When you think something might be wrong and you are not doing things the right way... think again because just because you have awakened long time ago doesnt mean the ascension process will stop giving you these symptoms. However and as you solve all issues of your life and self, you will notice that some symptoms can just disappear! that is what happens when you fully engage in the path/mission and do not have any doubts, fears, confusions, lacks... I know it because im on this journey with you and know a lot of beings that have no big issues with symptoms. If you persevere, if you BE the highest and truest version of yourself... believe me when i say, you will feel amazing!

THE ASCENSION SYMPTOMS CAN FEEL SIMILAR TO THE AWAKENING ONES, YET, IF YOU LOOK CLOSER THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES. AND IN THE ASCENSION PROCESS SOME SYMPTOMS GET REALLY HEAVY THAT IS WHY WE MAY THINK WE ARE GOING BACKWARDS, WHEN IN FACT WE ARE REALLY MOVING FORWARD.

THE PAINS YOU MAY FEEL IN YOUR BODY CAN BE HARSH AND IN ALL PARTS. THIS IS DUE TO THE 3D VIBRATIONS YOU STILL HAVE LOCATED IN YOUR PHYSICAL BODY AND THEY ARE BLOCKING THE FLUX OF NEW 5D ENERGY, THEREFORE THEY ARE BEING PULLED TO THE SURFACE SO THEY LEAVE YOUR BODY.

YOU ALSO CAN HAVE PHASES OF GREAT DREAM ACTIVITY AND EVEN VIOLENT ONES. THIS IS NATURAL AS YOU ARE RELEASING PAST TRAUMAS AND BLOCKAGES, NOT ONLY FROM THIS LIFE TIME BUT ALSO FROM ALL YOUR PREVIOUS LIVES.

YOU CAN FEEL VERY STRESSED WITH NO REASON. YOU CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT LIFE RULES AS YOU USED TO, SO EVERYTHING CAN STRESS YOU AND SOMETIMES YOU HAVE A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING THIS SITUATION BECAUSE YOU SEE YOURSELF BEING SO CALM IN OTHER STRESSED MOMENTS.

YOU CANT DEAL ANYMORE WITH LOW VIBRATIONS. THE SITUATIONS, CONVERSATIONS YOU COULD TOLERATE IN THE PAST ARE NOW UNBEARABLE

YOU CAN LOOSE APPETITE FOR A FEW DAYS OR HAVE PERIODS WHEN YOU FEEL HUNGRY. YOU ARE CONSTANTLY HAVING ADJUSTMENTS CONCERNING THE LEVEL AND AMOUNT OF LIGHT YOU ARE INGESTING AND HOW YOUR BODY DEALS WITH IT AT EACH MOMENT. THAT S WHY YOU CAN SUFFER FROM SUDDEN “ATTACKS” OF LOW BLOOD SUGAR; YOU CAN GAIN OR LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING WHY AND NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTROL IT.

SOME TASKS YOU USED TO DO SO EASILY AND AUTOMATICALLY ARE TOTALLY REJECTED NOWADAYS. THOSE ARE 3D TASKS AND YOU CERTAINLY DO NOT RELATE TO IT ANYMORE. YOU PROCRASTINATE IT UNTIL YOU HAVE NO OTHER WAY BUT DOING IT. THOSE “RESPONSIBILITIES” AREN`T PART OF YOUR NEW YOU ANYMORE.

YOU CAN HAVE DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, PANIC, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS,. YOU CAN THINK YOU ARE GOING CRAZY, MENTALLY ILL, COMPLETELY INSANE! YOU ARE EVOLVING AND YOU DO NOT FIT ANYMORE IN THE WORLD YOU ALWAYS HAVE LIVED. AND AS YOU LOSE OLD PATTERNS, YOU MAY FEEL LOST BECAUSE YOUR EGO IS NOT IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE ANYMORE. SO YOU TRY TO LEAVE FEARS BEHIND BUT THEN, AS YOU ARE STILL PHYSICALLY IN A 3D WORLD YOU HAVE MOMENTS WHEN YOU FEEL VULNERABLE.

YOU CAN FEEL SUDDENLY A GREAT SADNESS AND START CRYING FOR NO REASON. JUST LIKE IN YOUR DREAMS YOU ARE RELEASING BLOCKAGES AND PAIN AND AS YOU INNER SELF DOES THAT WORK WITHIN IT HAS TO RELEASE IT THROUGH EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS.

YOU FEEL YOU DONT BELONG IN THIS WORLD ANYMORE AND YOU WANT TO “GO HOME”. YOU KNOW YOU ARE APPROACHING HOME FROM YOUR HEART AND THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE, BUT THAT GIVES YOU A FEELING OF BEING ALONE BECAUSE YOU NEED TO RECONNECT TO YOUR SOUL FAMILY.

What does the cosmos tell us until December 19

How do you define yourself now... What version of yourself have you brought at this time to keep living this life...

December would not be so hard, as we have been doing such an amazing work with all the previous energies. However,for some of us which havent really done the work their soul asks... the challenges might go on and on... depends,always depends  on how we do things  with the days that the universe offers us. December energies are all about the continuous manifestation of what we did, changed, thought, grew... the 3 to 6 previous months.

The main message to December is: Do not keep blaming others or outside circumstances for the problems on your life. you are the ruler, the chooser, the controller, the magician. As you take decisions an act according to them, the universe sends it back according to the frequency you first acted upon. then... only then you can observe things really starting to feel good!!!

Today Mercury enters in Capricorn. Capricorn talks to us about our physical world and Mercury is all about ideas and pragmatic programming! Nice phase to set your mind onto practical stuff and start creation magical ideas for the world Dont forget we are on a mission and all learnings and growth from the path that took us to this moment is vital to create a better reality.

December 7 Venus enters in Aquarius reminding us that love is free and loving freely is the way to really love. Doing what you feel is right, being truthful to your heart gives you the transparency which is according to your highest self... and everyone`s true self.You might need to do some inner work if you still feel chained and following others rules. The Expansion & Positiveness of the Sagittarius New Moon

Nothing better than a New Moon at the end of this month! because we can plant nice seeds at this Moon and travel through out December collecting the fruits and also making sure what we do is always to grow what we have planted even that it needs a season to be seen. However even what takes time to be seen must be nurtured, worked and constantly grow towards the finish line.

This New Moon has energies related to expansion and openness,happiness and joy! This is what Sagittarius brings because Sagittarius is CLEAR! rarely Sagittarius loses sight or gets cloudy. Sagittarius can go beyond the veil of the earthly veil and understand what is needed, without focusing to much on the daily energies. When we look at a Sagittarius being,we think they are pretty much connected to this earth daily based life, but that is just the impression they give us, because they are balanced, they can go through everything with that strength, joy, security, commitment and they do it because they see clear, nothing less, nothing more. They might not notice it but they are always vibrating at the right frequency. Therefore they emanate that vision of stability!

So, the energy we must connect with is the energy of all that is, nothing more, nothing less. this means: do not waste your energy, just focus the enough and keep going! be pragmatic enough so you do not involve yourself in things that drain you or distract you. Keep things clear and cleansed.

Decided, once again, what is you wish and believe in it, start working on it, never stop! While you live, things start happening! Opportunities come and you just grab them, use them to the highest purposes and be creative!

I have several Sagittarius friends and one time, one of them which had a severe car accident and was already for two years doing surgeries, jumping from an hospital to another, more than one year in a bed without being able to move, watching his wife suffering the same and losing a baby due to that car accident ... one day for the first time i was for a moment alone with him so i asked him if he wanted to open himself, his heart, talk to me... he said NOPE! i got like wow! so cold, fast and simple. he might have noticed my expression of surprise and confusion so he added: "When things are what they are i do not waste more time looking at what is bad, what i dislike. if im alive is because at all moments i`ve been, i always looked at the future and all the things i still want to do. And that gives me calm, patience and joy." His strength came from not looking at what was nasty, but creating a inner vibration which allowed him to bare the pain and build the future! He`s been doing good, created everything he wanted and still does it! never complains, never stops, always keeps going. His eyes never look to much at what is, they fly to what will be! He is a pure Sagittarius!

Im telling you this story because, considering we have the Sun in Sagittarius, had yesterday this New Moon in Sagittarius and also... we had a very powerful month, it is great if we can focus on this strong Sagittarius energies, absorb all is positiveness and connect with our highest; plant seeds of worthy creations, look at the future brightly and energetically and move forward! Warp speed! light is ahead we just need to keep walking and get to where we want! Sagittarius reminds us all that life is an endless fountain! there are so many things to do, to reach, to build, to create, to dream, to see, to love... lets do this!

What are you afraid of?

Life is overwhelming because of our feelings! We have thousands of feelings constantly bombarding us due to the way we think, to the expectations we have and others have, to the fear... here we go again with fear!

Fear of what? you are warriors, you have survived birth, which is your first traumatic experience, you have survived the fear of losing your mother, the billions of "no`s" you got through your childhood, the thousands of experiences through your confused teenage phase, you even survived through your failures on relationships! oh and you survived all the nonsense things you have done! you have survived all the terrible stuff you have eaten, the alcohol and the drugs...

So what are you afraid of? failure? phobias? lack of money? not being approved? not being loved? you got so far right? nothing of that killed you, and if it did so what? there is no death anyway...

The thing is to calm down and do things with ease! when your fearful thoughts come and your feelings start making you feel terrible, just see that you are alive, that all your parts are doing what they are supposed to do, which is to talk to you. Your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual are there trying to enhance a dialogue. you are out of balance - all your parts are telling you to STOP! so stop!

Identify what started that moment of fear, insecurity, pain, sadness... reverse the situation afterwards by choosing another line of vibration! what do you want? be well? so choose that! it is up to you really! the stepping out of a wrong perspective is a decision and to do so you need HOPE, TRUST, CONFIDENCE, LOVE - all that comes through an UPGRADE OF YOUR OWN CONSCIOUSNESS - that opportunity is given by a moment such a fearful/painful moments.

Until you believe you are in control of everything, until you feel grateful for all opportunities to shift your frequency specially what doesnt feel good, until you can do that shifting work each time it comes, until you know only you can do that work, until you believe you can do it, it keeps happening!

It is a matter of attitude towards yourself, acknowledging you are the miracle worker, the magician, the Merlin, the alchemist! Find inside the will, the strength, the trust and the love for yourself. At those moments calm down, talk to yourself, decide what you want and match that positive frequency by being on a higher vibration you were when you were caught by those negative emotions.

Everything is a process of self growth so take it easy but do not give up ever! Keep working with yourself by shifting constantly and know that every day, every situation is a mirror of your frequency and at the same time can teach you to grow in consciousness.

Do not let yourself be drawn by the environment because your future self has nothing to do with what you are seeing now. we have the wrong idea that if a situation is bad we have to change it through our actions. No! we have to change our frequency and do not focus on the negativity we are observing. there arent any eternal situations in all the different life time frames we can possible watch and live. So be a vessel for blessings and believe you can create anything you want.

A missão: Brilhando para o coletivo!

Quando medito/visualizo o planeta e todos os seres, vejo-vos como estrelas brilhantes. São velas acesas suportando vida! Voçês são os que guardam, mantêm e enviam luz... para todos os outros; são os que permitem que a vibração no planeta suba e se mantenha. São pedaços de amor que podem ser vistos e tocados por todos, são exemplos de vida, força, alegria...

Mas quando se distraem e focalizam em coisas que só existem para vos trazer tristeza para que a vossa luz esmoreça... as velas brilhantes esmorecem também... o equilibrio começa a desaparecer! E depois, o que ganhamos com tudo isso? nada! perdemos energia globalmente, coletivamente! o planeta enfraquece e a luz recebe menos energia para se suster... o caos aumenta!

Prefiro ver-vos a brilhar do que ver-vos tristes ou em dúvidas. Adoro ver-vos tal como são. Não pensem que ser amoroso para os outros é aprovar as fraquezas, dando palavras de conforto quando deveriam usar palavras que levantam almas! ou chorar quando deveriam rir porque têm todas as razões para estar felizes, chorar não ajuda ninguém!

Isto é sobre uma grande missão que precisa de todos nós, é por isso que estamos nela! e, nã estamos sós, estamos juntos, muito mais do que pensas. Eu sei tão bem como tu tudo o que se passa e não concordo tal como tu. Mesmo assim, quanto mais luz brilhar, mais forte todo o ambiente à nossa volta se torna, mais amorosos nos tornamos e quanto mais amorosos mais os outros sentem amor.

Imagina que ninguém, mesmo ninguém, teria o exemplo de um ser humano feliz, completo... wow! que horror, isso seria o fim de todas as nossas esperanças! nada porque alcançar, pois sem exemplos... seria a prova que nada se poderia resolver, desejar, os sonhos nunca se poderiam tornar realidade!

Portanto,sim! precisamos de exemplos que nos dêm fé, temos que ver outros felizes para que vejamos com os nossos olhos que a felicidade é possível! e, é tão bom ver outros felizes! ver amantes apaixonados, ver pessoas que vivem bem e que materializam os seus sonhos, ver que outros viajam, fazem descobertas, fazem o que quer que queiram! Abençoados sejam!

Não é fixarmo-nos na piedade, tristeza, nessas versões de nós mesmos que as coisas mudam, nunca! a mudança quando necessária, vem da tomada de consciência do que é. focaliza no lado certo das coisas e move-te em direção à luz. Luz é o polo positivo de tudo o que é, as ideias que surgem quando estamos em equilibrio, no modo crescimento e conetados com o nosso mais alto propósito. Luz é escolher amor, Luz é identificar o axis do mundo, o axis do cosmos universal. Esse axis é onde nos devemos sempre situar.

Olha para a beleza, procura isso, pois é o que deves criar. Levanta-te pelo que é certo, positivo e sê isso! Esse é o caminho e sente o amor, pois esse é o teu verdadeiro ser.

Nunca te arrepenas ou sintas culpado por olhar a beleza a qual é sempre a tua mais elevada criação. Se não fosse tua criação, não a poderias ver! entendes? o que quer que observes, criaste primeiro,portanto olhando para o belo que criaste dar-te-á energia para continuar. Queres criar beleza no mundo ou caos?

Eu sei que escolhes criar beleza no mundo! é,portanto, isso que deves escolhar ver! aprecia e sente-te orgulhoso. quanto mais te aproximares do mais alto, mais se multiplica!

Until we love ourselves, the world will be always wrong

Sentences like: "I want to go somewhere where nobody knows my name", "im sad but is ok"...

We keep complicating our existence considering others around us, whether because we follow them, thinking we must so we get approved or because we can`t stand them. Why can`t we stand them? because we cant stand ourselves! if we do not resonate with them, we must always keep loving them but at the same time we have to clear our and their space, for we cannot poison our field and we have no right to poison others field just because we live in anger.

Yes! because if you are at peace you don`t feel that angry or annoyed, you just leave and find something to do that you enjoy!

I bet if you are alone in a place no one can hear you, you still do not shout or scream. You are to lazy and when the opportunity comes you do not take it! We humans are lazy special when comes to give our selves freedom in anyway! if you cannot avoid them, at least find your own center, peace and love inside of you so you do not get in the state in which you hate everyone and blame everyone for your own life.

Start having positive thoughts, knowing that you are the creator of your own reality, one way or the other. start acknowledging that you created the surroundings you see. Emanate light and higher vibrations or you will always get those things you hate. but to do so you need to find those vibrations inside and then live your life according to what you want to be and have. This is the way for your creative self to start pumping ideas and plans into your conscious self. And that`s the beginning of your new life.

You think there are any solutions for your misery! You have chosen negativity, self pity. That is the annoying thing! you are not living! The is no soft way to say these things, believe me! Love yourself to the point that you want to live, really live. respect yourself to the point you do not accept defeat ! Enhance a dialogue with your lower self and do not accept any excuses what so ever to keep living in anger. You are a loving being and the universe will keep showing to you what you do not accept volunteerly.  

What ever you send out that is what you receive in return. Decide once and for all what is you want to be, and whatever you decide do not blast the world with your negative emotions. Everyone is doing the best to live happy, to create, to build, to laugh, to live in harmony with others. Life is a eternal lesson through which the mirrors around us help us to grow and to become shining candles. We shine within feeling the amazing essence of live, others see it and that is the beginning of a connection that makes life worth living on this planet. We have all been there where you are now, but being loving is being a mirror; this mirror is telling you -  no self pity anymore, go and find your self within and then LIVE!

The great spirit of Sophia belongs to no one, belongs to everyone

The energy of Sophia = Gaia

Sophia and what we call God, the divine, the source... are not separated. Sophia is part of the great sacred energy. However it is said she created this world, so... as we are all gods we surely are all Sophias! We weren`t created just like GOD, we have It´s essence! we are all divinities on a journey to find exactly that, because we forgot it! You know why? because some told us we should fear and pray to something higher than us and we believed it!

So, we are all divine beings, spreading light and loving and that means we can all be Sophia`s HEART. We can all spread the message, the love, the sparkle, the light! we do that with God`s messages we feel in our hearts each time we connect to our heart center... And Sophia as well as all divinities we feel resonance with, is to be shared, loved, spread. Because whatever is positive and bright never loses light! it keeps shining forever more in the universe.

Every message you send from Sophia can be different, yes. whether you channel it, whether you talk to any of us on a normal conversation, whether you write or paint! Because you are all different versions of Sophia`s Consciousness. And that is ok. Who looks for messages looks for a lot of messages, reads a lot, searches immense... At the end, we are all growing in awareness of what is, who we are, what are we doing, where to go...  And we do that by sharing each moment, which changes all the time and so do you and your awareness as well as me. Each foot print of light is important at that moment, whether we agree or not, resonate or not with all the messengers of the divine.

Sophia`s energy is embodied by everyone, male and female, Sophia`s heart is every where, Sophia`s message is to be spread, loved because Sophia is the representation of the divine mission on earth. Probably all worlds have their own Sophia with other names... here she is, she is ours because we are hers, ultimately we are Sophia. She is Earth`s consciousness and that is what we all are here BEING! 

And what She wants, as well as all great spirits is to be shared, channeled, felt and ever PRESENT! in higher spheres theres no rules but the rules of the universe! We are the ones who keep her alive by connecting with her and spreading her messages!

She is alternately pictured as a hag, a black goddess, queen of heaven, an aged woman, human, divine, a harlot, faithful wife, lover, mother and sister. The list goes on. Many of what is associated with Sophia is contradictory.
As a biblical figure, she has been described as a co-partner of God and sometimes as THE female God. The early Christians sometimes used her as a metaphor for Christ.
Her origins are almost impossible to trace. She can be traced to every era, culture and society. She is the manifestation of the Divine Feminine and can be linked with practically every goddess. Including: Lilith, Isis, Inanna, Hecate, Spider Grandmother, Ishtar, Sekmet, Maat, Hera, Anath, Virgin Mary, Eve, Mary Magdalene, Juno, Tara, Demeter and Persephone.
Her feast day is November 28th. She has a sacred shrine in Istanbul, Hagia Sophia, which is one of the 21 finalists for the new 7 wonders of the world.  She is symbolized by a dove, crescent moon, stars, a cup or a tree. Russia has always adored and venerated Sophia. They dedicated a cathedral to her in Kiev, The Cathedral of St. Sophia. Many Russians to this day maintain a double faith, in Paganism and Christianity.
Sophia is also known as the Grail Goddess. The Grail legend can be traced back to pre-Christianity. A black goddess (Sophia) guards the grail with the interests of the earth at heart. (Interesting note: the grail was originally depicted as a cauldron.)
When the Knights Templar were arrested and tortured in October, 1307, they were convicted of heresy. One of the supposed heretical charges was worshiping, BAPHOMET. There have been many different explanations as to what BAPHOMET is. There is one that relates to Sophia. One important piece of information first....The Templars are said to be the protectors of the Grail, which many say is actually the lineage of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene. Some believe Sophia came to earth in the body of Mary Magdalene.
In the 1980's, a Dead Sea Scholar used the Atbash Cipher, which has been used as far back as 500 B.C.E., to decipher BAPHOMET. He got SOPHIA. In the Gnostic Gospels, Sophia is the creator of the world. She is greater than Jesus. "

Its not change, its growth

WE ALL COME FROM A WORLD THAT DOESN`T PROMOTE THE WELLNESS OF PERSONALITY AND CHARACTER. THEY ENCOURAGE US TO BE COMPETITIVE, TO LIE, TO HIDE THINGS, TO USE MANEUVERS IN ORDER TO OBTAIN PROFITS. AND THEN THEY SAY: "NO ONE IS PERFECT" WHICH GIVES YOU PERMISSION NOT TO PERFECT YOURSELF, WHETHER IS AN INSIDE (PERSONALITY) OR AN OUTSIDE WORK (CHARACTER). AND WE GO TO THE DOCTOR, AND WE GO INTO OUR BOSS`OFFICE TO SHARE AND GET COMPASSIONATE WORDS, WE GO TO COURT TO FIGHT OUR NEIGHBORS AND FAMILY PROPERTIES AND WE PUT OUR CHILDREN IN SPECIAL SCHOOLS WITH SPECIAL TEACHERS THAT USE SPECIAL TECHNICS BECAUSE WE WEREN`T ABLE TO SHOW TRUTH , LOVE, CONFIDENCE, JOY AND FAITH IN OUR OWN HOUSE! BUT... NOW.... NOW WE ARE AWAKE! YES!!! AWAKE AND AWARE THAT EVERYTHING IS DONE BY US! WE ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING BECAUSE WE DID RELY ON THE FATHER, WE DID COLLABORATE WITH IT ALL... BECAUSE IT WAS EASY! WHAT WE DIDNT EXPECT IS THAT THE PRICE WE PAYED IN OUR HEARTS BY THAT ENERGETIC COVER UP OF OUR OWN LIVES AND RELATIONSHIPS WAS SO BIG THAT COULD DESTROY OUR SOUL! KILL ALL FAITH IN GOD! FILL WITH EMPTINESS ALL PARTS OF THE SELF WHICH SHOULD BE FULL OF VITAL ENERGY, OF LOVE, OF LIGHT, OF SOVEREIGNTY!
AFTER PAYING THE PRICE WE GET AWAKE, WE LOOK AT OUR PARENTS AND WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY KEEP DOING IT, HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO TRUST SUCH OLD TEACHINGS AND LIES.
NOW WE THINK WE HAVE CHANGED. BUT WE DIDNT. BECAUSE ALL OUR LIVES WE WERE BUILT AT OTHERS IMAGE AND THAT WASN`T OUR TRUE SELF. WAS JUST A FADE PICTURE OF THE ETERNAL MALFUNCTION SYSTEM WHICH WE AGREED TO BE PART ONLY FOR A BIT. WE ARE RETURNING TO THE TRUTH, THE SELF, THE UNIVERSAL BEING WE REALLY ARE. WE ARE THE FOUNDATION OF LOVE, THE SEED OF LIGHT AND THAT CAME TO LIFE AGAIN.
SO NOW WE ARE RELYING ON OUR TRUE HEARTS AND REGAINING THE COURAGE TO BE AND TO SHOW WHO WE REALLY ARE. THAT WAS ALWAYS WITHIN WAITING TO BE SHOWN. IT IS THE SUBLIME BEING. THE GOD-SELF.
EACH TIME YOU FEEL GUILTY OR BLAME YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU WERE, STOP! YOU LEARNED THE LESSON, YOU TOOK THE DECISION TO BE YOUR TRUE VERSION. THAT IS HARD ENOUGH IN A WORLD THAT IS STILL LEARNING AND MOVING TOWARDS THE LIGHT. JUST KEEP WORKING IN EACH NOW MOMENT TO BE THE BEST FOR YOU AND OTHERS. TO PROMOTE YOUR AND EVERYONE`S HIGHEST GOOD. WHAT WAS, WAS! NOW THE TIME IS FOR YOU TO LIVE AND TO DO SO THERE IS ONLY HERE AND NOW. BE LOVE, FEEL ONLY LOVE, AND GIVE ALWAYS LOVE.

A passagem iniciática das energias de Novembro

As energias transformadoras deste mês de Novembro tem sido enormes. O trabalho pessoal usando as energias no planeta tem sido imenso. O paraíso deve sentir-se grato! 
Encontrar o lugar em nós, que pansávamos já ter encontrado, esse lugar que nos dá o ponto central inabalável e a confiança para ser nós próprios. O estado de ser indestrutível, poderoso e infinito. Sim! isso necessita ser encontrado, e a maior parte das vezes, pensamos que já chgámos lá para mais tarde perceber que ainda vivemos no medo, ns dúvidas e inseguranças que sentimos àcerca de nós próprios.
Quando... um belo dia, paramos de repetir as coisas que nos mostram que ainda usamos o velho eu e conseguimos olhar para uma situação recorrente com novos olhos e uma fresca atitude... é nesse momento que sabemos que realmente estamos a mudar! não há mais lugar para desculpas, não mais pensar e pensar tentando achar uma razão para não sermos nós próprios, não mais energia para ir dentro do coração e usar o amor incondicional para continuar a deixar que nos usem... Esse belo dia!... quando não sentimos mais medo. Aquele medo de não ser querido e amado, apreciado, desejado, tocado...
Tantos medos ridiculos... A missão, a nova Terra, a ascensão... Tudo isso é tanto àcerca de nós próprios como é àcerca dos outros! então, se não se trata da nossa vida pessoal, se é sobre algo maior, também não é àcerca de outros que nada contribuem para a nossa felicidade, com os seus parâmetros quadrados e os seus julgamentos ainda mais quadrados!!! porquê cantinuar a ser escravo do que os outros pensam ou querem para ti???
Este mês tem sido uma espécie de condensação de pensamentos e sentimentos, através dos quais escolhemos somente o que nos permite continuar em frente. É um cortar de energias com os pesados fardos que sentimos arrastar na nossa vida e, que finalmente, sabemos que podemos viver sem eles. É uma tomada de consciência das mudanças que antes não conseguiríamos operar, apesar de tentarmos com afinco.
Eu vejo este mês como uma fase de INICIAÇÃO DE PASSAGEM, uma grande iniciação. Não começou agora, começou muito tempo atrás e passo à frente de passo chagámos aqui, a este patamar de ascenção onde todos nos encontramos e continuamos juntos.
O que poderemos, ainda, fazer este mês, é a minha questão? que mais podemos criar? quanto mais poder podemos albergar dentro de nós que nos dê a vontade para mudar, marchar, inter-conectar, construir, olhar em frente... Cada vez que eu ponho esta questão as coisas marcham!!! É uma manifestação através da qual tu pedes ao universo para continuar a trabalhar contigo e, pedes a ti mesmo para continuar a renovar as tuas capacidades, ideias possibilidades infinitas...

The initiation passage of November energies

The Transformational energies of this month have been enormous. The personal work using all the energies we have here on the planet, have been immense. Heavens must be feeling grateful! :) Finding that place within ourselves, which you thought we had found already,that gives us the centeredness and trust to be ourselves! that state of being indestructible, powerful and infinite in its knowing! Yes! that needs to be found, and most of times, we think we got it just to find out later on that we still live in fear, doubts and insecure feelings about ourselves.

When one day, one happy day, we stop repeating things that show us we are still using the old self, and we can step into a recurrent situation with a new,fresh posture and determination... that is when we know we are really changing! no more excuses, no more thinking and thinking to find a reason not to be our true selves, no more energy to go inside our hearts and use the unconditional love to keep letting ourselves be used... That happy day! ... when we do not fear anymore. that fear of not being loved,wanted, appreciated, care for, reached for...

Lots of ridiculous fears... The mission, the new earth, the ascension... that is as much about ourselves as it is about others! if this isnt about us, for greater aspects make the world go round... so, it isnt about the others that do not make us happy... so why should you keep yourself being a slave of what others think of you? yes?

This is been a kind of condensation of thoughts and feeling, through which we chose only what allows us to go on forward. Its a cutting chords with heavy burdens that we feel we can live without them now! its an acknowledgement of the changes we couldnt operate before, despite of trying it greatly.

I see this month as a INITIATION PASSAGE, a great one! it hasnt started now, it started long time ago and step by step brought us here, at this stage of ascension where we all meet and go on together.

What can we still do this month, is my  question?  what more can we create? how much more power can we hold within to gives us the will to change, interconnect, build, go further... Each time i make this question to my self, things always move! its a manifestation process through which you ask the universe to keep working with you, and also you ask yourself to keep renovating your abilities, skills and ideas.

Curando com as chamas Azul & Violeta - Exercicio

Tive a ideia de fazer este exercício energético que trablha com as chamas sagradas Azul e violeta dos raios divinos. O objetivo é a cura, mais especificamente a cura de outros que amamos.

É muito simples e qualquer um que deseje ajudar um amigo ou familiar, ou mesmo um grupo ou todo o coletivo, pode usar esta cura:

Primeiro que tudo, encontra um lugar calmo e relaxante. Senta-te confortavelmente com as costas direitas. Ancora-te na terra visualizando uma corda de luz saindo do teu chacra da raíz e que mergulha profundamente na terra. Visualiza, també, essa corda, so outro extremo, subindo por todos os teus chacras e saindo pelo chacra da coroa; aí esse chacra abre-se e um tapete de luz continua subindo e alcançando o grande disco solar. Permanece assim. Deixa-te absorver essas conexões, sentindo as energias da terra e também do sagrado sol. Agora visualiza o teu centro, o teu axis que é o cordão que percorre todo o teu corpo, esse é o teu centro. Agora, encontras-te ancorado, conectado, protegido e equilibrado. brilhando!

Volta à corda de luz que te liga ao grande disco solar. Vê que de lá desce em direção a ti uma grande bola violeta,super brilhante e poderosa. Á medida que desce, cresce, até que entra no teu chacra da coroa e começa a penetrar e preencher todo o teu corpo. Sente essa luz transmutadora e pura em todos os teus espaços. Quando te sentires mesmo bem visualiza outra bola violeta, mas desta vez ela dirige-se, ao chagar ao chacra da coroa, diretamente para as tuas mãos. Sim! agora é um curador poderoso cheio de amor que trabalha de forma mágica a oportunidade divina para ajudar os outros. Mantém a bola nas tuas mãos. entretanto visualiza e concentra-te em quem queres tratar. Visualiza como quem vê um filme, mesmo à frente dos teus olhos e visualiza a bola violeta que tens nas tuas mãos dirigir-se para essa imagem, entrar dentro da imagem, penetrar no ser ou seres que queres ajudar e limpar, curar, tratar, transmutar; vê a chama violeta em espiral divina. Essas são as tuas intenções, e assim é! deixa que esse momento dure cerca de 3 minutos.

Depois faz exatamente o que fizeste com a chama violeta, usando a chama azul. Não te esqueças de primeiro começar por ti. E, nunca te esqueças das intenções de cura que tens no teu coração. Este exercício é muito poderoso. Funciona tanto em ti como nos outros. Sentir-te-ás duplamente bem por teres ajudado.

Depois disto quero que te energizes. Esta parte é só para ti, pois foste o curador e sempre necessitas de cuidado extra. Desta vez visualiza uma grande bola branca que purifica e energiza. Faz com que seja bem grande e densa e deixa que trabalhe em todo o teu corpo e a tua aura também.

Apesar de ser um exercício seguro, faz apenas durante 20 minutos, não mais. Não queremos que te canses. Podesfazer menos tempo, mas não mais que 20 minutos. Desejo que te divirtas e aprecies. Muito amor.

The mission: We stand & stay shining for the collective

When i meditate and visualize the whole planet and all beings, i see you all as bright stars glowing. You are shining candles that support life! you are the ones who old light for others. You are beacons of love seen through your selves being examples of life, strength, joy...

But when you get distracted and look at things that only exist to give you sadness in order to put down your light, the candles start disappearing... balance starts fading away! And then... what do we gain with that? nothing! we lose energy globally, collectively! the planet gets weak, the light gets less energy and chaos wins!

I rather see you like shining than see you going down in sadness or doubts. I love to see you all just as you are. Do not think being loving is supporting the weaknesses, giving words of comfort when you should pull up, crying for others when you should laugh because you have every reason to be happy, will ever help anything! this is about a large mission, that needs us all, that is why we are in it! and we arent alone, we are doing it together, more than you think.

I know as well as you do everything that goes on, and i do not agree with it as well as you dont. Never the less, the more light shining the stronger the environment gets, the more lovingly we feel and the more we love strongly the more others feel it too.

Imagine that no one, i mean no one, had an example of a human being happy, rich, healthy, fulfilled... Wow! that would be the end of all hope! There would not be things to aim or wish for because there was no example... it would be the proof that nothing could be solved, desired, that dreams would never made through! Terrible... So... yes we need examples that gives us the faith, we need to see others happy so we see with our eyes that happiness is possible! ad it is so good to see others happy! to see lovers in love with each other... to see people living well and fulfilling their dreams, to see people traveling, making discoveries, going for whatever they want and get it! it is really amazing to see all that! bless them all!

It isnt being on the pity, sad version of ourselves that things change, never! change, when needed, comes from awareness of what is, focus on the right side of things and movement towards light. And light is the positiveness of all that is, the ideas that come when we are balanced, in growth mode and connected to the highest of us and what we observe. Light is choosing love, light is identifying the axis that lies within, the axis of the world, the axis of the universal cosmos. That axis is where we must always be!

Look at the beauty side, for that is what you must be creating, stand for the right thing and be it for that is the way, feel the love always for that is your true self.

Do not ever regret of looking at the beauty which is the highest that you have created because if it wasnt, you wouldnt be able to see it! Understand? whatever you look at is always and also your creation, so whatever you look at will give you the energy to keep creating. do you want to create beauty in the world or keep creating lower images of your inner universe? i know you chose to create positiveness! so... that is what you must keep choosing to see, to appreciate and be proud of.

The more you stand near the highest, the more it multiplies!
