What you must do before checking energies out of yourself

As we rise our frequency we know we have to be aware of what we want to resonate with, what kind of energies we want to be surrounded by and therefore to have super antennas checking everything around us, whether are living beings or objects, the air it self and all which our physical and subtle senses reach.

~ Are you daily checking your internal frequency? Is it still vibrating at our newest highest? or did it go down due to worries and thoughts? are you really, suddenly faced on a lowest environment or did you attract it with your own emotions.

Understand that as you ascend into subtle spheres you have to pay close attention to yourself. Sensitivity, feelings, emotions, mental accuracy and fastness... all those are part of your new self and at each step you need to readjust your inner antennas and check all your parts better and better.

~ Are you aware your frequency gets incompatible with some others as it rises? Its no one fault. the cause is within you.

I give you an example: A man is considered to be strong in all ways is in the ascension process for years and notices that, sometimes, hes attacked energetically. not often but happens. and each time it happens it gets worst. After studying and inquiring the conclusion is in fact simple: the attacks are not worst, in fact, they aren`t even attacks. Just outside energies trying to penetrate the auric field due to curiosity without any evil intention.So why does it feel so terrible? The last time this man thought he was dying. No one, no energy was really attacking, just the simple act of touching and entering his auric field was terrible and the unbalance effects took him to desperation. He can no longer bare it. His energies get so sick by it, he really feels hes having an heart attack.

Sometimes there`s nothing really bad happening, just an incompatibility of energies due to the vibration difference. Looking for outside sources isn`t the solution, the solution is to find an internal equilibrium which generates a safe energy field.

You really need to take care of yourself more!

~ Spend time grounding, centering and connecting to yourself.

~ Eat well and drink good water.

~ Meditate even if you only do it a few minutes.

~ Connect with high energies, whether you do it by focusing on your higher self, the source, a guide, a master, an angel..

~ make sure you burn some incense at home, some candles, some oil fragrance.

~ put some nice, happy music LOUD. even for just a bit. don^t always listen to it using your headphones because your home is your temple. It needs to rise the energies often. Its all about love, nurturing your sacred space.

~ Contact with nature as much as you can.

~ Bring earth energies to your home. rocks, crystals, plants. don^t forget to touch them and talk to them, specially plants. if you like use some flowers often as well.

~ Male or female, take care of your body. Love yourself.

~ Its ok to have sad moments. That^s part of life. What isn^t good is to stay there and not use it to get happier. So... investigate yourself, look for the problem and make strong INTENTIONS to solve it, from inside out!

~ Make plans, dream, let your best ideas transform your moments and rise your vibration.

Inspired action & abundance

True action happens naturally, easily, effortlessly

We all know we live on a biological environment which naturally involves movement. That is true! Action is part of of live and this action includes all types of creative abilities, therefore, action is a requirement within our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies in order to live according to the natural laws of the universe and specifically of our solar system.

However, action for the sake of action is not creation. Action just because that is what we are supposed to do creates nothing and nothing is a waste of energy because we are focusing negatively on whatever we want to do, so we are doing nothing...

When we think about abundance and prosperity in all ways and we think we must take action, we must first of all consider if our thoughts, feelings and desires are according to creation of reality. Understand that no matter how hard you move and how many actions you take, they will not succeed unless you were able, before taking action, to vibrate at the level of what you want.

And... what is vibrating at the level of what you want? it is believing. Believing you are worthy, you have the right to have your creation, believe you are supported by the universe, believe you are not alone, believe you are a fundamental part of all that is. Believing you can do IT. If you can do everything wrong, you surely can do it the other way around, trust me!

That vibration also includes desiring, desiring from your heart. That desire which comes from your truth. That desire borne from your highest self which knows really what and who you are. That desire that abides in the divine essence and which you know is according to your personal and collective mission. What is that you want? dialogue with yourself, ask questions to yourself... you know it all.

When you truly, truly align, have no doubts, trust, and feel all that swirling around your all body, energizing you, giving you the will to go, to move, to take action, that action that moves with ease, that action which comes from ideas, those ideas that come fast... God knows how... and then... when miracles come... just like a phone call you didnt expect, although you were full of expectations... just like someone that drops by or you meet suddenly out of no where... just like a sign anywhere... just like any kind of opportunity around the corner... OMG... when you truly align, you are one with the universe!!! you blink one eye to the universe as saying: thanks love, i see you there looking at me, i feel our connection, i know we are working together perfectly... and the universe smiles and blinks back!

Inspired action is when you become truly yourself. at that moment you intuitively know the best for you, you know truly your desires, how to vibrate, you know what doors to close so others may open, you trust yourself and you know what game you are playing! yes the game of your vibrations, your wishes, your boundaries, your moments, your YES, your NO, your loves, pleasures... you will know everything because you connect with your highest version and that makes you a master, the God of your own life!

Align with gratefulness is becoming truthful

The rise of energies bring some moments of tiredness, heavy symptoms, anxiety and... often doubts and disappointment.

This is normal, not only because we are faced with our inner self pushing us to work with things that aren`t easy, such as fears, lack of confidence and trust, laziness, comfortable security and pre-conceptions; but also the collective aspect of our lives which show constantly events that do not give us the believe of moving forward.

As far as the collective, understand that what is shown to you is part of a program which has the goal of making you feel weak, lose your power and give up. That is done reaching the mental and emotional selves which ultimately will function as a collective. If they break you, if they break several will power, they break the strength of a group.

We are here with a mission: the service to the collective, not only the collective in which we live in such as a town or a country, but the whole collective. Everything is so interconnected it is impossible to not affect or be affected by what we or others do.From politics to economics, from health issues to education... there are no boundaries now! Everything we do matters. I mean everything! be mindful of this and feel yourself as a piece of this intricate puzzle, instead of someone that is affected by it.

The world has changed a lot already! there is any doubt about it. Think of the world`s history. Although there are still several groups which haven`t seen enough change, this used to be a horrible place to live in. Everywhere there was chaos! we aren`t free from chaos but, overall, we definitely are living a better reality. No one talks about the daily changes towards freedom and growth of consciousness but it doesn`t mean they do not exist.

Loosing will power is the worst thing we can let in our mind because that is our motivation to stay alive; we cannot let nothing and no one take that away from us.

Regarding the personal aspect, it matters to understand that this is indeed very difficult to all of us. The ascension process doesn`t end, brings moments of hard work, comes with challenges, demands a lot of energy.

Each time you feel you worked something, something new comes... Some problems can go for years as your higher self doesn`t stop until you look at things the right way! The universe is as demanding as your higher self because you have asked for it = ascension! you wanted to see the light, work the light, gain more and more consciousness... so there you have it dear... deal with it, meaning: just look at things differently, look at your shadows, change yourself completely if you want to see the world changes!

However... the amazing things you accomplish as you do it!!! oh yes... its wonderful and nothing can get more stunning than riding this wave of being yourself!

Never give up! love yourself more each day, look at yourself deeply, acknowledge the things we do not want to see, embrace them and change your life forever! the impact on your life, on others lives will be unstoppable!

Feel grateful for everything! There can`t be any excuses, there aren`t any reasons not to feel grateful, embrace all tragedies, pain and sorrows you and every one had endured. This is the way. FEEL GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING! yes! Let this feeling fill your full self, go to all molecules, to all parts of your life, to the past, the future and show you the present, let this feeling make you cry, laugh, let it change life it self... FOR THIS FEELING OF GRATEFULNESS IS YOUR FULL EXISTENCE BEING ACCEPTED BY YOU, UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR MIND AND LOVED FULLY FROM THE HIGHEST HEART OF YOUR SOUL.

Being grateful is forgiving and understanding that all pieces of the puzzle exist for a purpose. And this type of forgiveness is pure because it comes from the heart, as the heart is the place of gratefulness. Align with this feeling, be this energy. This is what and who you truly are and this allows you to see everything, both personal and collectively, with a clear consciousness free from patterns that do not align with the truth.

Aries energy ~ Intermittent symptoms

No matter if it`s your sleep function or your mood, these late energies are precisely working as a discontinuous process. Within ourselves there´s a blinking spot that goes up and down, off and on depending on how high is our absorbing ability for light at this time.

Astrologically several celestial events promote this situation but in my opinion this is what Aries does through it`s warrior Mars. The New Moon a few days ago made this situation more abrupt.

Mars, the God of War and the lover of Venus, is fierce and also candid, but is always passionate. The substance relative to Aries is iron; Iron contracts with cold and dilates with hot, meaning... that is how iron behaves depending on the conditions, surroundings, feelings... both expansive and contraction aspects of Aries energy are dealt on a mental level, as Aries rules the brain. The stress due to its expansions and contractions are often felt through migraines, depression and heart conditions.

It`s perfectly normal if your oscillate between great energy and tiredness, need to sleep and no sleep at all, talking a lot and silence, pain and feeling totally relaxed and... very important maybe excessive good mood and feeling angry and irritated.

Make sure you ground everyday so energy flows easily in and out; Center on yourself so you maintain balance and connect with joy so your frequency stabilizes.

The best way is surely connect with nature, so move outside when you feel going down. Drink good water, eat fruit and raw veggies and chose more fish than meat. Don`t forget the music and find time everyday to do something that gives you pleasure.

At home you can use air freshener with lavender or chamomile essential oils. You can also use a drop on your body: a bit on the wrists and on the base of your neck (between thyroid and thymus).

Have fun with these amazing high energies, use your creativity, be courageous and adventurous. Most of all be yourself and love lots!

We are enough

More often than we imagine, the root of most our problems, come from the fact we find ourselves not being enough! we are never enough, no matter what we do, what we learn, what we help, work, love, etc.

What did your mother say to you? or didn`t say? or your father? your teacher? your neighbor ? your boyfriend or girlfriend?

It`s part of a child nature to worship parents, that is the way they deal with life before they are fully ready to live it themselves by being independent. When small disappointments invade a child routine, they can be deadly, emotionally deadly! They kill creativity, love, plans, dreams, happiness... they create negativity by feeding from all the positive innocent heart.

Usually the feeling of "i am not enough" is not from heavy events; it can, but it doesn`t need to. Usually are daily routine moments, small words or even smaller silences that shape our mind and heart and decide how our future will be.

The feeling of "not being enough" along with the feeling of "fear" is the destroyer of human potential.

However things do not need to stay like that... we can truly change our mindset towards traumas. We can understand that as well as we find hard to live, love, create... so did they - the ones that motivated us towards failure! and many times they weren`t missing love, they were just taught to mislead their own love energy.

As we understand, accept, forgive... we can look at ourselves from a new perspective and change the patterns. How do we do that? we find the opposite energy within the trauma`s polarity. Everything has an opposite energy and it is up to us to look for the positiveness of ourselves potentials, instead of let our lives ruled by hidden killer cells.

We can all do it. Start by telling yourself I AM ENOUGH. Do it several times a day! Be aware of the power you have within yourself. Post it on facebook or your other social platforms. Set an alarm on your phone with those words so you remind yourself of who you truly are. Write it everywhere, make a sweet altar on a table or furniture with positive stuff and cards with I AM ENOUGH words.

Change your vocabulary by paying attention to the negative words you use, which will set your mind to failure.

The truth is you think you cannot create your life, but what you are not aware is that you are creating your life every second, you always did it and you always will. It is not only a spiritual thing... or just a mind thing... it works that way to all your parts: from the emotional, to the physical and the mind! You are the Alpha of your life as a conscious being and your words are commands, your thoughts as well. You are a complex machine and the best you understand that you are made of several bodies that are supposed to work for your greatest good, the better you respect yourself and use the power you have.

As you understand that YOU ARE ENOUGH you cannot fail or disappoint because nothing of that exists!!! There is only positiveness, creation, flowing life energies and all blocks disappear... Love your self that way.

Full Moon in Virgo ~March 12, 2017

This Full Moon in Virgo comes just in time! As we are approaching the Equinox and finding a way out of ourselves to manifest in reality what we have seeded during the winter. What is you want? what have you been wishing, planning? After the latest Eclipses energies, this is just the right phase for your dreams.

And if we consider the venus retrograde, which will be with us for a few more days... Venus retrograde is amazing to make us look inside. Imagine you are walking on the country and calmly enjoying the scenery and suddenly the vision in front of your eyes is that beautiful that you step once or twice to make sure you absorb all the magic given to you at that moment. That`s exactly what Venus retrograde is been doing to us, making us step back and look to our heart, our needs so we make sure what is we want to perceive.

And today we look at our hearth again, profoundly but with a specific agenda.WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP? WHAT DETAILS MUST I LOOK UPON? WHAT DOES MY PHYSICAL VESSEL NEEDS TO IMPROVE SO I CAN BE BETTER PREPARED TO THIS JOURNEY IM STARTING? These are the questions Virgo Moon is asking you.

Adding the Pisces energy, you may feel confused, but a Virgo Full Moon with Pisces energies has that purpose: to make you look at polarities and deal with them. There is no calmness on a Full Moon, anyway! So... look at your chaotic inner heart. ARE YOU ABLE TO STEP OUT OF THE DREAMS OF PISCES AND ALLY THE EMOTIONAL PISCES WITH THE MATERIAL ASPECT OF VIRGO? AND... CAN YOU FINALLY SEE THAT SERVING OTHERS IS FIRST OF ALL BEING COURAGEOUS ENOUGH TO SERVE YOUR NEEDS ALSO?

Understand that the resistance to the God-self prevents you to fully serve your life purpose. And the essence of Virgo talks about that Divine aspect of the Sacred Feminine. VIRGO IS HERE TO REMIND YOU THAT YOU ARE HERE ON A JOURNEY WHICH IS A DIVINE ONE AND IT STARTS WITH YOU CREATING, GROUNDING YOUR ENERGY ON THE WORLD.

There is another aspect i find amazing on this Full Moon: What ever you start now, it is pure, virgin! be aware of this. That is the ultimate essence of Virgo. So... step into your dreams from a divine place that lies within your heart. You are a creator and no one knows better than you what high frequency are you capable of creating inside to continue your own journey.

Our soul contract & this earthly life time

There is a lot of confusion about whether we come again to Earth in a physical human body after this life time. Many believe this is the last time we come to Planet Earth, and it is so for some, but... that is what always happened... some will not come again and some will, some decide it among a group they belong to and for others it is only a personal choice. And high above the rules you may have agreed upon can be changed under new agreements.
First of all this important phase of Earth ascension isn`t new, in fact, it started long ago. We are just starting to see it closer and stronger because we are a growing group and that gives us the idea of being, suddenly, at a crucial moment in history. We are but this crucial moment is old! and since this started we kept coming and going, coming and going to Earth.
Second the rules and hierarchies of heavens are not as we see. We always see it considering our mental human patterns. The way we worship, the words we use as "Lord", "God", Goddess, etc. are still profoundly imprinted with molecules of paternalism and reverence. Things have an order, of course, but the universe isn`t our world. And a big example is the multiple religions, the multiple different studies, the multiple cultures. If on this small planet we observe this huge variety of opinions, imagine how can different, the truth might be...
Understand that no one is going to face you with a contract paper, they will show you the possibilities, the choices and the consequences always considering what is you aspire for yourself and what service you want to give to your galactic family. Believe me... You do not want to disappoint your owns, you want to be proud of yourself, whether you continue working on earth or you chose a different action.
Generalizing this subject is not the best way. In fact generalizing is never the best way to deal with opinions, because there are always exceptions to rules as things aren*t linear; things are always intricate and vast. Even predictions can be changed. As curiosity... humans are known on the galactic community to be unpredictable and this is very strange to understand as we consider ourselves very predictable considering our human history. What i want to say is: although many things are predicable, the time factor (as an example) and how long things take to develop and how the characters in this big game play their role on our planet... that's amazingly unpredictable.
There is always the question: am i part of that magic number of beings said to be the chosen ones? the earth angels? am i? are you? well, on our ascension process we have to go through all levels of ascension, which we call the fourth dimension; those levels take us to worlds of illusion and dream. We feel great, full of energies. We know we know more than before and each learning has to go through the filters of experience. At those phases we think we talk to our guides, when in fact, we talk to parts of ourselves that are growing and experiencing ascension themselves on those levels of fourth dimension. Therefore we might think we are Napoleon, we might enhance conversations with God or ascended masters, we might think we travel on a space ship, or that we are one of the chosen ones, etc. At fourth dimension nothing is true and yet everything is so true, because everything happens at the astral realm where all is possible. At that teenage times of ascension we tend to leave life as we know it, we merge on the spiritual world and we think our words are true for everyone. But they aren`t. and some beings never leave this illusion, they grab it and think this is the one truth for them and others, forever...
THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT GROUPS OF "CHOSEN" AND THAT DEPENDS ON HOW AND BY WHOM WERE THEY CHOSEN. TO START WITH THEY ARE ALL PART OF THE SAME PLAN AND THE ONES THAT KEEP COMING OR START COMING ARE PART OF THE SAME JOURNEY. EACH AS A ROLE.AND THE WORD "CHOSEN" OR "SPECIAL" ISN`T CORRECT AT ALL AND SHOWS A JUDGMENT BEHIND IT.
We all think we are special, and we are. But we surely aren`t more special than any other and that is one of the phases of ascension we need to work with as a necessary step to get closer to unconditional love and service to others.
The lack of really good Masters that can guide us through the ascension process, can be so serious that we can go mad, lunatic for life and severed damaged on our mental and emotional bodies. though my 32 years on this spiritual path i have seen all and still face myself daily with all kind of situations. However one can help only at the level others allow us to go.
AS FAR AS OUR LIFE ON EARTH IS CONCERNED, I SAY WHAT I ALWAYS DO: NOTHING IS UNDER CONTROL, BUT YOU CAN CONTROL EVERYTHING ALWAYS. it is up to you and to your personal agreement done previous to this birth time; and also that can be changed. And do not think you have no big part on this just because you do not think your spiritual role is big. There are many facets to this spiritual journey and one thing i can tell you for sure: the ones that have a committed role on the third dimensional world are the ones who change things on the world, because those are the ones who have never failed the world, those are the ones who never gave up. As much as i honor who is able to live out of the box, i also understand that the majority of them need assistance from the ones who are integrated on the third dimensional world... so, my advise is: KEEP BEING THE BEST HUMAN AT ALL MOMENTS, AT EVERYTHING YOU DO.

BEING SPIRITUAL IS NOT LEAVING THE MATRIX, THE MATERIAL WORLD, IS TO CHANGE IT. ALTHOUGH MANY CAN LIVE A LIFE OF SPIRITUAL DEDICATION 24/7, MANY OTHERS DO A MAJOR SPIRITUAL WORK REMAINING OFFICIALLY IN THE MATRIX SYSTEM AND THAT IS AS IMPORTANT.
If this is my last time on earth, who cares? if it is not, why thinking of it when there is a big world out there to enjoy, live, breath, change, grow, have fun, create, work... yes, work! you have a problem with that? There is nothing related to creation and divine will without work! deal with that... you see a dancer performing a sunning show and you think that has no work behind it? Or a musician? a scientist? a diva? Oh Lord! the work they do! and they love it because they are creators. This is a third dimensional world, therefore there is movement, gravity, weight and so on, that is how it works here, that is what you have chosen to do here.

The Earth Meditation for Spring Equinox

We are approaching the equinox which will takes us to a different level on earth energies. The universe is to combine with earth to exacerbate life itself on this realm of continuous mutation and cycles
As the need for grounding is more exacerbated than ever and as the energies will be felt stronger as the climax of nature is being prepared when the equinox starts, i feel this meditation of earth embodiment will help us all to ground on _Gaia, to connect with magic, to understand what life is and to prepare ourselves to merge with all that is when the spring celebration comes.

First lets refresh our memory and remind ourselves the importance of grounding and
connecting. Find at the end of this blog how to do it the right way.

THE EARTH MEDITATION

Find a cozy, comfortable place and close your eyes. Connect with your breathing and relax. Take your time. Visualize yourself siting on a fresh, greenly grass (even if you do this meditation on a garden do this visualization,if you will). that grass carpet s around your body and extends itself above to the sky until it touches the divine sun with all its powerful grace. Near you there is a plant. let your intuition guide you and dont force any kind of plant, let it flow to you. I want you to merge with the plant and embody a leaf. bring your awareness to that leaf. if it helps imagine a light that goes out of your body enters the plant; that light is a part of you that knows how to do it. i want you to know what is like to be a leaf, a part of a plant. How does it feel? do you think? how is your awareness of life while being there? From that leaf you can go to a flower. look for a flower on that plant and go there. feel how it is like to be a flower. take the time you need to do this exercise.
When this part of the meditation is felt to be enough, thank the plant, the leaf and the flower and go back to your body. After coming back to yourself, visualize you standing up and walking barefoot on the grass, until you reach a little stream of water. Do the same exercise above merging with water. After the water go to the grass and merge with the wind, letting it dry you and take you to its own world of flowing energy. After this one walk to a cabana
made of wood and stones, get inside and you will find a cozy fire place. there you see small sticks of wood, chose one and connect with it; what does it feel like touching fire and not feeling pain? feeling warm energy and peace while being transmuted to the cosmos and not losing one self? Go back to a chair and regain your full energy. Start breathing slowly and regain full awareness of your body calmly.
Take all the time you need at each phase and do not forget to get back your energy after each experience. You can energize yourself at the end by receiving a stream of light from source.Take notes of this exercise and write what you have experienced through merging the self with the several energies.
I hope you enjoy it and see better how bonded and similar our energy is with earth. Much love and light.

This is just an example of how to CONNECT WITH SELF + GROUND + CONNECT WITH SOURCE + CENTER + PROTECTION.
1 – CONNECT WITH SELF:
Get in touch with yourself. All your parts. Be whole, fully you. Recognize you as a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual being. Feel yourself as the loving, divine, complete and loving being of pure light. Feel the strongest love for yourself; feel trust, self worth, confidence, strength, wisdom and intuition. You know you can accomplish everything you want, you have all the powers within you to be a sovereign, free and whole and enlightened being.
2 - GROUND YOURSELF TO EARTH:
Connecting to heart is vital to have a balanced connection with your supra self and with the divine energies. That connection puts you in a place of security among the realms of the etheric energy. The best way is to spend time in nature, by feeling it… feeling and touching trees and ground. However you can do it by using the KUNDALINI PRACTICE, which gives you a full ground base and a connection with the above light energies. You do it through visualization, closing your eyes and visualizing your kundalini, as a chord coming out of your root chakra and spreading into the earth as trees roots. Keep it that way and concentrate now your other end of the kundalini going up and spinning around all the chakras until it reaches the upper chakra = the crown chakra.
3 – CONNECTING WITH SOURCE ENERGY:
Then connect a beam of light that comes from above and enters your crown chakra and fills down all your chakras, the kundalini and all your body. The color of that beam of light is to be white, yellow, gold or silver and very bright.
4 – CENTER:
Stand straight, or visualize yourself doing it; your feet are on the ground and you see it as a soil fertile and strong. You are straight, your eyes are looking at the horizon (you can imagine the most beautiful horizon in front of you) and everything is perfect and beautiful. You do not bend, swing, fluctuate, oscillate or hesitate. You feel yourself having all your powers, abilities; you know you are aware, conscious of everything within and around you, you are ready to be you fully and completely.
5 – PROTECTION:
You see yourself now being full of light! Now, imagine you are inside a bubble or a pyramid! What we are doing now is building a boundary so you do not lose your own energy, making you in charge of yourself in all ways including the invisible parts of your being. You are inside the bubble or the pyramind of light! Nothing and no one can take your light from you. be mindful about it. If you want you can ask for the protection of your angels, you can ask the protection of ARCHANGEL MICHAEL and his blue ray; as you do this make the pyramid turn into a transparent blue color. The reason I tell you to ask for protection a the end of the exercise is because you now did your part of the work, respecting the universal divine laws: remember, you can do everything! You have that power!

The "Laws of the Universe" and our ups & downs

We wonder very often how can we still feel moments, days of great energy/happiness versus other days, moments in which we feel completely out of alignment, weak, unhappy, very introspective and lost. It doesn`t matter how far we go on our life journey, what we accomplish, what we change, grow, learn...

One of the Laws of the Universe explains this. It is the Law of Periodicity. This is how it works: As all cycles of life, so our learning and evolving go through phases. The calm, inner phase is followed by a great energy and creativity phase. The same happens in nature when after winter we are presented by spring. Big amounts of energy are risen this way. It seams this phases start in the mind. The mental body influences all other bodies to slow down, go inside, watch the shadows and observe the environment.

After big moments of sound comes silence, after great movement comes rest, after big waves of thoughts and creativity comes stillness.

I see this law as related to the law of pattern, which explains the reasonable way we so much identify ourselves with patterns that were taught to us but that at the same time we can change. The Law of Pattern predicts the need to transform, change, adapt patterns to our different selves as we change through life and experience. In my opinion we use the need for rest, silence and introspection to re-evaluate and adjust old patterns we no longer want to follow and then come to a new phase of great activity to put that change into motion.

I also link this law with the law of order of creation, which explains that beginnings are born in spirit then brought to the mental body and finally manifest in reality.

Finally the law of patience influences this law as it is the law that allows our mental, spiritual, emotional and mental body to work as a team and gives us "time" through which we understand and learn how to work everything in us.

And... the goal has to do with the law of perfection! Ultimately everything is perfection and that is what we constantly perceive while being in a third dimensional reality. This is a journey of expansion and that happens through cycles, phases and requires a lot of practice. We know that perfection doesnt exist on this material world, that is exactly why we aim to it! Because deep down our heart we know it is up to all of us to make the world better, more free, super loving as we remember things to be right at the beginning of our existence.

A co-criação do Solstício de Inverno

A vida expressa-se através de ciclos que circulam uma e outra vez, constantemente; nós fazemos o mesmo pois nós somos a própria vida. Tudo o que observas é àcerca de ti; Só existe tu e tu és o todo. Não iimporta qual a duração do ciclo, não importa quão repetitivo se tornou até agora, só importa que podes controlá-lo fluindo no seu círculo e manejando as energias e a tua vontade.
Todos os ciclos são àcerca de renovação, renascimento. Começa no átomo ou menos ainda e vai parar à tua vida diária. Não tem fim, é imparável e infinito.
O Solstício de Inverno é sobre ir dentro e olhar para as sementes da nossa essência, regar as que continuamos a querer ver crescer porque estamos sempre a modificar os nossos pensamentos, desejos e sentimentos sobre o que queremos ser e o que queremos criar. Em termos dos 4 grandes momentos sasonais que observamos na Terra, o Solstício de Inverno é a seleção do crescimento que fizemos nos últimos 3 meses. O que queremos continuar a fazer crescer? que necessidades precisam de amor para que possamos observar a sua manifestação no ano que se aproxima? Todos os ciclos da natureza são um reflexo dos nossos ciclos internos; o que quer que seja de decidamos dentro de nós será visto na realidade física.
É uma co-criação entre tu, as forças da natureza e o universo. Podes pergutar-me: não disseste que só existe EU? bem... tu escolheste o planeta Terra para viver para que possas aprender como viver num singular e poderoso ambiente biológico que alberga tantas energias sagradas! Aqui descobres os teus poderes para que possas "manobrar" a própria vida, tu próprio. Como fazer isto é o que estás aqui a aprender a fazer.
Nos últimos 3 meses de Outono temos estado numa especial "meditação", contemplação dos mundos internos; é um tipo de poder que iberna através do qual podemos olhar para dentro e procurar a bravura, enquanto que "descansamos"... e depois... vamos viver i Inverno nutrindo e amando, alimentando e cultivando ideias, melhorando para que, na primavera e, como um guerreiro cheio de energia e alegria manifestemos a realidade e deixemos que um novo ser emerja.
Este dia, sendo o mais pequeno do ano, marca o último dia de sono interno; a partir de agora trataremos de nós e dos nossos sonhos. Transformaremos ideiasem planos e damos energia para crescer. Começamos a olhar para o que pensamos o mundo exterior, com olhos de águia, poder de elefante e mente de baleia. Sobrevoamos a nossa tela branca procurando pelo lugar certo para aterrar e começar a viver o nosso nove ser.
Não existe nada que não estejam relacionado entre si, neste planeta, não existe nada que não possas fazer ou desejar, não existe nada ao acaso e não existem espaços vazios. Tudo está aqui para trabalhar contigo, tudo aguarda pela tua vontade, soberania, amor e energia. Tu és uma criatura poderosa, vai, então criar.
A vida não estagna, só se move em diferentes níveis de frequência; e o teu trabalho é usar as energias deste mundo que escolheste para viver, acreditando que és um mestre da tua própria capacidade de criar a realidade.
Os ciclos existem para tornar tudo novo, melhor, atualizado, crescido; Criar e re-criar sempre. Em última instância não existe nada novo, mas também, a vida precisa de se lembrar a ela própria através de todo o tipo de experiências e realizações. É isso que estamos a fazer. Estamos a lembrar que o infinito quer brincar com si próprio. A constante expressão da vida através da criação é ser sempre testada e a principal energia para todas as possibilidades é o AMOR!

The Creator-ship of Winter Solstice

Life expresses itself through cycles that circle over and over again and so do we for we are life itself. Everything you look at is all about you, there is only you and you are the whole. It does not matter how long that cycle lasts, it does not matter how repetitive it is by now, it only matters that you can control that cycle by flowing through its circle and manage the energy and your will.

All cycles are about renewal, rebirth. It starts with an atom or less, it goes through your daily life and it has no end; it goes on and on infinitely and endlessly.

Winter Solstice is about going inside and look for the seeds of our essence, water the ones we still want to see grow because we are always changing our thoughts, our desires and our feelings about what we want to be and what we want to create. In terms of the 4 big physical seasons we go through here on Earth, the Winter Solstice is about selection of the growth we did for the last 3 months. What is we want to keep working on? What needs to be nurtured so we can watch its manifestations in the year to come?

All cycles in nature are a reflection of our inner cycles; whatever we decide inside of us will be shown in physical reality.

It is a co-creation between you, the forces of nature and the universe. You can ask me: didnt you say there is only me? well... you have chose planet Earth to live in so you learn how to live with a very unique biological powerful house of sacred energies. Here is where you discover your own powers to be able to maneuver life itself, yourself! How to do this, is what you are here to find out!

For the last 3 months of fall energies we have been on a special kind of inner"meditation", contemplating the inner worlds; it is a special dormant power through which we look inside for bravery, will while somehow we rest... and then, we go through winter nurturing, feeding, cultivating ideas, improving so we get to spring as a warrior full of strength and joy to manifest reality and a new being emerges!

This day, as the shortest day of the year, marks the last day of sleep; from now on we take care of ourselves and our dreams. We transform ideas into plans and give them energy to grow. We start looking at what we think is the outside world, with the eyes of an eagle, the power of an elephant and the mind of a whale. flying around our white canvas to seek for the right spot to lay our feet and start living our new self.

There is nothing unrelated here on earth, there is nothing you cannot do or desire, there isnt any random thing and there isnt any empty spaces. All is here to work with you, all awaits for your will, sovereignty, love and energy. You are a powerful creature so go and create.

Life does not stagnate, it just moves with different levels of frequencies; and your job is to work with the energies of this world you have chosen to live, believing you are a master of your own abilities to create reality.

Cycles exist to make everything new, better, improve, grow; create, re-create. Ultimate there is nothing new, but also life needs to remember itself through all kind of experiences and fulfillments. That is what we are doing here. We are remembering that the infinite wants to play with itself. The constant expression of life through creation is to be always tested and the ultimate energy to all possibilities is LOVE!

How to manage your energy consciously

The whole world is experiencing a turmoil right now! The high frequencies living on the planet are "demanding" change; it is inevitable this general feeling as light has a heavy density on the world. A lot of beings are "waiting" for events that can show real changes and that waiting is stressful and not in alignment with this whole mission. Others are still managing the new self as they have awakened among the several phases of this big shift. All situations are different, although we are all in the same path. For some is anxiety, others pain, some others still feel revolted and harsh; some feel nothing but energy and others are already starting new stunning lives!

One thing is certain, we all have moments we need to stop, re-energize, connect, find strength and align with our hearts.

I give you here several ideas that might be according to what you may feel at some moments. Let this inspire you and be free to change them to your benefit because your life and your moments are very unique.

When you feel anxious, nervous,angry, depressed, worried... first of all, try to find a bit of space as soon as you can, so you can regain balance. You also need to understand within you if that is recurrent or not. If it is, you need to give some time to see if you want to look for the cause of it or not. If you want, well... you need to give some time to the thing and look inside for answers, see what is the problem and how you can solve it. If it isnt recurrent you just need to connect with your self, relax, change scenery, re-energize... do that!

VISUALIZATION. Its not a joke, its one of the most powerful tools you have to help you in all situations. You must believe in it, though! As much as you believe in yourself, in God, in Source energy, in Sacredness... Yes, because you must believe in something by now! I truly hope you do, specially believing yourself as you are truly am alchemist able to use energies around you and operate miracles. The goal is to find balance, connect with your core and align with peace and trust. When you feel disturbed somehow, stop, find your ground place, visualize yourself standing strong, with your feet in the ground; visualize them full of light as they connect to the ground. You will probably feel the tickling feeling proving that you are doing it well. Visualize yourself inside a bubble or a pyramid of light, while you see a beam of light filing your whole body and aura coming from above. Make sure the picture stays steady. Ad a sweet, peaceful color to that moment, such as pink. Let it fill you and surround you. We want you to feel peaceful and secure.

In case of doubts and lost of faith in your own path, look within and search your divine Christ essence; It is located inside your heart and it has a tremendous light! You can see it if you look deep, i know you can! Talk to him or her... open fully. Listen to what it has to tell you and how it can help you. It will bring you peace, will, confidence, power and security. It will restore your hope and trust. It is your own true self talking to you, guiding you, loving you, giving you ideas, assuring you that all is well and all is part of a big plan. You can also imagine that from your heart center a bright rainbow comes out and spins, filling your whole self.

Find more moments through which you can meditate to the world, to the collective, if that is something that inspire you. Light candles, listen always to music that makes you feel happy. Find time to do things that you love and make sure you have plans and move forward to make them real. Dont give energy to sadness, give energy to creation, to movement, to happiness and fulfillment, to laugh and to the future.

If you like to read, read good, inspiring stuff; if you like to dance, just dance; if you like to watch movies do that; if you like to walk, just walk... do not give excuses to yourself, stop that... yesss yesss its cold outside, oh yesss you have an headache, of course you have lots to do... please... stop! just stop! or you want to be happy, or not! please decide what you want to be and be that! everything is a decision, so chose and be responsible for that. But know that ascension, spirituality... is all about looking for the highest in ourselves, high feelings, high wishes, high purposes, etc. Doesnt necessarily mean you have to be excited and laughing all the time,it means you look for your peaceful, generous, loving, intelligent, subtle... self. It is all about being resonating with light, with our truth, with LIFE, because life is a high vibration by default, not what we are used to see around us... sad faces and angry beings.

Reach for help if you need guidance. There is always someone who can give a hand. Dont forget that you are always your ultimate guide, as you are the one who truly knows whats going on with you, so do not accept advises just because... see what resonates with you. Being open, ultimately, is being open to the guide inside of yourself, which usually is what we avoid. Listen careful to that master within.

The Shift is here and isn`t over yet!

WE ARE THE DREAMERS THAT HAVE HAD THE GREATEST DREAM OF A FREE WORLD AND WE CAN MAKE IT THROUGH... TRUE

ANY DOUBTS ABOUT WHAT YOU ACHIEVED ENERGETICALLY? ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING OR WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU PHYSICALLY? AS A COLLECTIVE WE ARE BEING BORN! FILLING ALL THE SPACES WITH OUR LIGHT, LIGHTENING EACH OTHER HEARTS WITH OUR UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. WE WERE BORN PERSONALLY SLOWLY FOR THE LAST YEARS AND WE ARE READY TO BRING A NEW LIFE TO THE WORLD, TOGETHER WITHOUT DOUBTS OR SHADOWS.

OUR SEVERAL BODIES ARE CIRCULATING IN A NEW ENVIRONMENT ALTHOUGH THE "SPACE" IS APPARENTLY THE SAME; THE ADJUSTMENTS AT A CELLULAR LEVEL ARE TREMENDOUSLY COMPLICATED AND IF WE INJECT WITHIN THE IDEA OF TRUST, CONFIDENCE, IF WE COMPLIMENT OUR BODY FOR THE WORK AND THE UPGRADE, BELIEVE THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE MUCH EASY. DO NOT IMPRINT IN YOURSELF THE IDEA OF FAILURE OR HARDNESS. THAT WILL MAKE THINGS MORE DIFFICULT! DO NOT FORGET THAT YOUR BODY KNOWS EVERYTHING YOU THINK AND FEEL AND REACTS FURTHER OR BACK WORDS AS YOU SEND HIGH OR LOWER VIBRATIONS.

BUT NOW... WE ASK... WHAT NOW? WHAT IS THERE TO DO? TO START WITH, NO MORE PROCRASTINATION! NO MORE I WILL OR I TRY! NEVER AGAIN THE I THINK I CANT MAKE IT OR THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! THE IMPOSSIBLE REACHED OUR BODIES AND EARTH, WHICH IS VIBRATING SO HIGH SEAMS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE! SAME HAPPENED TO US... ARE WE WHERE WE WERE A FEW YEARS AGO? NO WAY! IS THIS BETTER? WELL... MAYBE NOT YET FOR A LOT OF US! BUT WHY? HOW MUCH DID YOU HEALED? HOW MUCH DID YOU LEARNED ABOUT YOURSELF AND OTHERS? IS THE WORLD, THE UNIVERSE THE SAME? OF COURSE NOT! OUR HORIZONS OPENED IMMENSELY AND DEEPLY. WE HAVE NO MORE LIMITATIONS OR BARRIERS FROM OUR MINDS OUR OUTSIDERS, WE CANNOT BE TOLD ANYMORE WHAT TO BE AND WE FOUND THE TRUTH BENEATH THE MASK WE HAVE WARN FOR SO LONG.

SO... THE TIME WE SPENT BECOMING WHAT WE ARE NOW GAVE US SO MANY RICH EXPERIENCES THAT WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE NOW, TO CREATE IS FAR MORE GRAND THAN WE COULD POSSIBLE IMAGINE! NEVER OUR DREAMS GOT SO ENORMOUS AND DIVINE! THAT IS WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW, CREATING A WONDERFUL WORLD IN THE MICRO AND THE MACRO. BRINGING EXTERNALLY WHAT WE REACHED INTERNALLY. AND THAT TAKES A LOT FROM US AND FROM THE UNIVERSE, WE ARE NOT BUILDING A SIMPLE BASIC HOME, WE ARE BUILDING THE GREATEST PLACE WITH THE FINEST MATERIALS. THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE DOING IN THIS SHIFT PHASE, INTEGRATING THE NEW ENERGETIC LEVEL AND BRINGING THOSE SAME FREQUENCIES TO WHATEVER YOU ARE CREATING BY NEW HIGH THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS! SO... DO NOT GIVE UP OR THINK ITS TO MUCH. YOU ARE REACHING FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE, BECAUSE THOSE DREAMS ARENT ONLY YOURS, THEY ARE EVERYONE`S. WE ARE LITERALLY IN A SUPER CONSCIOUS DIVINE PLAN DRIVING THE LIGHT! THIS ISN`T OVER YET... THERE IS A LOT TO DO; IT WILL TAKE, AT LEAST DECADES, TO CHANGE THE WORLD, AND IF WE BALANCE FULLY OURSELVES AND WITHIN THE COLLECTIVE WE ARE PART OF, WE CAN STOP THINKING OF THE TIME FACTOR AND CONTINUE THE JOURNEY. TIME... WHAT IS TIME ANYWAY... JUST KEEP WALKING FORWARD. MUCH LOVE TO ALL

Religion versus Creation

There are lots of religions in our world and it has always been this way. Ancient, strongly ruled practices were religions as well because they had rules made by humans. There must have been some practices that were not meant to control others therefore had no rules just as today there are some esoteric practices that are not originated on the will to control other beings. However this is not an article about practices humans do out of desire, love, communion. This is about mental, physical, emotional and spiritual control... using the desire to understand GOD, Creation, the self, the world, the unknown, the whole universe and life itself...
Religion was always the easiest way to control humans due to the unknown factor of the divine creation, so they have ruled creation, God, the universe and humans; everything had an explanation and still has. Nothing is unexplained by religion. FEAR was and is the best way to slave and kill sovereignty so you always stand besides the father figure of society.
With all the respect by ancient scholars which did their best to perpetuate their knowledge of the laws of the universe by hiding them on symbols, tales and other means... most of the wisdom and glory of religion is untrue.
There is no sin, there is no hell, there is no heaven, there is no God watching every movement we make. WE KNOW NOTHING! WE ONLY KNOW THE SYSTEMS OF MEN! The system through which they have control others through ages, preventing us from being responsible for ourselves!
The is no Father or Mother that is watching our good or bad behavior so He or She can reward it or punish it, there is no mistakes against a divinity out of yourself or out of your brothers and sisters, as you are part of a whole!
There is and will always be the search for that GOD which is sublime, free, loving, joyful, abundant... but that God is not your ruler or your Master, your teacher or your provider. Because religion is not God and God is no religion. Every religion claims to be the true one. Really? so... is God Christian? or Buddhist? or Muslim? Religions defines God when they cannot even show themselves through a highest way as institutions which speak God`s Word!
We are all responsible for what we do, no entity is responsible for us; We are all free, nothing but humans can take your sovereignty; we are under the laws of the universe, the laws of our solar system and men`s laws. What about your own? What about loving God with no expectations about rewards? or fear of punishments?
At this times,at this moment in which we are all changing the world, calling for everyone`s hearts to wake up... we surely want to love unconditionally and that is starting by loving God in the most natural, unconditional way. How can we love all creation if we do show love through fear? to show our "Prime Creator", who and whatever It is, that we love so we can go to heaven...
Being a religion being is a choice, of course, and has a new meaning nowadays, through which we show to the institution we are part of, that we no longer accept domination, threats, control and lies. Being a religious person at this time is being sovereign, transparent and proud of being part of creation! And that starts by accepting responsibility for ourselves in all ways!
