Novos tempos = novo amor

Penso que todos concordamos que existem muitas, muitas formas de mostrar amor por nós próprios.
No entanto, deixa que te pergunte, aceitas-te de todas as formas, em todas as tuas versões te di mesmo? ou ainda te julgas? gostas e tudo em ti ou continuas a sentir-te enjoado e zangado quando verificas algumas formas de ti que surgem constantemente, ou só às vezes mas que de qualquer forma não consegues evitar? sentes-te satisfeito e orgulhoso, ou ainda te comparas com outros when vês nos outros coisas que tu não consegues ser ou fazer?
Compreendo... bem... parece que ainda não te amas assim tanto... não há problema, estamos todos a lidar com o mesmo!
Vamos então, perceber como isto de nos amarmos a nós próprios, funciona. Primeiro que tudo, não compares a tua vida com a dos outros. Não fazes idiea do que realmente se passa na vida dos outros, ainda que penses que tudo neles é perfeito... pensas que vês tudo, mas não! Em segundo lugar, a tua vida tem condicionantes, o que faz com que certas coisas sejam dificeis de mudar e, especialmente os teus medos, o que te dá a sensação que não consegues superar certas coisas àcerca de ti mesmo; isso leva-te a momentos de frustração: "Não consigo fazer isto!" "Se ao menos fosse mais novo!"... sabes bem a que me refiro, todas os ensinamentos errados e mentalmente predispostos a evitar que te metas em sarilhos... mas que na realidade, evitam que vivas!
Acredita quando digo que se imprimires ideias em ti mesmo, se acreditares que consegues fazer tudo, tudo! se confiares em ti próprio... tu, um dia, começas a ver novas oportunidades que surgem em frente aos teus olhos, só precisarás, nesses momentos, de agarrá-los! Ou... um dia acordas totalmente diferente, sais desse ninho em que te refugiaste e vais para a frente com algo, fazes qualquer coisa diferente... dizes a ti próprio: é isto, hoje vou fazer isto! e fazes!
Mas... o primeiro passo para te moveres em direção ao futuro é aceitares quem és, exatamente como és! mesmo que pretendas mudar, só o conseguirás quando tiveres aceite quem és, todas as tuas partes. nada poderá ser curada, transmutado, transformado, sem aceitação e amor. Porque cada vez que foges de ti, estás a traumatizar-te mais, a castrar-te mais e a tentares controlar... em última instância, és tu que fazes mal a ti, não os outros.
Quando te entenderes, poderás a amar tudo em ti. Depois poderás mudar e prosseguir em frente. Entender os teus medos e restrições e depois aceitar tudo, é o primeiro passo que te permitirá passar a viver mais.
Assim, perde tempo a olhar para dentro de ti e não fujas disso. Isto não é dar energia ao passado, é sim, querer a libertação desse passado que te condicionou, ver mais claramente tudo e tornares-te livre de amarras. A tua vida é como um filme, escolhe algumas partes e olha para elas com olhos diferentes, olhos que procuram a paz e almejam a plenitude da vida.
Quando praticares esse exercício, acaba escolhendo boas memórias e momentos que apreciaste. Diz a ti próprio que te estás a preparar para maiores momentos que chegarão brevemente à tua vida. Pensamentos bem inspirados e bens sentimentos trarão grandes bençãos. És tu a chamar a luz à tua vida.
Não faças as coisas como vez os outros fazer. Sê tu próprio, ouve as tuas necessidades internas, segue a tua mais alta intuição.
Para fazer parte de um coletivo necessitas de ver a tua contribuição individual e ser isso. Ela está dentro de ti! Ainda não chagaste lápois não tens verdadeiramente acreditado em ti próprio. Isso não é amor!Ama-te sem restrições! começa hoje mesmo!

To everything, there is the Light!

To everything, there is the Light! ~ To everything, use light, BE the Light!

To all situations, even the ones you think cannot be solved, the solution is always,always light!
Everyone, every being, everything... it does not matter the problem, the situation, the dark or the lack of love related to whatever... what matters is what we can do, show, feel and BE, and that must always reside with the positiveness of BEING, the AWARENESS OF THE GREAT CONSCIOUSNESS = LIGHT = THE HIGHEST OF EXISTENCE!
One of the greatest goals of life on earth is to become our highest version, considering the conditions of life itself on the planet, and considering the strangeness of not knowing what and who we are when we begin this journey!
There are 2 real energies working with life in a human form: first is the energy of life, what we think is out of our reach, decision, creation (this ultimately relates with the planet and the collective); the second aspect is your energy: meaning, what you do, feel, react, decide, confront, observe, become, etc, related to the first energy! WHAT IS LIFE and WHAT YOU DO WITH IT!
my advise is you always remain in your own center, certain of your own principals; Of course, we do not always know what to do or what to think. In that case, we still remain in our own center, trusting our heart and focusing on the trust we feel of life, the creator energy, which is eternal, omnipresent, omniscient, ever present and which never let us down or alone!
Train yourself to be this force, this inner strength that remains in existence always grounded and aware, always observing and finding solutions.
Know this, there is nothing light won`t work out, nothing light cannot solve, nothing light leaves or abandon, nothing light won´t let keep walking, keep growing and improving... Light is the ultimate goal, the final frontier to all there is! Being present in existence is walking towards light, there is no other way.
The simple fact that you want ascension, can only put you in the fastest path towards light. This seams a lonely path,a singular walk, a personal journey; But, and although that is what each of us does, this is all about a bigger singularity: the oneness. And what is that? is the simple walk of all that is, all consciousness, all beings, all things converging to the same road that leads to the great SUN, the existence itself, the great heart, the great light, the wisdom beyond all wisdom, the knowing, the SELF, from which we all came and to which we all go.
So... everything you think is a personal, private problem or situation, know that, what ever you think is happening to you, is only your self growing towards the light.
Put yourself always in that place of peace, assure yourself you are loved, trust you are never alone, find joy in life as it is a divine blessing, remember you have chosen this moment and love yourself unconditionally as life loves you.

Light is you being centered, grounded, connected to your highest; Light is knowing the answer always comes; Light is that feeling of knowing all without knowing a thing; Light is trust, confidence, love, calm, providence, connectedness with all, Light is the silent observer that holds what is needed for whom needs; Light is forgiveness, forever loveness, eternal life bearerness. Light allows love, for light is love in its purest form using life to be felt.

O encontro das Almas Gémeas

Nesta fase de ascensão espiritual, temos visto muitos encotros do que comumente chamamos Almas Gémeas. É necessário que essas uniões tenham lugar para que as almas finalizem a sua ascensão. As almas gémeas fazem o percurso final de ascensão juntos. Depois de tudo o que passaram separadamente, é tempo, para muitos, de partilhar com a outra parte do seu ser. Para isso... as almas gémeas devem pertilhar com o outro tudo o que experienciaram e cresceram e també, abrir-se e receber a experiência da sua outra metade. À medida que se abrem completamente devem entender que, sendo energias opostas do mesmo ser, o saber que receberão é totalmente diferente do que esperam!
Depois de entendido o que foi dito, entende que quando conectas com a tua alma gémea deverás fazê-lo sem quaisquer expectativas. Espera o inesperado! ... o oposto, o esquisito, o estranho e até o que não gostas! Essa pessoa encarna o oposto de ti e por essa razão encontram-se numa fase em que estão em condições de enfrentar o inesperado, inusitado... e aprender juntos com tudo isso para finalizar a viagem de crescimento e descoberta de quem são realmente. Mais um grande salto na consciência e tomada de consciência, aceitando que o que o outro tem para oferecer te vai fazer questionar, mais uma vez, tudo!
Entende que o amor entre almas gémeas não é um conto de fadas! é algo muito real, mais real do que tudo o que viveste durante milhares de anos incarnando neste planeta! ele/ela é o que não desejas ver sobre ti mesmo! ele/ela é o outro lado de ti; ele/ela também se sentiu só, também se perdeu, tentando encontrar o caminho de volta para casa! ... porque somente juntos o mundo faz sentido!
A mesma abertura com que deves entrar nesse relacionamento, é a abertura que o outro deve ter. Não decidas como ele ou ela deverá ser, ou que aspeto deverá ter, não esperes por ele/ela, não desejas que chegue rapidamente até ti! Enquanto não se conhecem fisicamente, trabalha tu próprio em todos os aspetos e vive! conecta-te com seres e experiências, aprende, ganha mais e mais consciência! Abençoa as relações que ele/ela tem ou terá, pois esse é a sua aprendizagem e a preparação/treino para te melhor aceitar e respeitar, amar e honrar-te!
Só poderás conhecer essa outra parte de ti quando ambos se encontrem capazes de aprender um com o outro, serem totalmente honestos e abertos. Manda muito amor e luz, conecta-te espiritualmente para que se possam curar, energizar e quebrar a distância que vos tem separado durante tanto tempo; podes ajudar através da cura e limpeza dos chakras remotamente. Mas... não apresses a união.
Os que já o/a conhecem continuem abertos, sejam compreensivos, estejam atentos ao que vos podem ensinar através da sua sabedoria. Tudo o que estás a ver agora é um resultado de uma longa e solitária viagem e a vontade de partilhá-la contigo deve ser nutrida e respeitada; ele/ela tem tanto para te dizer e mostrar, tanto para chorar no teu ombro e tanto para ouvir de ti: que estás orgulhoso da sua viagem que dura à tanto tempo e que finalmente estão ambos a chegar a casa. Que o retorno seja pacífico e amoroso, não forçado e amargurado.

Healing with Blue & Violet flames

Healing with Blue & Violet flames ~ Energy exercise

This energy exercise which works with the Blue and Violet flames of divine Rays, for healing purposes, more specifically, for the healing of others.

It is very simple and any one who wants ro help a friend or family member, or even a group or the whole collective, can be use it this way:

First of all, find a calm place and relax. Sit comfortable but with your back straight. Ground well on earth by visualizing a stream of light coming out of your root chakra and diving deep, deep into the earth. Visualize, also that stream of light coming up and reaching your crown chakra; at that moment that top chalra opens light keeps going up until it reaches the great Sun and stays there. Stay for a bit in that posture, feeling the connection both with earth and the divine source; feel also your axis, which is that stream of light that goes through your whole body, that is your center. You are now grounded, connected with sacred energies and balanced within yourself. bright,

Visualize the stream of light that goes from your crown chakra to the great sun. See that from the divine sun a violet ball, very bright, comes down towards you. As it comes down it grows until it enters your crown chakra. It starts feeling your body. Feel that, feel that flame healing you, purifying you in all spaces. When you feel ready, visualize another violet ball coming towards you, but this time it goes from your crown chakra directly to your hands. Yes! You, now, are a powerful healer which works as a magician and as the divine opportunity to really heal others. Keep the ball in your hands while you visualize and concentrate on the one or ones you want to send healing. Do that visualization as if you are watching a movie: make that a image you have in front of you and then visualize the ball directing itself to the image, going inside of it and penetrating the beings and healing them as a flame that cleanses, purifies, transmutes and regenerates. Those are your intentions and so it is! Heal them for about 3 minutes.

Do the same you jstt did with the Blue flame, which will balance, re-qualify and protects them, make sure these are your intentions.

This is a very powerful exercise. It works and both the beings you want to help and yourself will feel really well.

After this i want you to re-energize. This is just for you, as you wre the healer and you need extra care, ok? visualize this time a big ball of white light. Make it a strong white and make sure it goes through your whole body and aura.

Although this is a safe exercise do it only for about 20 minutes, the most. Its very powerful and we do not want you to get tired. You can do it less time but no more than 20 minutes.

New times = new self-love

WE ALL AGREE THAT THERE ARE MANY, MANY WAYS FOR YOU TO SHOW LOVE FOR YOURSELF.

BUT… LET ME ASK YOU THIS… DO YOU ACCEPT YOURSELF IN ALL WAYS OR DO YOU STILL JUDGE YOU? YOU LIKE EVERYTHING IN YOU OR YOU STILL FEEL ANNOYED AND ANGRY WHEN YOU SEE SOME CONSTANT PATTERNS COMING TO ACTION WHICH YOU CANNOT AVOID? DO YOU FEEL SATISFIED AND PROUD, OR YOU STILL COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS WHEN YOU SEE THINGS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO DO BUT YOU DONT?

OH… I SEE… WELL… SEAMS YOU STILL DONT LOVE YOURSELF THAT MUCH RIGHT? ITS OK! WE ARE ALL DEALING WITH ALL THAT LOVE.

SO… LETS UNDERSTAND THIS A BIT MORE, SHALL WE? FIRST OF ALL, DO NOT COMPARE YOUR LIFE TO ANYONE ELSE! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT REALLY GOES ON OTHERS LIVES, YOU THINK YOU SEE IT BUT YOU DONT; SECOND YOUR LIFE HAS YOUR CONDITIONS, WHICH MAKE SPECIFIC THINGS TO BE HARD TO CHANGE AND YOUR FEARS, SPECIALLY YOUR FEARS, WHICH GIVE YOU THE IDEA THAT YOU CANNOT OVERCOME CERTAIN SITUATIONS, TAKE YOU TO FRUSTRATING MOMENTS. THOSE MOMENTS THAT YOU SAY TO YOURSELF: “I CANT DO IT!”… “THIS IS TO MUCH FOR ME!”… “IF ONLY I WAS YOUNGER!”… YOU KNOW… THAT BRAIN PATTERNS THAT YOU USE TO NOT LIVE!!!

BELIEVE IF I SAY THAT IF YOU IMPRINT IDEAS IN YOURSELF, IF YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN DO THOSE THINGS, IF YOU IMPRINT CONFIDENCE AND TRUST… YOU, ONE DAY YOU START SEEING OPPORTUNITIES THAT COME TO YOU… YOU, THEN, JUST NEED TO GRAB THEM! OR ONE DAY YOU JUST GET UP AND GET OUT OF THAT NEST YOU LIVE IN AND GO FOR SOMETHING… JUST GO FOR IT SOMEHOW, YOU JUST TELL YOURSELF: “THIS IS IT… I GO OUT AND TALK, AND CONNECT… AND SEE WHAT THE UNIVERSE HAS FOR ME…”

BUT… THE FIRST STEP TO MOVE ON TO THE FUTURE… IS TO ACCEPT YOURSELF EXACTLY AS YOU ARE IN THIS MOMENT! NOTHING CAN BE HEALED WITHOUT UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND LOVE. AND YOU NEED TO BE HEALED, BECAUSE EVERYTHING THAT CASTRATES YOU AND CONTROLS YOU ( EVEN IF YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS DOING IT TO YOURSELF) MAKES TRAUMAS AND WOUNDS.

WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND YOURSELF, YOU CAN REALLY START LOVING EVERY THING IN YOU. THEN YOU CAN HEAL AND MOVE ON. UNDERSTANDING THE FEARS AND RESTRICTIONS WE LIVE IN, AND THEN ACCEPT IT ALL IS THE FIRST STEP TO ALLOW US TO LIVE MORE.

SO… TAKE TIME TO SEE ALL THAT INSIDE, DO NOT RUN FROM IT. IS NOT GIVING ENERGY TO THE PAST, IS WANTING TO BE FREE FROM THE PAST. AND AS YOU SEE CLEAR EVERYTHING YOU BECOME FREE FROM THOSE CHAINS. YOUR LIFE IS LIKE A MOVIE, CHOOSE SOME FRAMES AND LOOK AT THEM WITH DIFFERENT EYES, EYES THAT LOOK FOR PEACE AND FULFILLMENT.

WHEN YOU DO THAT EXERCISE, FINISH BY PICKING GOOD MEMORIES AND MOMENTS THAT YOU ENJOYED. AND SAY TO YOURSELF TAT YOU ARE PREPARING SOME MORE GREAT MOMENTS FOR YOUR LIFE. INSPIRING THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS CREATE NEW BLESSINGS.

DONT TRY TO DO THINGS EXACTLY AS YOU SEE OTHERS DO. BE YOURSELF, LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS, NOT OTHERS NEEDS. FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION, THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED TO LISTEN.

TO BE PART OF THE COLLECTIVE YOU NEED TO SEE WHERE YOUR UNIQUE CONTRIBUTION IS. IT IS THERE, INSIDE OF YOU! YOU JUST DIDNT SEE IT YET BECAUSE YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF AND THAT IS NOT LOVE. LOVE YOURSELF WITH NO RESTRICTIONS! AND START DOING THAT TODAY, HERE!

As mudanças de consciência continuam este mês!

Como se encontra a energia a movimentar à nossa volta e dentro de nós... Existe um grande espectro de energias agora, à volta do globo, com opostos e diferentes aspetos.

Este é um planeta de mil faces, é isto que eu vejo todos os dias à medida que sinto, observo e toco... extstem tantos mundos aqui... já deves também ter reparado...

E, este mês é muito pesado, quero dizer... mesmo muito! Nem em 2011 ou 2012, nem mesmo 2015 ou este ano de 20q6 até agora se compara a todas as faces energéticas que temos tido em Novembro. E, continuo a dizer: é tudo àcerca de manifestação! Poderás perguntar porque razãoa manifestação torna este mês tão estranhamente potente no mundo? A manifestação mundial está no coração e mente de todos, tornando realidade o que quer que tenhamos dentro.

Prepara-te porque isto continuará! As energias continuarão a intensificar e o amor manifestar-se-aá fácilmente asssim como tudoo resto. Então, importa decidir o que querems manifestar.

O que tenho verificado por todo o mundo é o etér cheio de ondas, esvoaçando... como poderei explicar... as energias estão em todo o lado e estão à nossa disposição. Mas... como nos encontramos stressados, alguns felizes e excitados, outros deprimidos, alguns em dor... e, tudo isto é tão forte para todos nós... as energias acumulam stress igualmente, encontram-se confusas e como que, não sabem para onde se dirigir, como se não soubessem onde são necessárias. Tenho verificado mesmo comigo própria dificuldade de coletar, reunir, canalizar e dirigir as energias; E não há nada de errado comigo, estou feliz e vivo bem. Imagino, então como certos trabalhadores da luz conseguirão trabalhar estando infelizes e preocupados com a situação mundial.

A maioria dos simtomas energéticos nesta altura,são:

Facilidade em "saltar" rapidamente entre tristeza e algria, calma e animosidade, amor e zanga.

A sensação de não nos encontrarmos neste mundo, como que passamos facilmente de uma realidade/mundo para outra.

Dor física, não dores de cabeça,mas dores musculares devido ao stress e ansiedade.

Muito cansaço.

Não ser capaz de pensar bem ou de focalizar o pensamento.

O efeito Mandela.

Nesta fase temos usado eimenso o corpo físico, no sentido de deixar que acumulemos stress; também temos usado imenso o cérebro, o corpo mental, devido às energias que recebemos serem tão fortes e exigirem tanto de nós.

É importante encontrar formas de relaxamento tanto a nível físico como mental. Não queremos esgotar as nossas energias, focus, capacidades e amor. relaxemos e façamos algum desporte, yoga, pintura, caminhar... existem milhares de formas que podemos usar para encontrarmos equilibrio, façamos isso!

É também vital lembrar que todos nós desejámos a ascenção, movimento, andar em frente, não a estagnação. Aí tens! E não me digas que não esparavas acontecimentos negativos, porque para a humanidade mudar e ascender, não existe outra forma! Se algo tem sido dito, em comum, por toda a comunidade de trabalhadores da luz, é que para obsrvarmos mudança, certos acontecimentos negativos terão que acontecer. Se perdermos equilibrio interno, se deixarmos de nos ancorar,centrar e conectar com as fortes energias divinas, não poderemos fazer a nossa parte!

O mundo está mesmo a mudar amigos, e todos fizeram isso. Chegaste até aqui, continua a caminhar! Grande viagem que fizeste até este agora. Faz o que tens a fazer mas escolhe sempre o bom, o positivo, a alegria, a luz o amor.

16.11 Carta de hoje: Rutura!

Comentário da carta: A predominância do vermelho nesta carta indica, logo à primeira vista, que o seu tema é a energia, o poder e a força. A aura brilhante emana do plexo solar ou centro de poder da figura, e a sua postura é de exuberância e determinação.
Todos nós atingimos ocasionalmente um ponto em que "bastante é o bastante". Nesses momentos parece que precisamos fazer alguma coisa, qualquer coisa, ainda que mais tarde essa coisa se revele um engano. Precisamos deixar de lado as cargas e restrições que nos estão limitando. Se não fazemos isso, elas ameaçam sufocar e neutralizar nossa própria energia vital.
Se neste momento você está sentindo que "bastante é o bastante", aceite o risco de romper com os velhos padrões e limitações que têm impedido a sua energia de fluir. Ao fazê-lo, você ficará surpreso com a vitalidade e com a energia que essa Ruptura trará à sua vida.

Converter a derrocada em uma ruptura, eis toda a função de um mestre. O psicoterapeuta simplesmente põe remendos. Essa é a sua função. Ele não está ali para transformá-lo. Você precisa de uma metapsicologia -- a psicologia dos budas.

Commentary of the card: The predominance of red in this card indicates at a glance that its subject is energy, power and strength. The brilliant glow emanates from the solar plexus, or center of power on the figure, and the posture is one of exuberance and determination. All of us occasionally reach a point when "enough is enough."
At such times it seems we must do something, anything, even if it later turns out to be a mistake, to throw off the burdens and restrictions that are limiting us. If we don't, they threaten to suffocate and cripple our very life energy itself.
If you are now feeling that "enough is enough," allow yourself to take the risk of shattering the old patterns and limitations that have kept your energy from flowing. In doing so you will be amazed at the vitality and empowerment this Breakthrough can bring to your life.

To transform breakdowns into breakthroughs is the whole function of a master. The psychotherapist simply patches you up. That is his function. He is not there to transform you. You need a meta-psychology, the psychology of the buddhas.
It is the greatest adventure in life to go through a breakdown consciously. It is the greatest risk because there is no guarantee that the breakdown will become a breakthrough. Twin Soul reunion

At these times of ascension, we see immense twin flames reuniting. It is necessary that these reunions take place so souls finalize their ascension. Twin souls do the final healing and growth together! After so much they have done separately, it is time to share with the other half of the self; To do so… twins must share what they have gone through and also be open to receive the other half`s experience. As they open completely they have to understand that as opposite energies of the same being, the sharing they will receive is totally different than expected!

This being said, matters to say that you must connect with your twin with NO expectations what so ever! expect only the un-expectable, the opposite,the weird, the abyss… that is your opposite energy, and that is what you need now to finalize your journey of growth, consciousness and awareness! through accepting what ever he/she has to offer you, you will see the world through different eyes… you will question everything, even what took you so long and so many tears to learn!

Understand that twin soul love is not a fairy tale! it is a real thing, more real than all you lived through all thousands of lives incarnated on this planet! he/she is what you do not want to see about yourself! he/she is the other side of you, he/she went through the same things in a different way… and he/she was also feeling alone, was also lost, finding a way home to you! because only together the world makes sense!

the same openness i ask from you, i ask from your other half! do not think how you want him/her to look like, do not wait for him/her, do not wish for him/her to come fast to you! while you are not together in flesh please work on you in all ways! make a wish for him/her to be growing and learning, awakening and gaining real consciousness! Bless the relationships he/she is having now, for that is his/her training to better respect, love, accept and honor you!

You can only meet him/her when you both are ready for the learning process together! so send lots of love and light, connect spiritually with him/her so you both can start the healing through a cleansing together of all chakras and auras. But do not rush the reunion.

The ones that already met the twin keep being open, understanding, breath his/her knowledge and wisdom. Every thing you are seeing now is a result of a lonely journey and the will to share it with you must be nurture and understood; he/she has so much to tell you about, so much to cry for on your shoulder and so much to hear from you that you are so very proud of his/her work through all the thousands and years learning to walk the path back to this reunion!

The changes of consciousness will go on this month!

So... how is the energy moving around and through us all... theres as wide range of energies right now, on the globe, with opposites and different aspects.

This is a planet of a thousand faces, this is what i see each day as i feel, watch, listen and touch... there are so many worlds here... did you noticed?!

And this month is heavy, i mean really heavy! not even 2011 or 2012 . not even 2015 and the whole 2016 so far matches all the energy facets we have in this November. And i keep saying: it is all about manifestation! You might ask, why does that makes this strange, confuse phase in the world? World manifestation is every one`s heart and mind bringing forth to reality whatever they have inside!

Get ready because this will keep going! Energies will intensify and love will manifest as well as everything else, so... matters to decide what do we want to manifest.

What i have been seeing is the ether around, full of waves swirling... how can i put it... i is like energies are everywhere, and in fact they are, at our disposal; But... as we are all very stressed, some happy and excited, some depressed, some in pain... and this is so heavy for everyone... energies are stressed also, confused as they do not really know where they need to be headed. I have been noticing even with my self, the difficulty to gather, collect, channel and direct energies to where i need to send them. And theres nothing wrong with me, im happy and living well... so, i can imagine what is like, at this moment not to be feeling well and happy.

The big majority of symptoms at this time are mainly:

Easily able to jump between sadness and joy, calm and harsh, love and anger.

The sense of not being here on this world, as if we are being able to jump between realities.

Physical pain, not only headaches but general muscle pain due to stress, anxiety and stress.

Tiredness.

Not being able to think well and focus.

Mandela affect.

At this phase we are being use a lot our physical body, in the sense of letting stress accumulate in it; we also have been using the brain a lot, the mental body, due to the energies we receive being so strong and demanding so much from us.

So is important to find ways to relax both the mental and the physical parts of ourselves. We do not want to run out our energies, focus, abilities and love... lets relax and do some sport, yoga, paint, walk outside... there are thousands of ways we can use to get balanced, so lets do it.

It is also vital that we remember we all desired ascension, movement and not stagnation. So there you have it! However do not tell me that you didnt expect negative events, because to change, to ascend humanity there isnt another way! If there is something the whole light-worker community has been saying for years, is that to change humanity it is expected negative events. And if we lose balance, if we stop centering, grounding and connecting with strong and divine energies, we cannot do our part!

the world is really changing my friends and you did it! You got this far, so keep walking. You have done a great journey so far. Do whatever you can do, but chose always the good, the positive, the joy, the light and love.

O teu poder interno!

A consciência e consciencialização de seres TU!

Nos momentos, que geralmente chamamos de regressão, depressão, estagnação... o que é que o universo = tu...está a dizer a ti próprio? pensas sempre que a mensagem é: problemas!!! E, também costumas encontrar uma causa para esses momentos em situações externas, tais como seres, energias, Deus, Diabo... e por aí fora...

Bem... quando te abrires para o ideia que tu crias tudo isso, de uma forma ou de outra, que de facto, tudo é TU comunicando contigo próprio, poderás entender que aceitar essa conversa energética traz-te para perto da tua alta consciência e em cada momento serás capaz de criar um novo ser-consciente.

Tomas consciência que és o criador, não te faz sentir melhor? melhor do que ser sempre um reflexo de outros? hmmmm, eu sei talvez muitos aindaa se sentim confortáveis com a opção: "culpar outros" e, eu percebo porquê... porque se és tu que causas os problemas, és também tu que causa os milagres, se não te sentires uma reação a forças exteriores,onde fica Deus para que tentes alcançá-Lo e receber os milagres que resolvem a tua vida? sim! eu entendo...

Essa força poderosa exterior a ti próprio existe sempre! mas... para a sentir e vivê-la, tu tens que a ser tu próprio. ahhhh pois... porque tu és parte dessa energia divina, e és essa energia de forma diferente porque tu és TU e, ser tu é ser TUDO! Aceitando quem és, liga-te com a alta unidade. Por outro lado, idolatrar, pedir, confiar no que consideras se encontra fora de ti sem que primeiro confies em ti próprio... não te fará ser quem Adoras! porque não existe conexão, ligação energética que vibra na mesma frequência de amor; encontras-te em negação considerando que és menor, que não és detentor do mesmo poder divino.
Deixa que te diga: a consciência divina é o que nós somes. E cresce ou torna-se menos poderosa dependendo de como te vês a ti próprio. Portanto... quanto mais TU SEJAS ESSA DIVINA CONSCIÊNCIA, mais tu a verás, sentirás e receberás.
Agora, convém entender que as coisas que tu crias na tua vida são degraus e, tu usa esses degraus para subir ou descer... que é que queres? o que és? o que escolhes? SÊ ESSE SER QUE IDOLATRAS, porque é o que tu és! Iluminação não é olhar para fora, é olhar dentro de ti onde a unidade e totalidade existe. Fazendo isso descobres a luz, tanto dentro como atinges as inergias divinas fora de ti.
As coisas que te acontecem que não aprecias estão aqui agora paraa te ensinar a escolher entre o medo e o amor, o negativo e o positivo e, à medida que escolhes vibrar mais alto, transformas as situações. Não existe outra forma.
Não é preciso entrar no stress, de facto, o único caminho para resolver os teus problemas é ser capaz de encontrar a calma dentro de ti para que consigas lidar com tudo de forma inteligente e altamente intuitiva, um coração calmo e feliz disposição.
Encontra esse lugar em ti... esse lugar para além de tudo o resto que te preocupa, esse lugar para além de tudo o que conheces... traz até ti a alegria e paz e, depois, poderás fazer magia, transmutar, transformar tudo! é muito simples! tão simples que acontece sem esforço e num piscar de olho. Só necessitas de ACREDITAR EM TI E SER!

Your inner power!

The awareness and consciousness of being you

At those moments of what we usually can call as regression, depression, stagnation… what is that the universe = you… is telling yourself? you always think the message is: problemsss!!! and usually you find the cause for those moments on outside situations, as beings, energies, god, evil and so on…
Well when you open yourself to the fact that you created all that, one way or the other, that in fact, everything is yourself enhancing a dialogue with you, you understand that accepting that energetic conversation you get closer to your consciousness and every moment you will be able to create a new self-conscious being.
You get aware that you are the creator, doesnt feel better? better than being a constant reflection of others? hmmmmmmm, i know most of you still feel comfortable with the “blame outside” option… and i know why… because if you cause the problems you cause the miracles as well, if you do not act as a reaction of outside forces, where is the God you reach every day for miracles??? yep!!! i get you!!!
Well that outside stunning force still exists dear! it always will! but… in order to feel it and live it, you, yourself must BE IT AS WELL. ahhhhh because you are part of it, and you are it in a different way, because you, yourself, are YOU, and being you, you are THE WHOLE. by accepting the true you, you tune with the highest wholeness of the divine. instead… if you worship, ask for, trust on everything else before trusting you… you cannot be what you adore! because there is no connection, because you are stepping away from it, by considering that you are less, that you cannot do what the divine consciousness can.
Let me tell you this: the divine consciousness is what we are. and it grows and gets less powerful depending on how you see yourself. So… the more you BE IN THAT STATE OF DIVINE the more you see it , feel it and receive it.
This being said, matters to understand that the things that you create on your life are steps, and you use them to step up, to step down… what is that you want? what is that you are? what is that you chose? BE THE BEING YOU WORSHIP, because that is what you are! enlightenment is not looking outside, it is looking within where the wholeness lies. by doing that you find the light, both within and at divine source.
The things that happen that you do not enjoy are here and now to make you chose between the fear and the love, the negative and the positive. and as you chose to vibrate higher, you transform your situations. there is no other way.
You do not need to step into stress, in fact the only way to solve your issues is to be able to find a calm place within where you can step back to look for the strength and finally look at things as an observer so you can deal with everything with a smart eye, a calmer heart and a joyful disposition.
Find that place… that place beyond everything that worries you, that place beyond everything… get the joy and peace an then you can do the magic of transmuting, transforming everything! its very simple! so simple that it happens with no effort and at the blink of an eye. you just need to BELIEVE IN YOU AND BE IT!

A Super, Super Lua Cheia em Touro

Esta Super Lua Cheia tem um poder tremendo: Se conectarmos com esta energia activamo-nos com positividade, consciência, claridade, luz, tornamo-nos mais acordados internamente e poderemos ver o futuro em frente aos nossos olhos; saberemos como perseverar nos nossos sonhos e objetivos. Esta energia vem calma e fácil o que ajuda a entrar no nosso ser profundo e apreciar o melhor de nós!

Esta Lua Cheia tem vários aspetos que a fazem ser muito diferente das Luas Cheias em Touro. Vou referir também aspetos negativos porque quero que voes na direção oposta e escolhas uma diferente linha de pensamento para que te sintas melhor e não cais nas armadilhas do teu ser inferior.

Cosiderando especialmente que tivemos uma semana muito forte e incluindo o portal 11.11, É importante ter noção de todas as possibilidades de escolha através das quais decidimos o que seremos! Esta escolha está aqui, aí... sempre! mas nesta fase que estamos a viver, prestar atenção ao que queremos vibrar, é vital!

Para atingir consciência harmoniosa nunca podemos deixar ser levados por alguns aspetos e influência do nosso sistema solar, eles existem para nos empurrar para cima, nunca para nos levar à tristeza ou desapontamento.

O facto desta Lua Cheia acontecer num periodo em que o Sol vibra em Escorpião, é definitivamente importante porque Escorpião ´o oposto de Touro e eles são energias incompatíveis. Por outro lado, temos Saturno a influenciar esta fase, assim, a tendência a sentirmo-nos depressivos e melancólicos pode acontecer. És tu que decides se queres ir porr aí... Não vás, é um desperdício de energia dado que no final verás que nada de mau aconteceu e as razões que te levaram a sentir-te em baixo, na realidade não existem. É só um teste à mais alta versão de ti próprio para que te treines e te centres, te alinhes e possasser feliz.

Alguns sentirão necessidade de abrandar, faz isso! Outros sentirão imenso a energia positiva que pulsa através deste evento e conseguirão viver glamour e sentir-se inspirados a agir, criar. Pode também acontecer que tenhas sonhos especiais que poderão mostrar-te algo importante, predições ou mensagens. Não te preocupes se nãoos conseguires descodificar pois o teu subconsciente encontrará forma de te dizer o que deverás saber. Outros podem sentir-se super amorosos e atrair amor para si, enquanto outros precisarão de se isolar. Seja como for, tudo está bem, sê tu próprio e faz o que te fará sentir bem, estaando en equilibrio, harmonizado com as energias cósmicas.

A Lua Cheia, por se encontrat tão perto do planeta, dá-nos fortes vibrações e será normal sentirmos demasiado! É como se tivessemos a lua no topo da cabeça...

O meu conselho para os que irão querer meditar, ancorar bem na terra! Se quiseres ir para a rua, especialmente sem luz artificial, é o melhor. Mexe nas plantas e na terra, abraça árvores.

Canalizei um detalhe que acho importante: Usar uma bola de luz azul e tratar com ela a zona da barriga e estômago: o objetivo é trabalhar esta energia como um catalizador devidoaos eventos dos dias recentes que nos trouxeram stress. Canaliza essa energia para essas áreas e deixa que cure pelo menos por três minutos.

Se nos conectarmos com esta Lua da forma certa e positiva, posso garantir que ganharás imenso poder dentro de ti para usares para os mais altos propósitos. Muito amor!
