Today is the Fall Equinox which opens the gateway of your heart for the upcoming creations of your reality. Today is filed with strong, blessed energies that provide you with the whole set of energetic divine vibrations to make you enter on this new season full of prosperity and joy.
The secret lies inside your heart. Just on your heart center! Go there and know that in trusting yourself; trusting that you can perceive whatever you foresee, you open your mystic gate of divine energies..
The Eclipse might have caused some distress, anxiety and pain, but if it did is just because there are things inside of you that still need to be transmuted and transformed. The New Moon two days ago also might have increased those stressed emotions, that means you really must rise above the things you feel still hurt you so you can heal and keep walking your path. And those events came before the Equinox just to allow you to heal and prepare your energy to the next phase.
The shift doesn`t stop and as you open to what the universe asks from you, understanding that what might seam rough is just a reflection of what must be dealt with in order to be lighter, to walk lighter... when you trust that... when you trust the universe, you are in fact trusting yourself because in truth, the universe which appears in front of you is just your past creation coming to life, to reality, just a reflection of negativity still remaining. And, when you also truly believe that everything is nothing but a dream we are all being part of, there, at that moment... things stop having the same importance and can easily be transmuted; What makes us really hurt is the increased and exponential rise of the perceptions, which are given to us by our mind and have the goal of not letting us rise above the third world "reality". Our mind will do everything to keep us in this earthly reality because our mind was suppressed, repressed and chain for to long! As we stop rumbling on our mind`s traps, things get easy. Its just a matter of training!
So... to achieve this Equinox energies, just let go... let go of what doesn`t really matter and know that what really matters is what creative energies are inside your heart. Listen to them, open to them and be the creator. Receive the blessing of today`s gateway of magic, relax, contemplate, smell the breeze, feel the wind, look at the sunset and focus on the stars... remember, what matters are the creative impulses, those are the feelings we must connect with at this moment in time and at all moments. Be that openness and live in joy.

as we are so close to next Monday, the day of the Solar Eclipse and energies are building up, this is the right moment to ponder on the kind of event we are facing. What is this all about? what can we do to better receive the changes? Yes! because this is all about bringing a new self to this "reality"; more than that - this is to build up a new reality!
We will have the Sun blocked for a while and what does that Sun mean to us? It represents creation itself, our power of creation for we are Gods. The last time this Eclipse happened was in 1998 through which changes occurred and they were big! Perhaps you already noticed things changing in your life and thats because you are shifting into a new reality!
The intentions of this eclipse are to be done for the next months so make sure you look at yourself truthfully, honestly and openly. This is a Lion`s energy Eclipse will demand from you some "risk"; this means you trust the universe and yourself so much you can take steps which some time ago seamed completed impossible. So... what are your plans for the future? More than that - what do you want from yourself? this is not a individual journey and what ever your plans are you know this is important for you are on a mission. What ever you are and do matters for the world!
For the next days think about the future, not only the next year but the next one or two decades! what is you want to become? what is you want to create? what blueprint you want to project in this illusion-airy reality? And also, be aware that in order to bring forth your new energy there are aspects to deal with such as fear, doubt, unworthiness, shame, etc. That is what this Eclipse is all about - if you truly look at things and solve what you know is not aligned with a higher version of you, you can achieve everything you wish! Forgiveness has many layers and aspects... as many as the progression of loving yourself. We all know how is to do the forgiveness work and some time later realizing it still has to be dealt with more. AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF MORE, YOU CAN LOVE OTHERS MORE. YOU CAN FORGIVE MORE AND MORE, BOTH YOU AND OTHERS. GRATEFULNESS AND COMPASSION REPLACES SORROW AND PAIN TRANSFORMING YOU ON A HIGHER HEART CENTERED BEING VIBRATING AT THE AWARENESS FREQUENCY.
First of all when we work on forgiving certain event, people... we also have to forgive ourselves because there is always, at least, the feeling of why did it happen to me? how did i allow it? how did i create it? what have i done to deserve it?
Work on these aspects:
Understanding that we are never judged by the creator, therefore we are never judged by our higher self is very important. why should you judge yourself then?
Next matters to understand that all events are to be seen as instruments of evolution so... we have to find gratefulness inside our heart.
Instead of judging yourself, analyze it and grow with the experience. You can become better? so do it... become better by looking at the self you do not agree with and move on!!!
Accept that each time you progress more layers needing work will show up. When this happens means you are ready to open your heart more by looking at things. That doesn`t mean you stay there in that hard moment... means only you can go there even if just by a minute and believe me... new awareness crops up changing you again! so do not get depressed over it by thinking your doing things wrong. Thats the opposite!
The goal here:
Observe your feelings as being there for a major reason. Doing that your frequency matches the healing vibration and you can do the work very easily.
What happens:
Each time you are ready to love more yourself, your also ready to progress. Very simple and effective!
Why can`t things go fast?
When the work of forgiveness do not get done at the first time, means your higher self knows the best way for you and the less painful tool is to do it by phases through which you use your growth of consciousness at that moment in order to heal a certain moment. Trust your guiding system and be proud of all the expansion you have been experiencing.
As we rise our frequency we know we have to be aware of what we want to resonate with, what kind of energies we want to be surrounded by and therefore to have super antennas checking everything around us, whether are living beings or objects, the air it self and all which our physical and subtle senses reach.
~ Are you daily checking your internal frequency? Is it still vibrating at our newest highest? or did it go down due to worries and thoughts? are you really, suddenly faced on a lowest environment or did you attract it with your own emotions.
Understand that as you ascend into subtle spheres you have to pay close attention to yourself. Sensitivity, feelings, emotions, mental accuracy and fastness... all those are part of your new self and at each step you need to readjust your inner antennas and check all your parts better and better.
~ Are you aware your frequency gets incompatible with some others as it rises? Its no one fault. the cause is within you.
I give you an example: A man is considered to be strong in all ways is in the ascension process for years and notices that, sometimes, hes attacked energetically. not often but happens. and each time it happens it gets worst. After studying and inquiring the conclusion is in fact simple: the attacks are not worst, in fact, they aren`t even attacks. Just outside energies trying to penetrate the auric field due to curiosity without any evil intention.So why does it feel so terrible? The last time this man thought he was dying. No one, no energy was really attacking, just the simple act of touching and entering his auric field was terrible and the unbalance effects took him to desperation. He can no longer bare it. His energies get so sick by it, he really feels hes having an heart attack.
Sometimes there`s nothing really bad happening, just an incompatibility of energies due to the vibration difference. Looking for outside sources isn`t the solution, the solution is to find an internal equilibrium which generates a safe energy field.
You really need to take care of yourself more!
~ Spend time grounding, centering and connecting to yourself.
~ Eat well and drink good water.
~ Meditate even if you only do it a few minutes.
~ Connect with high energies, whether you do it by focusing on your higher self, the source, a guide, a master, an angel..
~ make sure you burn some incense at home, some candles, some oil fragrance.
~ put some nice, happy music LOUD. even for just a bit. don^t always listen to it using your headphones because your home is your temple. It needs to rise the energies often. Its all about love, nurturing your sacred space.
~ Contact with nature as much as you can.
~ Bring earth energies to your home. rocks, crystals, plants. don^t forget to touch them and talk to them, specially plants. if you like use some flowers often as well.
~ Male or female, take care of your body. Love yourself.
~ Its ok to have sad moments. That^s part of life. What isn^t good is to stay there and not use it to get happier. So... investigate yourself, look for the problem and make strong INTENTIONS to solve it, from inside out!
~ Make plans, dream, let your best ideas transform your moments and rise your vibration.
An advanced spiritual healer and teacher does not do these 4 things:
Does not use the patient energy to heal. It uses the divine energy which abides in the ether. Most often uses his/her own energy to do it. In both cases the healer energy is always spent as the demand of manipulating source energy is a highly metaphysical work. We also have to consider that the subtle energies are to be filtered through the healer intentions before being directed to the patient.
Does not concentrate any reading on the future aspects. Although future information can be seen, the healer must only inform future aspects which are related to the ability of the student, at that moment, to heal, strengthen and look for growth. The student must learn the power within to create the future and the exceptions to this rule also must be understood.
Does not promote the worthiness of the student by encouraging judgments towards others. And never contributes to the complex of God the student might have. Giving an example: students that reach a spiritual teacher and proudly present themselves to be Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Napoleon, Archangel Michael, King Arthur, and so on... They all are in touch with false visible and/or invisible masters and they cannot be supported by an advanced teacher. The teacher knows "all truths are true" but also knows his/her truth, which is above any VIP pattern, whether we talk about 3D world or the spiritual world. The Teacher places the focus on the ONENESS and looks at the student as part of it, knowing the individuality is just a necessary separation in order to heal and grow. That being said, the teacher changes the focus of the student to important aspects and must calmly and lovingly address this situations from a non-judging disposition knowing that as ascension takes place the higher energies of the fourth dimensional world take beings often to the dream world of their several own selves... selves that are in need for attention and love. The teacher does not say: NO says: we all are, or: thousands embody that high energy. This is not a lie, in fact is very true. But the important aspect of ascension and healing is being avoided as beings concentrate themselves on certain alter egos.
Does not lie! ever! understand that if one of the parts does not feel any resonance for the other, is ok to not continue the connection. And if the student spreads a bad opinion about the teacher just because he/she wasn`t able to make a suitable relation, is also fine! let go of it and move on. There are lots of beings that will resonate with a teacher and those doors must stay wide open. Focusing on the negativity, on the non-worthy teacher/healer ability, only changes direction to places a spiritual teacher with a mission does not want to go. And... the "lost" student is surely in need for another teacher, so do not worry a bit. Feel only love and gratefulness.
This is the portrait of one whose whole life energy has been depleted in his efforts to keep fueling the enormous and ridiculous machine of self-importance and productivity. He has been so busy "keeping it all together" and "making sure everything runs smoothly", that he has forgotten to really rest. No doubt he can't allow himself to be playful. To abandon his duty for a trip to the beach could mean the whole structure might come tumbling down. The message of this card is not just about being a workaholic, though. It is about all the ways in which we set up safe but unnatural routines for ourselves and, by doing so, keep the chaotic and spontaneous away from our doors. Ascending while living on earth does not mean you leave or lose your physical body. There are several levels of ascension and those levels refer to where you are stationed at a determined moment of space and time. While living on planet Earth your ascension regards to awareness, consciousness and the physical reflections of this growth mean you are able to transform the frequency your body vibrates at. The ascension process cannot happen without these changes at the physical level because the difference of vibratory frequency of your body allows the chakras responsible for the connection with higher levels of existence to make the growth of consciousness possible. The word "ascension" refers to higher energies, higher as higher frequencies. Talking about energies in a scale we observe that the lower energies are called this way due to the density and impediment of free movement, considering that free movement relates to all infinite subjects any being can ever think about. The awareness of the self, awareness of all that is, the awareness of The One... opens infinite possibilities to life and to the understanding of life and the divine. One is not confine any more to any box! This growth does not happen fast, though crucial growth moments can happen at the speed of light, but they stabilize and then more wow moments, which we call "awaken moments" keep coming as we keep our doors to the infinite wide open. As this process goes on, through moments of calmness, wow`s, speed phases, etc. the vibratory frequency of the being is gradually elevated. These terms such as high, elevate... do not mean one is bigger, higher or more important than any other... it means only that the being is able to connect with sublime parts of the self and of the divine and those parts exist only on the spheres that are free to live anywhere, any time and at any dimension, world, universe. This aspect of freedom is what defines higher energies. In opposition, the denser energies are confined to control systems such as politics, economics, power and religion, Matrix, poverty, judgment, manipulation, low self-esteem, prejudice, etc. These energies do not allow free thinking beings, therefore they do not allow energies to grow within one self or within a group/community. The ascension is done by each individual and it reflects itself on all collectives. From the nuclear groups as a family and friends to schools, towns, countries and to the whole world. It has to be done this way because each being is a whole universe, it has within everything and it has all powers needed to fulfil pure life. Each one of us is responsible of a chain reaction to the way we live our lives, feel and think. We are more than we think we are and if a collective is made by beings it will be exactly what beings are made of at that moment. If all beings of a group think they are powerless, that group will be powerless Ascension is all about FREEDOM and UNITY in opposition to slavery and fear. The world has been living by one single law: DIVISION! Through division the controllers have everything done, they just need to create division and the humans buy it, react exactly as the controlers expect and this nightmare of life on Planet Earth is a never-ending story of terror. So... ascension is all about opening to different truths, truths that are the opposite of what has been dividing us all the time, freedom of thought so we can be sovereign and not controlled and work towards unity as a reflection of love and peace that each of us grew inside. Looks like ascension is all about you or me... but no! ascension is about everyone and everything. Ultimately we are just part of a great plan a grand heart full of desire to let joy fill all dimension, worlds and universes. Is all about freedom,peace and happiness... and no, it is not just about our planet... it is part of a bigger thing, a bigger heart from which we come, from which we remember that life isn't just this, that love can be sublime and life is infinite.
The figure on this card is quite literally "all tied up in knots". His light still shines within, but he has repressed his own vitality trying to meet so many demands and expectations. He has given up all his own power and vision in return for being accepted by the very same forces that have imprisoned him. The danger of suppressing one's natural energy in this way is apparent in the cracks of a volcanic eruption about to take place around the edges of the image. The real message of the card is to find a healing outlet for this potential explosion. It is essential to find a way to release whatever tensions and stresses might be building up inside you right now. But they go on collecting there, and they affect your actions, your life, very indirectly. Directly, they cannot face you--you have forced them into darkness, but from the dark side they go on influencing your behavior. They are dangerous, it is dangerous to keep all those inhibitions inside you. It is possible that these are the things that come to a climax when a person goes insane. Insanity is nothing but all these suppressions coming to a point where you cannot control them anymore. Some of us always think we love ourselves enough, and we don`t... But some think they do not love themselves at all...
For the ones that think they do not love themselves... that is not true. If it was, you wouldn`t be able to live a whole life without any love for yourself, being terrible miserable, you would not be here now anymore because your soul wouldn`t allow it... some how, deep inside you, you love yourself. You just enjoy the pity and the comfortable nurturing of self commiseration and indulgence. It`s ok, it`s fine, those are human feelings that we develop to bare life; they just don`t allow us to grow, create, be ourselves and be happy. Maybe... you are to afraid of being yourself , maybe you don`t even know how to be yourself... that is fine too. Do not blame yourself over it, just ponder on this for a moment: what if life could be amazing, even if it had challenges and blockages... what if you could sleep so good at night that life would be worthy just for that feeling... what if you could surprise yourself and discover the amazing abilities you have that you do not know about... what if you had moments through which you could feel the bliss of every living thing so strongly that you could exist beyond time, space and reality... what if you could experience love in the most unimaginable ways... I know you are brave to live as you do, but maybe, just maybe you would not need to be as brave to love yourself; it would just be different... it would have a future... but living as you do there is no future because whatever happens is expected. If you want to give it a try and love yourself more, know yourself more, be yourself more... it is up to you only... everything is a choice, no matter how many excuses we find... Never the less i tell you this: life is harder that way. You think you are protecting yourself from the world, but you are not. You are choosing not to live, not to show your greatness. If you would chose to let that inner love outside of it`s cave... what would you do? who would you be? how intensely would you love? how hard would you laugh? what great advises would you give to children? how many ideas would you have? how many mountains would you turn over? how many miles would you walk? I would like to see you that way, the true way, i really would like to meet you on this journey on which we are all pilgrims.

There are times when the only thing to do is to wait. The seed has been planted, the child is growing in the womb, the oyster is coating the grain of sand and making it into a pearl. This card reminds us that now is a time when all that is required is to be simply alert, patient, waiting. The woman pictured here is in just such an attitude. Contented, with no trace of anxiety, she is simply waiting. Through all the phases of the moon passing overhead she remains patient, so in tune with the rhythms of the moon that she has almost become one with it. She knows it is a time to be passive, letting nature take its course. But she is neither sleepy nor indifferent; she knows it is time to be ready for something momentous. It is a time full of mystery, like the hours just before the dawn. It is a time when the only thing to do is to wait.

We have forgotten how to wait; it is almost an abandoned space. And it is our greatest treasure to be able to wait for the right moment. The whole existence waits for the right moment. Even trees know it--when it is time to bring the flowers and when it is time to let go of all the leaves and stand naked against the sky. They are still beautiful in that nakedness, waiting for the new foliage with a great trust that the old has gone, and the new will soon be coming, and the new leaves will start growing. We have forgotten to wait, we want everything in a hurry. It is a great loss to humanity.... In silence and waiting something inside you goes on growing--your authentic being. And one day it jumps and becomes a flame, and your whole personality is shattered; you are a new man. And this new man knows what ceremony is, this new man knows life's eternal juices.
Maybe some will not read it as they do not want to low their vibrations, some others may want to keep focusing on all the shopping they want to do tomorrow, others might feel tempted to listen to vip trols that want to keep filling their pockets... either way one thing is certain: bad vibes will keep coming, shopping might be something you wont be able to do unless you get a boat to go to the moll, politicians come and go and some should really go!
If we want to remain blind or worst: stupid, is our choice! but whatever messed with the life of the whole planet, has no private stupidity, that simply cannot be allowed!
When a country has candidates that, publicly, make fun of a subject that belongs to the whole world, but as if it belongs to their house... when a country has politics which make laws preventing people from touching this subject as if they are kings... when a country such as U.S. and China as well influence life on the other side of the globe... how can we be quiet, watching and listening to blasphemy!!! If you do not consider nature, consider your human life, for this is slowly be taken away from you! it is not about nature any more, although to be honest, between nature and human (which i am part of) i always chose nature, even that i lose my life over this subject for some reason, because we do not deserve life as much as an ant! thats the plain freaking truth!
All countries and special the major (China, U.S. and India) countries contribute to this disaster we are starting to see, and i listen in television that no one used to talk about climate changes, Really? i hear about this for over 30 years!!! ... When will people wake up? i imagine young ladies parking a boat outside of shops to buy stupid make up, bags and clothes; i see men with ties and nice boats discussing brands, i see restaurants on top of buildings... and i see, for example, Philippines, which do not contribute for this problem, starving for they ran out of food supply given by the see (which is already happening). thats just an example...
What can i say?! i just say that i always have hope on humanity and sooner or later everyone has to wake up, whether they want it or not! its not an option, anymore because we have closed our eyes for so long... so... the question is only - How long?
Politicians used to be different - they used to have an orgasm each time they thought about their family lineage continuing the richness they created, but now... they dont even care about their family and children - seams like they are loosing characteristics! well... life always knows what to do! that is the plain truth we do not like nor agree with! so lets just wait and then, after things get to a stage we cannot solve them... we will find a solution! we will get water from mars for sure!
If we are on this process of ascension, shifting... we really have to find a way of talking about this subjects! I am not lowing my vibration, because that is my choice, however there is great concern, of course! We have to find ways to maintain balance within but if we really love mother earth we must refuse to close or eyes!

Life expresses itself through cycles that circle over and over again and so do we for we are life itself. Everything you look at is all about you, there is only you and you are the whole. It does not matter how long that cycle lasts, it does not matter how repetitive it is by now, it only matters that you can control that cycle by flowing through its circle and manage the energy and your will.
All cycles are about renewal, rebirth. It starts with an atom or less, it goes through your daily life and it has no end; it goes on and on infinitely and endlessly.
Winter Solstice is about going inside and look for the seeds of our essence, water the ones we still want to see grow because we are always changing our thoughts, our desires and our feelings about what we want to be and what we want to create. In terms of the 4 big physical seasons we go through here on Earth, the Winter Solstice is about selection of the growth we did for the last 3 months. What is we want to keep working on? What needs to be nurtured so we can watch its manifestations in the year to come?
All cycles in nature are a reflection of our inner cycles; whatever we decide inside of us will be shown in physical reality.
It is a co-creation between you, the forces of nature and the universe. You can ask me: didnt you say there is only me? well... you have chose planet Earth to live in so you learn how to live with a very unique biological powerful house of sacred energies. For the last 3 months of fall energies we have been on a special kind of inner"meditation", contemplating the inner worlds; it is a special dormant power through which we look inside for bravery, will while somehow we rest... and then, we go through winter nurturing, feeding, cultivating ideas, improving so we get to spring as a warrior full of strength and joy to manifest reality and a new being emerges!
This day, as the shortest day of the year, marks the last day of sleep; from now on we take care of ourselves and our dreams. We transform ideas into plans and give them energy to grow. We start looking at what we think is the outside world, with the eyes of an eagle, the power of an elephant and the mind of a whale. flying around our white canvas to seek for the right spot to lay our feet and start living our new self.
There is nothing unrelated here on earth, there is nothing you cannot do or desire, there isnt any random thing and there isnt any empty spaces. All is here to work with you, all awaits for your will, sovereignty, love and energy. You are a powerful creature so go and create.
Life does not stagnate, it just moves with different levels of frequencies; and your job is to work with the energies of this world you have chosen to live, believing you are a master of your own abilities to create reality.
Cycles exist to make everything new, better, improve, grow; create, re-create. Ultimate there is nothing new, but also life needs to remember itself through all kind of experiences and fulfillments. That is what we are doing here. We are remembering that the infinite wants to play with itself. The constant expression of life through creation is to be always tested and the ultimate energy to all possibilities is LOVE!

The whole world is experiencing a turmoil right now! The high frequencies living on the planet are "demanding" change; it is inevitable this general feeling as light has a heavy density on the world. A lot of beings are "waiting" for events that can show real changes and that waiting is stressful and not in alignment with this whole mission. Others are still managing the new self as they have awakened among the several phases of this big shift. All situations are different, although we are all in the same path. For some is anxiety, others pain, some others still feel revolted and harsh; some feel nothing but energy and others are already starting new stunning lives!
One thing is certain, we all have moments we need to stop, re-energize, connect, find strength and align with our hearts.
I give you here several ideas that might be according to what you may feel at some moments. Let this inspire you and be free to change them to your benefit because your life and your moments are very unique.
When you feel anxious, nervous,angry, depressed, worried... first of all, try to find a bit of space as soon as you can, so you can regain balance. You also need to understand within you if that is recurrent or not. If it is, you need to give some time to see if you want to look for the cause of it or not. If you want, well... you need to give some time to the thing and look inside for answers, see what is the problem and how you can solve it. If it isnt recurrent you just need to connect with your self, relax, change scenery, re-energize... do that!
VISUALIZATION. Its not a joke, its one of the most powerful tools you have to help you in all situations. You must believe in it, though! As much as you believe in yourself, in God, in Source energy, in Sacredness... Yes, because you must believe in something by now! I truly hope you do, specially believing yourself as you are truly am alchemist able to use energies around you and operate miracles. The goal is to find balance, connect with your core and align with peace and trust. When you feel disturbed somehow, stop, find your ground place, visualize yourself standing strong, with your feet in the ground; visualize them full of light as they connect to the ground. You will probably feel the tickling feeling proving that you are doing it well. Visualize yourself inside a bubble or a pyramid of light, while you see a beam of light filing your whole body and aura coming from above. Make sure the picture stays steady. Ad a sweet, peaceful color to that moment, such as pink. Let it fill you and surround you. We want you to feel peaceful and secure.
In case of doubts and lost of faith in your own path, look within and search your divine Christ essence; It is located inside your heart and it has a tremendous light! You can see it if you look deep, i know you can! Talk to him or her... open fully. Listen to what it has to tell you and how it can help you. It will bring you peace, will, confidence, power and security. It will restore your hope and trust. It is your own true self talking to you, guiding you, loving you, giving you ideas, assuring you that all is well and all is part of a big plan. You can also imagine that from your heart center a bright rainbow comes out and spins, filling your whole self.
Find more moments through which you can meditate to the world, to the collective, if that is something that inspire you. Light candles, listen always to music that makes you feel happy. Find time to do things that you love and make sure you have plans and move forward to make them real. Dont give energy to sadness, give energy to creation, to movement, to happiness and fulfillment, to laugh and to the future.
If you like to read, read good, inspiring stuff; if you like to dance, just dance; if you like to watch movies do that; if you like to walk, just walk... do not give excuses to yourself, stop that... yesss yesss its cold outside, oh yesss you have an headache, of course you have lots to do... please... stop! just stop! or you want to be happy, or not! please decide what you want to be and be that! everything is a decision, so chose and be responsible for that. But know that ascension, spirituality... is all about looking for the highest in ourselves, high feelings, high wishes, high purposes, etc. Doesnt necessarily mean you have to be excited and laughing all the time,it means you look for your peaceful, generous, loving, intelligent, subtle... self. It is all about being resonating with light, with our truth, with LIFE, because life is a high vibration by default, not what we are used to see around us... sad faces and angry beings.
Reach for help if you need guidance. There is always someone who can give a hand. Dont forget that you are always your ultimate guide, as you are the one who truly knows whats going on with you, so do not accept advises just because... see what resonates with you. Being open, ultimately, is being open to the guide inside of yourself, which usually is what we avoid. Listen careful to that master within.

NEVER OUR DREAMS GOT SO ENORMOUS AND DIVINE! THAT IS WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW, CREATING A WONDERFUL WORLD IN THE MICRO AND THE MACRO. BRINGING EXTERNALLY WHAT WE REACHED INTERNALLY. AND THAT TAKES A LOT FROM US AND FROM THE UNIVERSE, WE ARE NOT BUILDING A SIMPLE BASIC HOME, WE ARE BUILDING THE GREATEST PLACE WITH THE FINEST MATERIALS. THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE DOING IN THIS SHIFT PHASE, INTEGRATING THE NEW ENERGETIC LEVEL AND BRINGING THOSE SAME FREQUENCIES TO WHATEVER YOU ARE CREATING BY NEW HIGH THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS! SO... There are lots of religions in our world and it has always been this way. Ancient, strongly ruled practices were religions as well because they had rules made by humans. There must have been some practices that were not meant to control others therefore had no rules just as today there are some esoteric practices that are not originated on the will to control other beings. However this is not an article about practices humans do out of desire, love, communion. This is about mental, physical, emotional and spiritual control... using the desire to understand GOD, Creation, the self, the world, the unknown, the whole universe and life itself... Religion was always the easiest way to control humans due to the unknown factor of the divine creation, so they have ruled creation, God, the universe and humans; everything had an explanation and still has. Nothing is unexplained by religion. FEAR was and is the best way to slave and kill sovereignty so you always stand besides the father figure of society. With all the respect by ancient scholars which did their best to perpetuate their knowledge of the laws of the universe by hiding them on symbols, tales and other means... most of the wisdom and glory of religion is untrue. There is no sin, there is no hell, there is no heaven, there is no God watching every movement we make. WE KNOW NOTHING! WE ONLY KNOW THE SYSTEMS OF MEN! The system through which they have control others through ages, preventing us from being responsible for ourselves! The is no Father or Mother that is watching our good or bad behavior so He or She can reward it or punish it, there is no mistakes against a divinity out of yourself or out of your brothers and sisters, as you are part of a whole! There is and will always be the search for that GOD which is sublime, free, loving, joyful, abundant... but that God is not your ruler or your Master, your teacher or your provider. Because religion is not God and God is no religion. Every religion claims to be the true one. Really? so... is God Christian? or Buddhist? or Muslim? Religions defines God when they cannot even show themselves through a highest way as institutions which speak God`s Word! We are all responsible for what we do, no entity is responsible for us; We are all free, nothing but humans can take your sovereignty; we are under the laws of the universe, the laws of our solar system and men`s laws. What about your own? What about loving God with no expectations about rewards? or fear of punishments? At this times,at this moment in which we are all changing the world, calling for everyone`s hearts to wake up... we surely want to love unconditionally and that is starting by loving God in the most natural, unconditional way. How can we love all creation if we do show love through fear? to show our "Prime Creator", who and whatever It is, that we love so we can go to heaven... Being a religion being is a choice, of course, and has a new meaning nowadays, through which we show to the institution we are part of, that we no longer accept domination, threats, control and lies. Being a religious person at this time is being sovereign, transparent and proud of being part of creation! And that starts by accepting responsibility for ourselves in all ways!

Look back and see what you have been through, all the laughs and cries, ups and downs. Everything leaded you here and never regret your past decisions for they made you what you are now. Remember that bad decision? … Yes that very one! Well… how could you show yourself to you that way, how could you learn that lesson that specific way, how could you feel that way, if you haven’t made that turn in your journey? It would be different and yes you would have learned one way or the other! But what matters is that something did made you chose that way and you better start accepting everything you did because getting trapped on those past moments will not lead to paradise! You hold yourself in that self regret, self pity, self punishment while you could be looking at the great being you became, the being that overcame everything! Yes! That is who you are! Be grateful, forgive, bless and love yourself! You had time enough to digest every lesson you made yourself experienced. If you still need to understand, heal and forgive you and others now is the moment to finally do it! Society induces us into the past constantly for two main reasons: so we lose the self in there and do not be able to create excellent now moments (the constant creation of life is equal to divine motion which means constant growth, consciousness and awareness); plus feeling sick, afraid and disappointed with life will push us to look for the father figure of society which is the state as an institution and that is what is expected from us: being dependent instead of being free and sovereign in all ways. We make our body ill by remembering constantly past pain, and finally, we get addicted to self pity in order to get society`s attention for there is nothing else we can do to solve our problems. Looking back you will see that you tried so many times to free yourself from the fake protection of society! But the pressure, the games, the fake love… everything was done so you stayed chained and trapped. So… through life we dance the dance of freedom from the cage! Sometimes we feel rebels and we face everything and everyone, other times we want to fit because we feel vulnerable and in need for love and attention. Those attempts and give ups are part of the wakening process and bring so many valuable lessons that we can never regret them! What matters is that one way or the other, sooner or later we get to be the self we really want! And that is you now! We all think about the moment where the real awakening moment happened. It is something we really need to understand. In one way we do not recognize ourselves anymore in most of our past moments; we need to recognize ourselves in the moment of the click so we can feel that, indeed, we were the ones who really lived all that! The other reason is the need to identify so many ups and downs in our path, understand why they happened, what kept us in the matrix, and what moved us each time to make a new leap! Some of you will remember a single specific moment for the awakening and some will identify several moments in different times through life as really important, that all together, led to an event that finally made all the difference, made the final click. Now we came to this point where we feel strange, confused, worried, afraid and sometimes sick. Doubts come to our mind, the heart can`t feel peace, our stomach wakes up all swirly every day and our under pressured throat seams a constant reminder that we are doing something wrong; body changes make us feel that something inside is whirling, twitching and thrusting and we don’t seem to find an end to all this! Some days are incredibly happy and we feel like we finally got it!” Yes! I did it!” – We think “I absolutely made it!”; “I`m strong, happy, full of joy and energy. I feel like I can conquer the whole universe and nothing can stop me now! I won`t be sad or nervous again, nor I will feel sick and low!” …and the next day we wake up feeling totally different… well loves, the truth is that ascension is exactly that! It is not a straight line that we follow, it is not a slide ruler that we jump from #1 to #2, and then we follow the #3 and hope for the #4. Ascension is like the flight of a bird, the travels of the wind and the waves of the seas! Up and down, further and backwards, in and out, softly or harsh! As you see, everything is ascension, all leads to it, build it, promote it, encourage it! Even what seems to bring separation for the being happens for a reason. So, be thankful for everything and release what you still feel is causing you disturbances. Something you need to understand is that there is no going further at this point without healing from past pain and traumas. You need to release yourself from the weight you carry so you continue your journey lighter and ready to receive the new!

We are the sum total of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Those main parts of the self have seven main representations on our auric field = the seven layers of our energetic field. All light you receive comes through your energetic field, it enters on your subtle self and is used by each of those layers; each layer is connected with a specific part of your being through your main seven chakras. The way you use the light, reflects on the way your chakras do their work. The better you understand the importance of balance and how self-power works within you, the better you can help yourself, all parts, doing the work they are meant to do.
It is a never ending cycle – you receive light, you use it the best way with the best positive attitude and that positive attitude shows it self in the work that is done inside of you. then that good work reflects itself on your energetic field, which can be a healthier one and therefore it can be in better conditions to receive better frequencies, protect yourself from lower energies, and do whatever it needs to do to help you being a much powerful and happy being. The subtle is connected with the physical in all ways and can never be any other way. The subtle is a reflection of the physical and the physical receives back that same pattern. So… improving one area is improving as areas!
These connections are done by each main chakra we have in our body. Because each chakra is related and works directly with a part of our being, whatever energy the chakra sends to the aura is a direct reflection of our state of health and therefore each layer gets larger or thinner, brighter or darker, with a more positive or negative color and frequency. And it gets better or worst conditions to receive light and to help us on all our parts, tasks… all our life!
The energetic field works in three ways:
As an autonomous energetic subtle body;
Each layer working with each chakra and its related part of the being;
And finally, all layers, plus all chakras, plus all parts of the self working as a whole, constant and dependent being – a full one self.
This being said, matters now to understand that the energy your aura receives from the outside is sent to your body through the chakras. Each chakra sends that energy to a specific area which can be physical or not. That same light starts working on you deeply! That light is intelligent, has a purpose and you start being healed, transmuted, changed at an atomic level. From your physical body to your spiritual self, nothing is missed, and everything is connected.
Now imagine… what light can do for you: your DNA is being changed, upgraded, plugged in on your chakra system; your sicknesses, whether they are genetic ones or not, are being healed, your nervous system is being shacked and corrected, both your past and present emotions, fears, patterns, wounds, traumas, repressions, conditions, low vibrations… everything has to be cleared. Transmutation and transformation is needed and to do so you must remember who you are, think about what you want to become here, feel all parts of yourself, analyze what needs to change and be healed …scrutinize everything!
And this is being done all at the same time! That is why you can feel physical and emotional pain, all at once! You get stressed because there is so much going on inside you that can be unbearable! That is why ascension can be so “hard”.
Anchoring on you, earth and the cosmos, is the first step to work with light, pure love and energy connections. Without this first step your whole spiritual work is compromised. If you want, really want to be a complete, happy, free, awake and conscious being in all ways… you truly need to pay attention to the daily rituals of a spiritual being.
Whether you are a healer or just simple an awakened, conscious being that wants to keep growing and evolving, the steps for a well spiritual connection with the self and the whole, is always important and vital!
The following procedures are simple and take only a few minutes; during the day you can do this when you feel the need and as you get used and comfortable by doing this, it only takes a few seconds; you can adjust it to your intuitive meditations and preferences, so feel free to change it. This is just an example of how to CONNECT WITH SELF + GROUND + CONNECT WITH SOURCE + CENTER + PROTECTION.
1 – CONNECT WITH SELF:
Get in touch with yourself. All your parts. Be whole, fully you. Recognize you as a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual being. Feel yourself as the loving, divine, complete and loving being of pure light. Feel the strongest love for yourself; feel trust, self worth, confidence, strength, wisdom and intuition. You know you can accomplish everything you want, you have all the powers within you to be a sovereign, free and whole and enlightened being.
2 - GROUND YOURSELF TO EARTH:
Connecting to heart is vital to have a balanced connection with your supra self and with the divine energies. That connection puts you in a place of security among the realms of the etheric energy. The best way is to spend time in nature, by feeling it… feeling and touching trees and ground. However you can do it by using the KUNDALINI PRACTICE, which gives you a full ground base and a connection with the above light energies. You do it through visualization, closing your eyes and visualizing your kundalini, as a chord coming out of your root chakra and spreading into the earth as trees roots. Keep it that way and concentrate now your other end of the kundalini going up and spinning around all the chakras until it reaches the upper chakra = the crown chakra.
3 – CONNECTING WITH SOURCE ENERGY:
Then connect a beam of light that comes from above and enters your crown chakra and fills down all your chakras, the kundalini and all your body. The color of that beam of light is to be white, yellow, gold or silver and very bright.
4 – CENTER:
Stand straight, or visualize yourself doing it; your feet are on the ground and you see it as a soil fertile and strong. You are straight, your eyes are looking at the horizon (you can imagine the most beautiful horizon in front of you) and everything is perfect and beautiful. You do not bend, swing, fluctuate, oscillate or hesitate. You feel yourself having all your powers, abilities; you know you are aware, conscious of everything within and around you, you are ready to be you fully and completely.
5 – PROTECTION:
You see yourself now being full of light! Now, imagine you are inside a bubble or a pyramid! What we are doing now is building a boundary so you do not lose your own energy, making you in charge of yourself in all ways including the invisible parts of your being. You are inside the bubble or the pyramind of light! Nothing and no one can take your light from you. be mindful about it. If you want you can ask for the protection of your angels, you can ask the protection of ARCHANGEL MICHAEL and his blue ray; as you do this make the pyramid turn into a transparent blue color. The reason I tell you to ask for protection a the end of the exercise is because you now did your part of the work, respecting the universal divine laws: remember, you can do everything! You have that power!
