Autumn Equinox ~Looking forward!

 

Today is the Fall Equinox which opens the gateway of your heart for the upcoming creations of your reality. Today is filed with strong, blessed energies that provide you with the whole set of energetic divine vibrations to make you enter on this new season full of prosperity and joy.

The secret lies inside your heart. Just on your heart center! Go there and know that in trusting yourself; trusting that you can perceive whatever you foresee, you open your mystic gate of divine energies..

The Eclipse might have caused some distress, anxiety and pain, but if it did is just because there are things inside of you that still need to be transmuted and transformed. The New Moon two days ago also might have increased those stressed emotions, that means you really must rise above the things you feel still hurt you so you can heal and keep walking your path. And those events came before the Equinox just to allow you to heal and prepare your energy to the next phase.

The shift doesn`t stop and as you open to what the universe asks from you, understanding that what might seam rough is just a reflection of what must be dealt with in order to be lighter, to walk lighter... when you trust that... when you trust the universe, you are in fact trusting yourself because in truth, the universe which appears in front of you is just your past creation coming to life, to reality, just a reflection of negativity still remaining. And, when you also truly believe that everything is nothing but a dream we are all being part of, there, at that moment... things stop having the same importance and can easily be transmuted; What makes us really hurt is the increased and exponential rise of the perceptions, which are given to us by our mind and have the goal of not letting us rise above the third world "reality". Our mind will do everything to keep us in this earthly reality because our mind was suppressed, repressed and chain for to long! As we stop rumbling on our mind`s traps, things get easy. Its just a matter of training!

So... to achieve this Equinox energies, just let go... let go of what doesn`t really matter and know that what really matters is what creative energies are inside your heart. Listen to them, open to them and be the creator. Receive the blessing of today`s gateway of magic, relax, contemplate, smell the breeze, feel the wind, look at the sunset and focus on the stars... remember, what matters are the creative impulses, those are the feelings we must connect with at this moment in time and at all moments. Be that openness and live in joy.

Some enchanted evening you're going to meet your soulmate, the perfect person who will meet all your needs and fulfill all your dreams. Right? Wrong! This fantasy that songwriters and poets are so fond of perpetuating has its roots in memories of the womb, where we were so secure and "at one" with our mothers; it's no wonder we have hankered to return to that place all our lives. But, to put it quite brutally, it is a childish dream. And it's amazing we hang on to it so stubbornly in the face of reality. Nobody, whether it's your current mate or some dreamed-of partner in the future, has any obligation to deliver your happiness on a platter--nor could they even if they wanted to. Real love comes not from trying to solve our neediness by depending on another, but by developing our own inner richness and maturity. Then we have so much love to give that we naturally draw lovers towards us.

I know you think you don`t love yourself...

Some of us always think we love ourselves enough, and we don`t... But some think they do not love themselves at all...

For the ones that think they do not love themselves... that is not true. If it was, you wouldn`t be able to live a whole life without any love for yourself, being terrible miserable, you would not be here now anymore because your soul wouldn`t allow it... some how, deep inside you, you love yourself. You just enjoy the pity and the comfortable nurturing of self commiseration and indulgence. It`s ok, it`s fine, those are human feelings that we develop to bare life; they just don`t allow us to grow, create, be ourselves and be happy. Maybe... you are to afraid of being yourself , maybe you don`t even know how to be yourself... that is fine too. Do not blame yourself over it, just ponder on this for a moment: what if life could be amazing, even if it had challenges and blockages... what if you could sleep so good at night that life would be worthy just for that feeling... what if you could surprise yourself and discover the amazing abilities you have that you do not know about... what if you had moments through which you could feel the bliss of every living thing so strongly that you could exist beyond time, space and reality... what if you could experience love in the most unimaginable ways... I know you are brave to live as you do, but maybe, just maybe you would not need to be as brave to love yourself; it would just be different... it would have a future... but living as you do there is no future because whatever happens is expected. If you want to give it a try and love yourself more, know yourself more, be yourself more... it is up to you only... everything is a choice, no matter how many excuses we find...
Never the less i tell you this: life is harder that way. You think you are protecting yourself from the world, but you are not. You are choosing not to live, not to show your greatness.
If you would chose to let that inner love outside of it`s cave... what would you do? who would you be? how intensely would you love? how hard would you laugh? what great advises would you give to children? how many ideas would you have? how many mountains would you turn over? how many miles would you walk? I would like to see you that way, the true way, i really would like to meet you on this journey on which we are all pilgrims.

AFFIRMATION OF THE 7 CHAKRAS:

FREEDOM FROM FEAR

We usually let ourselves be controlled by others! Why? In fact what happens is that we usually let ourselves be controlled by fear. We get blind and we do not see what we are, what we have inside. We let our dreams come to our thoughts just to give us some energy… but we do not pursuit them! Fear does not let us move forward.

As we heal, we start seeing things, both outside and inside more clear. We light our candle within that gives us light to what lies within and things do not seem impossible anymore. Fear becomes questioned constantly until we finally send it away!

When you feel you are not protected... trust your higher self

We trust so much on our guides, angels, masters... and yet... sometimes we wonder why have they failed to protect you at some moments.

If you ask for protection it should be given to you! that is what we think! well... Our life experiences are conditioned for several aspects, which are meant to help us growing towards consciousness about who and what we truly are. And what and who we truly are implies being aware of our abilities to work all energies at our disposal, meaning how to protect ourselves from all kind of things that are negative some how.

When a negative situation comes your way, matters understand why did it happen. Depending on your soul contract your experiences are meant to help you grow, use your abilities, go beyond appearances, search, evolve... if you are protected from whatever makes you grow in consciousness, there is no point of being here.

There is nothing that can come your way that you cannot deal with. Therefore understand that if you were let being faced with some kind of "danger" is because there is something you need to learn, break fears, experience, etc.

If you look back on your life you will see that all your problems made you the being you are now. What you think is an "attack" is in fact something you must bless and be thankful for.

What is you need to look at? What kind of beings are you connecting with which you do not resonate with? What kind of powers are you hiding from yourself that are supposed to be used? (it can be mental, physical, spiritual abilities), what personal soul essence of yourself are you violating which makes your life so miserable? are you forgetting who you are? what are you doing to yourself which prevents you from being happy and allows you to experience what you dont need and want?

Ultimately everything is created from us, so watch what is you chose to your life and also be aware of the situations that approach your way so you can use them to growth instead of victimization. To do this work focus yourself always, i repeat: always, on your pure heart center, do not let anger and disappointment rule and trust on yourself and the universe. Your higher self knows always what to send you in order to make sure you keep approaching her/him.

Stay always centered on  yourself, you do that by focusing a bit on your body. Also helps to find a few minutes to go inside and visualize a sparkle of light inside your brain, right in the middle of your brain. Of course having the time to spend on a 20 minute meditation every day would be great. Ground on earth by imagining your feet are touching the soil; touch a plant or tree, walk barefoot, have a salt bath on your tub or  on the sea or even on a river. Whatever you have time and possibility to do.  Every day let a beam of light coming from above to fill your full body and that will work miracles on your self and on your life. Several times a day, and it only takes a second, visualize yourself, your body being straight as a strong tree and imagine your axis as a chord of light that runs from top to bottom making you aligned. 

It is very easy to be connected and centered, grounded and strong. Do not find excuses for a few minutes a day,  or even seconds because they are the difference between happiness and success or sadness and feeling miserable.

Pink Full Moon in Libra

Pink Full Moon in Libra ~ April 11

As it happens with every Full Moon, the heightened energy is to be used as you chose to. It is up to you how to work within the energies that blast your life. The positive intentions and the heart focus set your energy field, emotional body and mental electric functions to receive the blessings of this Full Moon in Libra.

The Full Moon instinctively connects you with your deep self, therefore, you may be already feeling a pressure on your stomach, and head, feeling nervous as your higher intuition is talking to you and giving you messages about what to do next, what to bring to the surface in the incoming weeks.

The only way to be sure if your intuition is at it`s highest is to make sure you center strongly with yourself, ground and connect with high vibrations; keep your heart pure, open and lightened. If you do this there is no way you are misguided.

There is nothing better than a Libra Full Moon to let go of unbalanced routines and ideas that take to much energy from yourself. When you conclude you are being negative remember that balance is the key to happiness and completion. And that goes for your ideas about yourself and others. So... at this full Moon what is you need to look at inside? what is hidden and needing light? what are you not looking fully and unconditionally? every coin has to sides! look at all facets of a subject and stop judging. The same intensity of beliefs that you have, others have as well. Respecting others point of view is absolutely vital to find peace within ourselves. The same goes about respecting all parts of yourself!!!

Heart burdens are to be cut off. We give to much energy to some issues which do not allow us to move on. This is a magical moment through which you can lighten the burden of your heart. Remember: to open to the new you must find room within yourself. Nothing better than focus a bit on your social facet and do new things. There is a big world out there waiting for your energy and love.

Relax, trust, feel easy within and everything will be easier. Smile more and the universe will smile back. Empty your mind of patterns and you will listen to your true voice speaking about miracles.

This is a Pink Moon which relates to this time of nature where flowers blossom. That is what you are supposed to do: blossom, exude sweet perfumes from yourself and commune with the world around you.

The Earth Meditation for Spring Equinox

We are approaching the equinox which will takes us to a different level on earth energies. The universe is to combine with earth to exacerbate life itself on this realm of continuous mutation and cycles
As the need for grounding is more exacerbated than ever and as the energies will be felt stronger as the climax of nature is being prepared when the equinox starts, i feel this meditation of earth embodiment will help us all to ground on _Gaia, to connect with magic, to understand what life is and to prepare ourselves to merge with all that is when the spring celebration comes.

First lets refresh our memory and remind ourselves the importance of grounding and
connecting. Find at the end of this blog how to do it the right way.

THE EARTH MEDITATION

Find a cozy, comfortable place and close your eyes. Connect with your breathing and relax. Take your time. Visualize yourself siting on a fresh, greenly grass (even if you do this meditation on a garden do this visualization,if you will). that grass carpet s around your body and extends itself above to the sky until it touches the divine sun with all its powerful grace. Near you there is a plant. let your intuition guide you and dont force any kind of plant, let it flow to you. I want you to merge with the plant and embody a leaf. bring your awareness to that leaf. if it helps imagine a light that goes out of your body enters the plant; that light is a part of you that knows how to do it. i want you to know what is like to be a leaf, a part of a plant. How does it feel? do you think? how is your awareness of life while being there? From that leaf you can go to a flower. look for a flower on that plant and go there. feel how it is like to be a flower. take the time you need to do this exercise.
When this part of the meditation is felt to be enough, thank the plant, the leaf and the flower and go back to your body. After coming back to yourself, visualize you standing up and walking barefoot on the grass, until you reach a little stream of water. Do the same exercise above merging with water. After the water go to the grass and merge with the wind, letting it dry you and take you to its own world of flowing energy. After this one walk to a cabana
made of wood and stones, get inside and you will find a cozy fire place. there you see small sticks of wood, chose one and connect with it; what does it feel like touching fire and not feeling pain? feeling warm energy and peace while being transmuted to the cosmos and not losing one self? Go back to a chair and regain your full energy. Start breathing slowly and regain full awareness of your body calmly.
Take all the time you need at each phase and do not forget to get back your energy after each experience. You can energize yourself at the end by receiving a stream of light from source.Take notes of this exercise and write what you have experienced through merging the self with the several energies.

This is just an example of how to CONNECT WITH SELF + GROUND + CONNECT WITH SOURCE + CENTER + PROTECTION.
1 – CONNECT WITH SELF:
Get in touch with yourself. All your parts. Be whole, fully you. Recognize you as a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual being. Feel yourself as the loving, divine, complete and loving being of pure light. Feel the strongest love for yourself; feel trust, self worth, confidence, strength, wisdom and intuition. You know you can accomplish everything you want, you have all the powers within you to be a sovereign, free and whole and enlightened being.
2 - GROUND YOURSELF TO EARTH:
Connecting to heart is vital to have a balanced connection with your supra self and with the divine energies. That connection puts you in a place of security among the realms of the etheric energy. The best way is to spend time in nature, by feeling it… feeling and touching trees and ground. However you can do it by using the KUNDALINI PRACTICE, which gives you a full ground base and a connection with the above light energies. You do it through visualization, closing your eyes and visualizing your kundalini, as a chord coming out of your root chakra and spreading into the earth as trees roots. Keep it that way and concentrate now your other end of the kundalini going up and spinning around all the chakras until it reaches the upper chakra = the crown chakra.
3 – CONNECTING WITH SOURCE ENERGY:
Then connect a beam of light that comes from above and enters your crown chakra and fills down all your chakras, the kundalini and all your body. The color of that beam of light is to be white, yellow, gold or silver and very bright.
4 – CENTER:
Stand straight, or visualize yourself doing it; your feet are on the ground and you see it as a soil fertile and strong. You are straight, your eyes are looking at the horizon (you can imagine the most beautiful horizon in front of you) and everything is perfect and beautiful. You do not bend, swing, fluctuate, oscillate or hesitate. You feel yourself having all your powers, abilities; you know you are aware, conscious of everything within and around you, you are ready to be you fully and completely.
5 – PROTECTION:
You see yourself now being full of light! Now, imagine you are inside a bubble or a pyramid! What we are doing now is building a boundary so you do not lose your own energy, making you in charge of yourself in all ways including the invisible parts of your being. You are inside the bubble or the pyramind of light! Nothing and no one can take your light from you. be mindful about it. If you want you can ask for the protection of your angels, you can ask the protection of ARCHANGEL MICHAEL and his blue ray; as you do this make the pyramid turn into a transparent blue color. The reason I tell you to ask for protection a the end of the exercise is because you now did your part of the work, respecting the universal divine laws: remember, you can do everything! You have that power!

Ascension and the past

The biggest shift ever noticed on this planet is happening now! What is happening is beyond any doubt or skepticism! When has this started depends on how far we go behind… we can say that the last few years were very important and that that determined this moment, however those last few years couldn`t possible happened if there wasn`t a previous ascending procedure that took place for decades! In fact those same decades were only possible due to the work of light beings here on earth for thousands of years!
We can even say that everything has already happened; that what we doubt about has been written in the beginning of everything and is stored in the sacred records of akashic. We can say, in fact, that everything is known within and it is imprinted in our cells. So, why do we have to do it? Why is this so difficult and takes so long? Why is this planet suffering so much? What is the point of all this? So many questions we all have… well we all come from a long journey and we all meet here and now! This is a place of free will that has a tremendous, fabulous story! Very intricate and complicated because this realm is indeed a fantastic place! All forces always wanted this planet due to its peculiar characteristics concerning biological life, mass weight and gravity. It is the ideal planet to test races and train slaves. It is also the best training field for all pure souls. The heaven for each self to test itself! That is reason why all past did lead us to this now moment where all powers and forces
culminate here in this ultimate grand phase of our mission to freedom earth and freedom all selves!
But… what I really want to talk to you about is the past of yourself, you as an individual, a pilgrim wondering through this place in search for your own inner grail! We can never separate the single from the collective, because all leads to the collectiveness. However there isn’t any collectiveness or unity what so ever without the long, lonely path of each of us! We have been lost and re-finding ourselves in a crowdy environment. And we are still doing it and we always will because there is no ending for all that is! The end is not in life`s dictionary ad light doesn’t recognize ends.
Look back and see what you have been through, all the laughs and cries, ups and downs. Everything leaded you here and never regret your past decisions for they made you what you are now. Remember that bad decision? … Yes that very one! Well… how could you show yourself to you that way, how could you learn that lesson that specific way, how could you feel that way, if you haven’t made that turn in your journey? It would be different and yes you would have learned one way or the other! But what matters is that something did made you chose that way and you better start accepting everything you did because getting trapped on those past moments will not lead to paradise! You hold yourself in that self regret, self pity, self punishment while you could be looking at the great being you became, the being that overcame everything! Yes! That is who
you are! Be grateful, forgive, bless and love yourself! You had time enough to digest every lesson you made yourself experienced. If you still need to understand, heal and forgive you and others now is the moment to finally do it!
Society induces us into the past constantly for two main reasons: so we lose the self in there and do not be able to create excellent now moments (the constant creation of life is equal to divine motion which means constant growth, consciousness and awareness); plus feeling sick, afraid and disappointed with life will push us to look for the father figure of society which is the state as an institution and that is what is expected from us: being dependent instead of being free and sovereign in all ways. We make our body ill by remembering constantly past pain, and finally, we get addicted to self pity in order to get society`s attention for there is nothing else we can do to solve our problems.
Looking back you will see that you tried so many times to free yourself from the fake protection of society! But the pressure, the games, the fake love… everything was done so you stayed chained and trapped. So… through life we dance the dance of freedom from the cage! Sometimes we feel rebels and we face everything and everyone, other times we want to fit because we feel vulnerable and in need for love and attention. Those attempts and give ups are part of the wakening process and bring so many valuable lessons that we can never regret them!
What matters is that one way or the other, sooner or later we get to be the self we really want! And that is you now!
We all think about the moment where the real awakening moment happened. It is something we really need to understand. In one way we do not recognize ourselves anymore in most of our past moments; we need to recognize ourselves in the moment of the click so we can feel that, indeed, we were the ones who really lived all that! The other reason is the need to identify so many ups and downs in our path, understand why they happened, what kept us in the matrix, and what moved us each time to make a new leap!
Some of you will remember a single specific moment for the awakening and some will identify several moments in different times through life as really important, that all together, led to an event that finally made all the difference, made the final click.
Now we came to this point where we feel strange, confused, worried, afraid and sometimes sick. Doubts come to our mind, the heart can`t feel peace, our stomach wakes up all swirly every day and our under pressured throat seams a constant reminder that we are doing something wrong; body changes make us feel that something inside is whirling, twitching and thrusting and we don’t seem to find an end to all this! Some days are incredibly happy and we feel like we finally got it!” Yes! I did it!” – We think “I absolutely made it!”; “I`m strong, happy, full of joy and energy. I feel like I can conquer the whole universe and nothing can stop me now! I won`t be sad or nervous again,
nor I will feel sick and low!” …and the next day we wake up feeling totally different… well loves, the truth is that ascension is exactly that! It is not a straight line that we follow, it is not a slide ruler that we jump from #1 to #2, and then we follow the #3 and hope for the #4. Ascension is like the flight of a bird, the travels of the wind and the waves of the seas! Up and down, further and backwards, in and out, softly or harsh!
As you see, everything is ascension, all leads to it, build it, promote it, encourage it! Even what seems to bring separation for the being happens for a reason. So, be thankful for everything and release what you still feel is causing you disturbances. Something you need to understand is that there is no going further at this point without healing from past pain and traumas. You need to release yourself from the weight you carry so you continue your journey lighter and ready to receive the new!

Activation of the Inner Christ Flame

This was a meditation created two years ago when i used to make events for global meditations. This is either a sole or group meditation and works really well.

OUR OWN CHRIST ENERGY IS WITHIN OUR HEARTS. THIS ENERGY EXERCISE HELPS TO ACKNOWLEDGE, FREEING AND TO BE ONE WITH THAT SACRED FLAME, FOR WE ARE IT - WE ARE THE "I AM" - IN ITS MOST PURE, DIVINE FORM.  WE ARE OUR OWN RESURRECTION AND THE CONSTANT RECREATION OF SELF THAT BRINGS US CLOSER AND CLOSER TO OUR DIVINE PURPOSE BY THIS DAILY PATH OF ASCENSION. THE SACRED SUBSTANCE, THE DIVINE SOURCE FLAME - THE PURE CRYSTAL WHITE RAY IS INSIDE EACH ONE OF US AND TOGETHER WE ARE GOING TO LIGHT IT UP FOREVER!

START BY FINDING A QUIET AND SILENT PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WARM. STAY STILL AND CLOSE YOUR EYES. GROUND WELL AND CENTER ON YOUR SELF. THEN CONNECT TO THE SOURCE OF DIVINE LIGHT. YOU CAN DO THIS BY VISUALIZING A LINK OF LIGHT BETWEEN YOU AND THE GREAT SUN IN THE HEAVENS. YOU CAN CONCENTRATE ON YOUR BREATHING AND THEN START THE VISUALIZATION OR SIMPLY GO FOR THE VISUALIZATION RIGHT AWAY (DEPENDS ON THE PERSON). VISUALIZE THE PLANET AND IMAGINE IT CALM AND PEACEFUL; FEEL THE SMELLS, THE SOUNDS OF ITS OWN. TAKE THE TIME YOU FEEL TO DO IT. IMAGINE HUNDREDS, THOUSANDS OF LITTLE LIGHTS, LIKE CANDLES IN THE PLANET. THOSE ARE US!  YOU LOOK ABOVE THE PLANET, THERE IS A BRIGHT LIGHT, VERY PURE AND WHITE. SUDDENLY YOU SEE HUNDREDS OF LADDERS THAT ARE CLIMBING UP FROM THE GROUND ON THE PLANET STRAIGHT INTO THAT LIGHT ABOVE. EVERYONE IS CLIMBING THOSE STAIRS. YOU CAN FEEL THEM OPENING THEIR HEARTS TO THAT LIGHT YOU CAN FEEL THE LOVE EVERY WHERE SPREADING IN THE MOST AMAZING WAY! YOU CAN FEEL THE PEACE, THE ENLIGHTENMENT IN EACH EARTH, AS IF EVERYONE IS IN HARMONY WITH THE SELF AND WITH ALL THAT IS! NOW YOU FEEL YOURSELF CLIMBING A LEADER TOO, AND YOUR HEART IS OPENING TO THAT SAME FEELING! YOU FEEL THE EMOTION, YOU ARE THAT EMOTION AND YOU REALIZE YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THAT! IT WAS THERE INSIDE YOUR HEART ALL THE TIME. ALL HEARTS ARE NOW IN HARMONY AND FEELING WARM AND COZY. NO SEPARATION, THE UNIVERSE IS INSIDE YOU AND INSIDE EVERYONE ELSE AND YOU FEEL THAT. THAT CRYSTAL WHITE LIGHT IS INVADING ALL BEINGS, IT GOES TO EVERY CELL EVERY PARTS OF EACH SELF AND ITS AMAZING! ITS GROWING AND ITS SPREADING OUTSIDE THE PLANET CONFORT ZONE AND YOU SEE IT GETTING LARGER AND FILLING THE WHOLE GALAXY! THE FEELING OF LOVE GOES WITH IT AND HEALS EVERY SPACE!  YOU LOOK AND YOU SEE A TEMPLE INSIDE YOUR HEART, ITS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT TEMPLE AND YOU FEEL COMPLETE. EVERYONE AND YOURSELF SUDDENLY FEEL THEY ARE ON THE NEW EARTH AND THIS IS A NEW PLACE, MORE LOVING, FREE, PEACEFUL AND AWAKENED. YOU SENSE EVERYONE`S LOVE AND YOUR OWN LOVE MUCH STRONGER AND PURE AND DIVINE WISDOM HAS GROWN IMMENSELY. YOU ARE PEACE, RELAXED AND HAPPY AND YOU KNOW THAT IS THE FEELING IN EVERYONE`S HEART AND LIFE. THERES A CONSTANT OF BLISSFUL EVERY WHERE.

THE SECOND PART OF THIS EXERCISE IS YOU VISUALIZING THAT EVERYONE HEALS THE PLANET BY REACHING INSIDE OF THE EARTH`S HEART. LET YOUR IMAGINATION PENETRATE THE SOIL AND LOOK FOR THE SACRED HEART.; LET YOUR INTUITION GUIDE YOU AND DON`T FEEL STRANGE ABOUT WHAT KIND OF HEART YOU SEE BECAUSE T DOESN`T NECESSARILY HAVE TO BE A COMMON HEART.  LINK A CHORD OF LIGHT FROM YOUR OWN HEART TO THAT HEART AND SEND A BIT OF THAT AMAZING LIGHT THAT INHABITS AT THE CENTER OF YOUR OWN HEART AND HEAL OUR MOTHER.

O que significa cada fase de ascensão para um ser de consciência?

Estes constantes picos energéticos trazem dúvidas e questões a muitos seres. As perguntas mais frequentes são:

~ Esta ascensão nunca acaba?

~Quando termina o processo de ascensão?

~ Porque razão estes grandes momentos energéticos continuam a acontecer? qual o propósito? Porque temos que passar por isto? os picos energéticos são sempre iguais?

A ascensão não termina. Eu repito: a ascensão não termina!

Ascensão nõ pode ser feita depressa!

Ascensão não é algo que te é dado. Ascensão é escolhida por ti, portanto passas por ele por fases da forma que podes!

Tudo é feito dentro de ti. à medida que fazes um pouco de trabalho inerno, tornas-te capaz de fazer mais um pouco. Normalmente desviamo-nos do "caminho certo", o que nos faz crescer mais devido ao crescimento que as adversidades nos podem dar. Desviamo-nos porque não queremos ver verdades, quer dizer, algumas partes de nós querem ver, mas outras preferem não o fazer.

Nós somos complexos, somos um todo feito de muitas partes. Estamos a conhecer-nos, aprender a amar-nos, curando-nos, etc. Isto não é fácil, é de facto muito complicado. Mas muito bonito... Para suportar o sofrimento, dor, trauma,medo, desapontamento, muitas vezes colorimos a realidade, colorimos experiências para que não experimentemos mais situações difíceis. Mas a verdade é que a vida traz-nos exatamente o que necessitamos para se certificar de que amamos e respeitamos mais a nós próprios e também todos os outros seres.

Assim... muitas vezes pensamos que fizemos o trabalho suficiente, que sabemos o que precisamos saber, que nos amamos e amamos os outros... mas... depressa veremos que as coisas não estão claras e, ainda, não nos amamos como deveríamos. Iremos entender que existe, ainda, muito trabalho a fazer dentro do nosso ser profundo, mais para compreender sobre SER, o que em última instância é saber TUDO O QUE É.

cada parte de ti, possui o seu oposto e isso não é um problema. Aprender a trazer equilíbrio ao teu ser é a chave. Aceitar, nutrir, dialogar com tudo em ti, mesmo o que não te agrada é o segredo para a paz interna, para crescer e expandir.

Deixa que te dê um exemplo de alguém que não fez paz interna. Essa pessoa escolhe mostrar uma diferente parte de si mesma a cada situação e não tem equilíbrio.

Imagina que tens um amigo/a que te faz sentir que te ama, sentes isso pelas palavras e pela tua intuição. No entanto reparas que se fazes algo que não lhe agrada ele ou ela mostra uma parte de si mesmo totalmente diferente, muda de personalidade. Sentes que não há amor nesses momentos. Durante o dia ou semana... vês vários tipos de personalidade. Ficas confuso à medida que os anos passam pois sentes dentro do teu coração que essa pessoa te ama e enão entendes os diferentes padrões que expressa na relação. A sua parte amorosa é mostrada quando tudo lhe corre de feição, o ser zangado é mostrado quando contrariado ou forçado a um momento que não deseja. Esse ser ama-te? claro que sim. Esse ser odeia-te? claro que sim!

Acontece que em vez de aceitar todas as partes de si mesmo, amá-las, curá-las... esses seres não conseguem olhar para si próprios completamente devido aos imensos traumas. Isto provoca o não conseguir evitar que essas partes reprimidas venham ao de cima. Parece contraditório,mas quando mais escondes, rejeitas e evitas a integração que, por sua vez promove a paz, mais essas partes te perseguem e invadem os teus momentos. Se, ao contrário, olhares para dentro, te livrares do medo, quando mais amares tudo em ti, mais equilibras o teu ser e mais amoroso te tornas.

Este processo é feito devagar, toda a tua vida. Desde que não te preocupes, não te vicies neste aspeto, mostrar-te-á o melhor de ti, dar-te-á liberdade, tornar-te-á feliz, completo e satisfeito.

Relaxa e olha para ti cada vez que não te sentes bem. Tudo é uma relação, assim, fala contigo como farias com um amigo que necessita de suporte, amor e ajuda. Ajudas todos mas não te ajudas a ti como deverias.

Querer vibrar alto forçando-te a sentir feliz quando uma parte de ti pede atenção, não é o melhor. Vai dentro, fala contigo, resolve o problema e depois, sim! vai e vive momentos felizes!

Isto é ascender! e cada vez que fortes energias chegam até nós, sentimos a oportunidade dentro denós a clamar para nos conhecermos melhor. Abre-te a ti, deseja amar-te mais. A tua vida refletirá esse trabalho.

What really means shifting for a conscious human?

This constant energetic shifts bring doubts to a lot of beings. the usual questions are:

~ Does the shifting never ends?

~ When does the ascension process stops? 

~ Why do these blasts of energy keep coming, whats the purpose? why do we have to go through this? are they always the same kind of shift?

Ascension does not, i repeat, ascension does not end!

Ascension cannot be done fast!

Ascension is not something that is given to you. Ascension is chosen by you, therefore you go through phases as you can!

Everything is done inside, and as you do a bit of work, you get ready for another bit. Commonly we are deviated from the right course, which ultimately will make us grow more due to the growth that adversities can give us constantly. We deviate ourselves from the right course because we do not want to see truths, i mean, a part of us wants to see truths, but other parts do not!

We are complex, we are made of a lot of parts, we are knowing ourselves, learning to love ourselves, healing ourselves, etc. This isn`t easy, its in fact very complicated. Beautiful though... To cope with suffering, pain, trauma, fear, disappointment, we often color reality, we color experiences so we do not experiment more harsh situations, but the truth is life will bring more of what we need to make sure we learn how to love and respect ourselves more, love and respect others more as well.

So... we think often we have done enough work, that we know what is needed to know, we love ourselves and others enough... but soon... we will see things are not that clear and we do not, yet, love enough. we will understand that there is still a lot of work to do, more to learn about the self, which ultimately is knowing all that is.

Each part of you has its opposite, and that is ok. Learning how to bring balance is the key. Accepting, nurturing, dialog with everything in you, even what you do not like is the secret to make peace inside, to grow, to expand!

Let me give you an example of a person who hasnt make peace within all parts of the self, therefore, that person chooses to show a different part of the self at each situation and has no balance.

Imagine you have a friend that you feel lots of love from, you know from words and from your intuition that that friend really loves you; However you notice that if you show a part of you that he or she doesnt like, he or she will immediately changes personality

and you feel there is no love. Throughout the day you might see and feel several different personalities from him or her. It will confuse you as years go by and the pattern is always the same. The loving self is shown when everything is going his/her way; The angry self, the liar, the manipulative, etc. is shown as soon has something does not fill his/her needs. That being loves you? of course he/she does love you! does that being hate you? of course he/she also hates you!

What happens is, instead of accepting all parts, loving all parts, healing all parts, those beings cannot look at themselves fully due to immense traumas, then they cannot avoid showing all the parts they hide inside. seams a bit contradictory but as more as you hide, reject parts of you that you do not love, the more they will persecute you. You have no control of all your different parts because you did not look at them, ever! The more you look inside, get rid of fear about what might be there, the more you love everything in you, the more you balance everything, the more loving you get.

That process is done slowly, all your life. As long as you do not get worried, addicted to it, it will unveil the best of you, it will give you freedom, it will make you happy, complete and fulfilled.

Just relax and look to you each time you do not feel good. Everything is a relationship, so talk to you as you would with a friend that needs your support, guidance and love. You help every one but you do not help yourself the right way.

Vibrating high and forcing yourself to feel happy, when you are asked by a part of yourself to go intimate and solve an issue, isnt right! go inside, talk to yourself, solve the problem and then, yes! go and be happy!

That is shifting! Ad each time big energy waves come closer, you will feel the opportunity inside to get to know you better. Be open to yourself, be willing to love you more. Your life will reflect that work.

Disclosure, Aliens, Humans & fear

In this path of the so called Disclosure, and humanity`s fears about Aliens, my opinion is that E.T.`s fear humans more than we fear Aliens.

Our fear towards E.T`s comes mainly from a mental control program. It has been decided that it would be better to get the people to fear them, and then avoiding real information about the subject, it was decided that would be better if the people gave "clearance" to their governments to spend lots of money on protection. But the truth is that governments have been dealing with Aliens, they have been exploring, they have been hiding, they have been planing and building... they have not being protecting, as a matter a fact, they have been doing so wrong that they have not any clearance from Aliens to space travel freely due to the lack of human honesty.

Imagine you are not from this planet, but news about this earth life come to you. Imagine if you live on a peaceful planet and you know that on Earth, which is a very small planet, which is a self sustainable planet, there are thousands of people dying every day without any food of water; all the world knows about it, all the world could avoid it but doesnt, that wars are constantly happening, that we do not need to get out of our planet to be rude, dishonest, selfish, freaking liars, killers and rapists, we do not even need to get out of our house to do all of that.

Out of this planet, some kind of order is being built. If earthlings go out there, there will be no safety! so... they keep us here as they can. There is the need to evolve in order to get authorization from the ones that make the galaxy peaceful, that is my idea of what is going on.

And now... that our rulers mistakes have gone to far, how are they going to tell us that Aliens are not a threat? We are!!! We are being watched because we are dangerous! That is the raw truth!

In my opinion, there are more like us, because this is a duality universe and of course we would not be the only ones capable of this kind of behavior. But out there peace is being promoted, operations for making the universe a loving place are moving billions of being through out the space and there is no way we are free to do what ever we want!

We really need to change! we are changing, the world is growing in consciousness and we must keep going! this idea of monetization life is ridiculous and no one should pay to live. To live we need to inhabit a planet and it is freaking stupid to be paying to live on our own planet! we humans haven`t rented a planet, we were born here!!!

There isnt a place like this, therefore there isn`t a race like this one! We must, definitely,  stand up, be proud and be our best version! this is an abusive situation and  i know you all want to be seen out there as a sovereign, loving and trustworthy race without any shame of showing it self. this idea of power has to be put down once and for all! there is no power anyway, they know it, we know it! They are keeping us captive in a stupid matrix that has no meaning and leads no where.
