, you are THE WHOLE. by accepting the true you, you tune with the highest wholeness of the divine. instead… if you worship, ask for, trust on everything else before trusting you… you cannot be what you adore! because there is no connection, because you are stepping away from it, by considering that you are less, that you cannot do what the divine consciousness can.
Let me tell you this: the divine consciousness is what we are. and it grows and gets less powerful depending on how you see yourself. So… the more you BE IN THAT STATE OF DIVINE the more you see it , feel it and receive it.
This being said, matters to understand that the things that you create on your life are steps, and you use them to step up, to step down… what is that you want? what is that you are? what is that you chose? BE THE BEING YOU WORSHIP, because that is what you are! enlightenment is not looking outside, it is looking within where the wholeness lies. by doing that you find the light, both within and at divine source.
The things that happen that you do not enjoy are here and now to make you chose between the fear and the love, the negative and the positive. and as you chose to vibrate higher, you transform your situations. there is no other way.
You do not need to step into stress, in fact the only way to solve your issues is to be able to find a calm place within where you can step back to look for the strength and finally look at things as an observer so you can deal with everything with a smart eye, a calmer heart and a joyful disposition.
Find that place… that place beyond everything that worries you, that place beyond everything… get the joy and peace an then you can do the magic of transmuting, transforming everything! its very simple! so simple that it happens with no effort and at the blink of an eye. you just need to BELIEVE IN YOU AND BE IT!

This Full Moon has several aspects that make it different than the usual Full Moons in Taurus. I am going to refer also the negative aspects because i want you to ride the opposite and chose another line of thinking so you can feel much better and do not fall into the traps of your lower selves.
Specially considering we had all a strong week and also the 11.11 portal, it is important to be aware of all the possibilities we all have to make a choice through which we will decide what is we are going to be! this choice is here, there... every time but on this phase we are living, paying attention to what is we want to vibrate at, is vital!
In order to achieve harmonic consciousness we can never let our selves be drawn by some aspects of our solar system, that are here just to push us up and never to make us go sad or disappointed.
The fact that this moon is happening on a period in which the Sun vibrates on Scorpio, is definitely important because Scorpio is the opposite of Taurus and they are incompatible energies. On the other hand, we have Saturn influencing this phase, so the tendency to feel depressed and melancholic. Either way, all is normal, just be yourself and do what ever makes you feel good, balanced and harmonized with the cosmic energies.
This Full Moon, by being very close to the planet gives us strong vibrations and its perfectly normal that we can feel overwhelmed. It is like the Moon is on the top of our head...
My advise for the ones who want to meditate, ground well! if you can do it outside, specially without any artificial light, the better, touching plants, trees and soil, really better!
One detail i have channeled for this Full Moon energies is to use a light blue ball of light and heal with it all your belly and stomach areas; this is to work as a catalyst due to the past days strong energies and events, which have brought us all stress. Channel that light to those areas and live it there healing you for at least 3 minutes.
If we connect with this Moon the right, positive way, i can assure you: you can gain lots of power inside of you to be used to the highest purposes. Much love!

Did You know, dear ones, what else is in stellar of Taurus. Yes, I can hear the answer, right, it is stellar of Pleiades, Your beloved cosmic parents. And is not so strange that exactly at this date of Your linear time, when the Moon is closer to the Earth and this happening once in the 69 years, that gravity is so strong, we can do also our Light Work, Integration of Your Wholeness.
For that we will need to call for assistance Your Cosmic Parents, beloved Pleiadians, for activation of "time capsules" in Your DNA and also dear Moon for extra power to exchange satellites in Your Stars. Stars? What is that Kryon? We will travel to the stars?
No, beloved ones, You will become as a Stars, You will connect with own stars!

This video i made was initially intended to show you how the Laws of the Universe make the reality, how you can use them the right way to manifest your desires; however and, as i was preparing it, i understood the big picture of the message it contains and, how we can look at the laws of attraction in a higher perspective. Those Laws work with energy which influences matter; we are also matter so we can be controlled or decide to stand up and be the owner of our own self! Specially due to the events that have been happening this week, my message goes further and wants to show you how we came here and how we can change it by using energy on behalf of our cause = the light mission of changing the world into a better, loving and free to all beings!
The Law of attraction consists of several laws which can help us understand how the universe works, how it influences our life here on Gaia and... how differently we are taught to understand the "physical reality" in which we live.
The Laws of consciousness, color, economy, sex, balance... and others... Being able to make the bridge between what we thought was true to where we want to vibrate at, which is the higher version of ourselves! looking at the rules we so much want to know how to work with, so we manifest our dreams and seeing that, what ever functions at a personal level also influences the collective.
By having a different picture of who, what and where, in fact, we live in (which is the universe and not just a planet...) we can understand better what is being made to us, what have we allowed to happen to all of us and what can we do different to achieve sovereignty and freedom!
We are all responsible for the world we live in, we are, also, the ones who can change it! Everything we are, all we do... has a higher influence on everything! we create the world, so what is we do want to create?!

When you feel you have to give everything you got to something you want... be aware that pushing yourself to the limit is not supposed to drain you or exhaust you. Its simply to set your mind and heart onto unlimited possibilities! When you open to the infinite power within yourself and you and believe in it as the most reliable truth, you then find your true power,your God-self! Giving everything is just going for it at full trust, no doubts, no insecurity, just certainties that what you aim at with your love and light, is already done!
If you do it the right way, meaning being centered, aligned on your own axis, connected with your highest self, certain of what you want, knowing that what you want feels good and in truth with your best version... you can do it! and yes... probably you need to give everything you got, so what??? when we say that things to manifest happen naturally without effort, means that whatever you do to get there doesnt require an energy that is negative, drains you, feels bad... we do not mean you sit on a chair waiting for it!!! moving, creating is positive! thats how energies, even divine energies, operate on earth. they move and so do we... in everything we do, moving is part of the game! and when things suddenly happen just like a miracle and seams you have done nothing but praying for it... believe me... it did move!!! and so did you, you just cant remember it! for sure... something you did for it and, yes... somethings need more moving than others... you will know at the right moment the kind of movement required to get something in your life... do not avoid it, just do it... you will find the pleasure in it, the satisfaction and the reward!
As we move up vibrationally, we must always understand that we are able to work with more sublime energies, but still... we have to work with all the previous ones, meaning... we do not leave the previous dimensional energies, we just gather more energies to our reality. That is the magic of this all! we are still here, being able to feel, use and discover etheric divine energies helping us to ascend; and yet... we still live in the same place!
It is all part of an integrative energy plan, through which we become lighter in this earth form and realm. Living still in the third dimensional reality, bringing finer energies to this place, to ourselves, and manifesting better things for us and the collective. This is something we are all learning together. this is something we must feel blessed for... because this is divine, this is a totally new conscious way of creating life, and we are doing it!
