New times = new self-love

WE ALL AGREE THAT THERE ARE MANY, MANY WAYS FOR YOU TO SHOW LOVE FOR YOURSELF.

BUT… LET ME ASK YOU THIS… DO YOU ACCEPT YOURSELF IN ALL WAYS OR DO YOU STILL JUDGE YOU? YOU LIKE EVERYTHING IN YOU OR YOU STILL FEEL ANNOYED AND ANGRY WHEN YOU SEE SOME CONSTANT PATTERNS COMING TO ACTION WHICH YOU CANNOT AVOID? DO YOU FEEL SATISFIED AND PROUD, OR YOU STILL COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS WHEN YOU SEE THINGS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO DO BUT YOU DONT?

OH… I SEE… WELL… SEAMS YOU STILL DONT LOVE YOURSELF THAT MUCH RIGHT? ITS OK! WE ARE ALL DEALING WITH ALL THAT LOVE.

SO… LETS UNDERSTAND THIS A BIT MORE, SHALL WE? FIRST OF ALL, DO NOT COMPARE YOUR LIFE TO ANYONE ELSE! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT REALLY GOES ON OTHERS LIVES, YOU THINK YOU SEE IT BUT YOU DONT; SECOND YOUR LIFE HAS YOUR CONDITIONS, WHICH MAKE SPECIFIC THINGS TO BE HARD TO CHANGE AND YOUR FEARS, SPECIALLY YOUR FEARS, WHICH GIVE YOU THE IDEA THAT YOU CANNOT OVERCOME CERTAIN SITUATIONS, TAKE YOU TO FRUSTRATING MOMENTS. THOSE MOMENTS THAT YOU SAY TO YOURSELF: “I CANT DO IT!”… “THIS IS TO MUCH FOR ME!”… “IF ONLY I WAS YOUNGER!”… YOU KNOW… THAT BRAIN PATTERNS THAT YOU USE TO NOT LIVE!!!

BELIEVE IF I SAY THAT IF YOU IMPRINT IDEAS IN YOURSELF, IF YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN DO THOSE THINGS, IF YOU IMPRINT CONFIDENCE AND TRUST… YOU, ONE DAY YOU START SEEING OPPORTUNITIES THAT COME TO YOU… YOU, THEN, JUST NEED TO GRAB THEM! OR ONE DAY YOU JUST GET UP AND GET OUT OF THAT NEST YOU LIVE IN AND GO FOR SOMETHING… JUST GO FOR IT SOMEHOW, YOU JUST TELL YOURSELF: “THIS IS IT… I GO OUT AND TALK, AND CONNECT… AND SEE WHAT THE UNIVERSE HAS FOR ME…”

BUT… THE FIRST STEP TO MOVE ON TO THE FUTURE… IS TO ACCEPT YOURSELF EXACTLY AS YOU ARE IN THIS MOMENT! NOTHING CAN BE HEALED WITHOUT UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND LOVE. AND YOU NEED TO BE HEALED, BECAUSE EVERYTHING THAT CASTRATES YOU AND CONTROLS YOU ( EVEN IF YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS DOING IT TO YOURSELF) MAKES TRAUMAS AND WOUNDS.

WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND YOURSELF, YOU CAN REALLY START LOVING EVERY THING IN YOU. THEN YOU CAN HEAL AND MOVE ON. UNDERSTANDING THE FEARS AND RESTRICTIONS WE LIVE IN, AND THEN ACCEPT IT ALL IS THE FIRST STEP TO ALLOW US TO LIVE MORE.

SO… TAKE TIME TO SEE ALL THAT INSIDE, DO NOT RUN FROM IT. IS NOT GIVING ENERGY TO THE PAST, IS WANTING TO BE FREE FROM THE PAST. AND AS YOU SEE CLEAR EVERYTHING YOU BECOME FREE FROM THOSE CHAINS. YOUR LIFE IS LIKE A MOVIE, CHOOSE SOME FRAMES AND LOOK AT THEM WITH DIFFERENT EYES, EYES THAT LOOK FOR PEACE AND FULFILLMENT.

WHEN YOU DO THAT EXERCISE, FINISH BY PICKING GOOD MEMORIES AND MOMENTS THAT YOU ENJOYED. AND SAY TO YOURSELF TAT YOU ARE PREPARING SOME MORE GREAT MOMENTS FOR YOUR LIFE. INSPIRING THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS CREATE NEW BLESSINGS.

DONT TRY TO DO THINGS EXACTLY AS YOU SEE OTHERS DO. BE YOURSELF, LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS, NOT OTHERS NEEDS. FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION, THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED TO LISTEN.

TO BE PART OF THE COLLECTIVE YOU NEED TO SEE WHERE YOUR UNIQUE CONTRIBUTION IS. IT IS THERE, INSIDE OF YOU! YOU JUST DIDNT SEE IT YET BECAUSE YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF AND THAT IS NOT LOVE. LOVE YOURSELF WITH NO RESTRICTIONS! AND START DOING THAT TODAY, HERE!

1.11 Carta de hoje: Deixando ir!

Comentário da carta: Nesta imagem de folhas de lótus ao amanhecer podemos ver, pela ondulação da água, que uma gota acabou de cair. É um momento precioso, pungente. Ao render-se à força da gravidade escorregando da folha, a gota perde a sua identidade anterior e junta-se à vastidão da água que está embaixo. Podemos imaginar que ela deva ter vacilado antes de cair, na exata fronteira entre o conhecido e o desconhecido.
Tirar esta carta em uma leitura é o reconhecimento de que alguma coisa acabou, de que algo está se completando. Seja o que for -- um emprego, um relacionamento, um lar que você amou, qualquer coisa que possa tê-lo ajudado a definir quem você é -- é hora de deixar isso para trás, permitindo qualquer tristeza que surja, mas sem tentar se agarrar ao que se completou. Alguma coisa maior está esperando por você: há novas dimensões a serem descobertas. Você ultrapassou o ponto a partir do qual não há volta, e a gravidade está cumprindo a sua função. Não resista: isso significa libertação.

11.1 Today`s Card

8 of water: Letting go!

Commentary of the card: In this image of lotus leaves in the early morning, we can see in the rippling of the water that one drop has just fallen. It is a precious moment, and one that is full of poignancy. In surrendering to gravity and slipping off the leaf, the drop loses its previous identity and joins the vastness of the water below. We can imagine that it must have trembled before it fell, just on the edge between the known and the unknowable.
To choose this card is a recognition that something is finished, something is completing. Whatever it is--a job, a relationship, a home you have loved, anything that might have helped you to define who you are--it is time to let go of it, allowing any sadness but not trying to hold on. Something greater is awaiting you, new dimensions are there to be discovered. You are past the point of no return now, and gravity is doing its work. Go with it--it represents liberation.

In existence there is nobody who is superior and nobody who is inferior. The blade of grass and the great star are absolutely equal.... But man wants to be higher than others, he wants to conquer nature, hence he has to fight continuously.
All complexity arises out of this fight. The innocent person is one who has renounced fighting; who is no longer interested in being higher, who is no longer interested in performing, in proving that he is someone special; who has become like a rose flower or like a dewdrop on the lotus leaf; who has become part of this infinity; who has melted, merged and become one with the ocean and is just a wave; who has no idea of the "I". The disappearance of the ''I" is innocence.

MARIA (LYRA LIGHT) 22.10 Carta de hoje: O fardo!

Comentário da carta: Quando carregamos o fardo dos "você deve" e "você não deve", impostos a nós pelos outros, ficamos como este personagem roto e sofrido, pelejando para abrir seu caminho morro acima. "Mais depressa! Mais força! Tente chegar ao alto!" -- grita o tolo tirano que essa figura triste leva às costas, enquanto o próprio tirano, por sua vez, tem às costas um galo dominador.
Se a vida nestes dias está lhe parecendo apenas uma luta ininterrupta desde o berço até o túmulo, pode ser a hora de arriar a carga dos seus ombros e experimentar caminhar sem ter de carregar às costas essas figuras. Você tem suas próprias montanhas a conquistar, seus próprios sonhos a realizar, mas nunca haverá energia suficiente para ir atrás dessas metas enquanto você não se desfizer de todas as expectativas que lhe foram impostas pelos outros, e que agora você pensa que são suas. Há a possibilidade de que essas expectativas estejam apenas na sua mente, mas isso não significa que elas não possam jogá-lo ao chão. É hora de arriar a carga, e dizer a essas figuras que sigam o seu próprio caminho.

A verdadeira vida de um homem é o caminho no qual ele se desfaz das mentiras que lhe foram impostas pelos outros. Desprovido das roupas, nu, ao natural, ele é aquilo que é. Trata-se aqui de ser, e não de vir a ser. A mentira não pode transformar-se na verdade, a personalidade não pode transformar-se na sua alma. Não existe maneira de transformar o não-essencial em essencial. O não-essencial permanece não-essencial, e o essencial permanece essencial -- eles não são conversíveis. Esforçar-se pela verdade só vai criar mais confusão. A verdade não precisa ser conquistada. Ela não pode ser conquistada, pois já está aí. Apenas a mentira é que precisa ser descartada.
Todos os anseios, propósitos, ideais e metas, todas as ideologias, religiões e sistemas de aperfeiçoamento, de melhoramento, são mentiras. Cuidado com tudo isso. Reconheça o fato de que do jeito como você é agora, você é uma mentira, resultado de manipulação, produzido pelos outros. A busca da verdade é de fato uma distração e um adiamento. É a fórmula encontrada pela mentira para disfarçar-se. Olhe a mentira de frente, examine a fundo a falsidade que é a sua personalidade. Pois encarar a mentira é parar de mentir. Deixar de mentir é desistir de buscar alguma verdade -- não há necessidade disso. No momento em que desaparece a mentira, ali está a verdade em toda a sua beleza e esplendor. Encarando-se a mentira ela desaparece, e o que fica é a verdade.

6 of Clouds: The Burden!

Commentary of the card: When we carry a load of shoulds and shouldn'ts imposed on us by others we become like this ragged, struggling figure trying to make his way uphill. "Go faster, try harder, reach the top!" shouts the foolish tyrant he carries on his shoulder, while the tyrant himself is crowned with an imperious rooster. If life these days feels like just a struggle from the cradle to the grave, it could be time to shrug your shoulders and see what it feels like to walk without these characters on your back.
You have your own mountains to conquer, your own dreams to fulfill, but you will never have the energy to pursue them until you release yourself from all the expectations you've gathered from others but now think are your own. Chances are they exist only in your own mind, but that doesn't mean they can't weigh you down. It's time to lighten up, and send them on their way.

A man's true life is the way in which he puts off the lie imposed by others on him. Stripped, naked, natural, he is what he is. This is a matter of being, and not of becoming. The lie cannot become the truth, the personality cannot become your soul. There is no way to make the nonessential the essential. The nonessential remains nonessential and the essential remains essential, they are not convertible. And striving towards truth is nothing but creating more confusion.
The truth has not to be achieved. It cannot be achieved, it is already the case. Only the lie has to be dropped. All aims and ends and ideals and goals and ideologies, religions and systems of improvement and betterment, are lies. Beware of them. Recognize the fact that, as you are, you are a lie. Manipulated, cultivated by others. Striving after truth is a distraction and a postponement. It is the lie's way to hide.
See the lie, look deep into the lie of your personality. Because to see the lie is to cease to lie. No longer to lie is to seek no more for any truth--there is no need. The moment the lie disappears, truth is there in all its beauty and radiance. In the seeing of the lie it disappears, and what is left is the truth.

Mirror of the Soul - 4 to 7.10

Key Words: the watery aspect of fire; self-knowledge, change, compassion.

The Queen of Wands has mastered self-knowledge. She has looked deep into her own nature which has led to a transformation of her being.

The story says that she at one time had black hair, and the panther, her companion, had black fur. The transformation she underwent left her with golden blond hair, and turned the panther into a lion. However, her knowledge of her former condition filled her with compassion for those creatures not yet freed. In order to be able to help others, she chooses to wear reddish-brown hair, and keeps the lion in the form of a leopard, whose black spots bear witness to the darkness of the past.

The queen sits in a fiery throne wearing an armor of scales with a fish emblem on the breast. It is the unifying of water and fire, of intuitive recognition and emotional involvement, which effect inner transformation. Her crown of intellectual clarity and expanded perception still bears the nails of the crown of thorns, a reminder of the humiliation and suffering which preceded her transformation. Her eyes are closed in quiet ecstasy. The consciousness is turned inward and her presence radiates the blessedness of inner peace. The pine cone at the end of the wand symbolizes spiritual growth. The wand held in this position reminds us to ground our self-realization in the earth, as well as to allow others to share in it.

Indication: You have worked on yourself and made progress. It's time to learn how to share this with others. Let your self-realization be expressed in your daily life!

Questions: How can you share what you have found for yourself with other people?

Suggestion: Meditate on the following statement: »Leaming is finding out what you already know. Action is showing that you know. Teaching is letting others know that they know it as well as you.«*

Comentário da carta: Esta carta mostra uma pequena flor silvestre que enfrentou o desafio das rochas, das pedras em seu caminho, para aflorar à luz do dia. Envolta em brilhante aura de luz dourada, ela exibe a majestade do seu pequenino ser. Sem nenhum constrangimento, equipara-se ao sol mais brilhante.

Quando nos defrontamos com uma situação muito difícil, há sempre uma escolha: podemos ficar repletos de ressentimentos e tentar encontrar alguém ou alguma coisa em que pôr a culpa pelas nossas dificuldades, ou podemos enfrentar o desafio e crescer.

A flor nos mostra o caminho, na medida em que a sua paixão pela vida a conduz para fora da escuridão, para o mundo da luz. Não há nenhum sentido em se lutar contra os desafios da vida, ou tentar evitá-los ou negá-los. Eles estão aí, e se a semente deve transformar-se na flor, precisamos passar por eles. Seja corajoso o bastante para transformar-se na flor que você foi feito para ser.

A semente não pode saber o que lhe vai acontecer, a semente jamais conheceu a flor. E a semente não pode nem mesmo acreditar que traga em si a potencialidade para transformar-se em uma bela flor. Longa é a jornada, e sempre será mais seguro não entrar nessa jornada, porque o percurso é desconhecido, e nada é garantido. Nada pode ser garantido. Mil e uma são as incertezas da jornada, muitos são os imprevistos -- e a semente sente-se em segurança, escondida no interior de um caroço resistente. Ainda assim ela arrisca, esforça-se; desfaz-se da carapaça dura que é a sua segurança, e começa a mover-se. A luta começa no mesmo momento: a batalha com o solo, com as pedras, com a rocha. A semente era muito resistente, mas a plantinha será muito, muito delicada, e os perigos serão muitos.

Não havia perigo para a semente, a semente poderia ter sobrevivido por milênios, mas para a plantinha os perigos são muitos. O brotinho lança-se, porém, ao desconhecido, em direção ao sol, em direção à fonte de luz, sem saber para onde, sem saber por quê. Enorme é a cruz a ser carregada, mas a semente está tomada por um sonho, e segue em frente.

Semelhante é o caminho para o homem. É árduo. Muita coragem será necessária.

10. 4 Today`s Card

Card 8 ~ Courage!

Commentary of the card: This card shows a small wildflower that has met the challenge of the rocks and stones in its path to emerge into the light of day. Surrounded by an aura of bright golden light, it exposes the majesty of its tiny self. Unashamed, it is equal to the brightest sun.

When we are faced with a very difficult situation we have a choice: we can either be resentful, and try to find somebody or something to blame for the hardships, or we can face the challenge and grow.
The flower shows us the way, as its passion for life leads it out of the darkness and into the light. There is no point fighting against the challenges of life, or trying to avoid or deny them. They are there, and if the seed is to become the flower we must go through them. Be courageous enough to grow into the flower you are meant to be.

The seed cannot know what is going to happen, the seed has never known the flower. And the seed cannot even believe that he has the potentiality to become a beautiful flower. Long is the journey, and it is always safer not to go on that journey because unknown is the path, nothing is guaranteed.
Nothing can be guaranteed. Thousand and one are the hazards of the journey, many are the pitfalls--and the seed is secure, hidden inside a hard core. But the seed tries, it makes an effort; it drops the hard shell which is its security, it starts moving.
Immediately the fight starts: the struggle with the soil, with the stones, with the rocks. And the seed was very hard and the sprout will be very, very soft and dangers will be many. There was no danger for the seed, the seed could have survived for millennia, but for the sprout many are the dangers. But the sprout starts towards the unknown, towards the sun, towards the source of light, not knowing where, not knowing why.
Great is the cross to be carried, but a dream possesses the seed and the seed moves. The same is the path for man. It is arduous. Much courage will be needed.

9.28 Today`s Card

Card 72 ~ 5 of Rainbows: The Outsider!

Commentary of the card: The small child in this card is standing on one side of a gate, looking through it. He is so small, and so convinced that he cannot get through, he cannot see that the chain holding the gate is not locked; all he has to do is open it.
Whenever we feel 'left out', or excluded, it brings up this feeling of being a small, helpless child. It is not surprising, as the feeling is deeply rooted in our earliest childhood experiences. The problem is that, because it is so deeply rooted, it plays over and over again, like a tape, in our lives.
You have an opportunity now to stop the tape, to quit tormenting yourself with ideas that you are somehow not 'enough' to be accepted and included. Recognize the roots of these feelings in the past, and let go of the old pain. It will bring you the clarity to see how you can open the gate and enter that which you most long to become.

So you are feeling yourself an outsider. This is good. This is the transitory period. Now you have to be alert not to fill yourself with pain and misery. Now that God is no longer there, who is going to console you? You don't need any consolation. Humanity has come of age. Be a man, be a woman, and stand on your own feet....
The only way to be connected with existence is to go inwards, because there at the center you are still connected. You have been disconnected physically from your mother. That disconnection was absolutely necessary to make you an individual in your own right. But you are not disconnected from the universe. Your connection with the universe is of consciousness. You cannot see it, so you have to go deep down with great awareness, watchfulness, witnessing, and you will find the connection. The buddha is the connection!
