10.31 Today`s Card: Beyond Illusion!

Commentary of the card:  The butterfly in this card represents the outer, that which is constantly moving and that which is not real but an illusion. Behind the butterfly is the face of consciousness, looking inward to that which is eternal. The space between the two eyes has opened, revealing the lotus of spiritual unfoldment and the rising sun of awareness. Through the rising of the inner sun, meditation is born.
The card reminds us not to look outside for what is real, but to look within. When we focus on externals, we too often get caught up in judgments--this is good, this is bad, I want this, I don't want that. These judgments keep us trapped in our illusions, our sleepiness, our old habits and patterns. Drop your opinionated mind, and move inside. There, you can relax into your own deepest truth, where the difference between dreams and reality is already known.

This is the only distinction between the dream and the real: reality allows you to doubt, and the dream does not allow you to doubt....
To me, the capacity to doubt is one of the greatest blessings to humanity. The religions have been enemies because they have been cutting the very roots of doubt, and there is a reason why they have been doing that: because they want people to believe in certain illusions that they have been preaching....
Why have the people like Gautam Buddha been so insistent that the whole existence--except your witnessing self, except your awareness--is just ephemeral, made of the same stuff as dreams are made of. They are not saying that these trees are not there. They are not saying that these pillars are not there.
Don't misunderstand because of the word "illusion".... It has been translated as illusion, but illusion is not the right word. Illusion does not exist. Reality exists. Maya is just in between--it almost exists.
As far as day-to-day activities are concerned, it can be taken as reality. Only in the ultimate sense, from the peak of your illumination, it becomes unreal, illusory.

New Moon reveling our inner ascension

For the next 3 days, the effects of the New Moon are to be felt, worked and we can use this phase to plant the seeds we wish to see growing on our lives and the collective we live in.

The only way to unfold the future is to unveil the inner self. Lessons are here to be learned through feelings. If we chose to look at things with transparency and authenticity we can unite instead of dividing. If we divide inside by avoiding our inner parts to collaborate, we surely reflect that on the outside of ourselves.

This New Moon occurs in Scorpio, so the emotions to unveil are related to mysterious feelings we have been hiding inside. We prefer to feel comfortable and not look to what comes from the old self, pain or what we think is not natural or perhaps to much different than what we see on others.

The thing is: all the answers we look outside of ourselves, the time and energy we spend looking for someone to blame for our miseries, the solutions we ask from above... all that is inside, all we see is a reflection of us and all is created has been created from us.

This New Moon asks us to look to what must die, so we make a nice funeral and let go of the weight we have been carrying for so long; all changes and transformations take time, there are several phases through which we become stronger and feel capable to move on a little more, while we cut some more chords that make us lighter and therefore more open to the new.

That process includes a deep healing and each time we make a progress, we have done it because we have healed; to do that healing we must be truly honest, aware and analyze the situations from the feeling point of view. What is that we feel? why? does it feel good or not? are we happy? if not, why? whats wrong? not whats wrong with others, but whats wrong about what we are living now? why have we chosen a certain experience? what can we decipher so we can close it down? what more do we need to see about ourselves so we can move on? what can we discover about ourselves so we stop learning from others mirrors? how many more walls are we going to build so we do not make our emotional griefs?

The new cant come if we do not close chapters, the new cant come if we do not talk with ourselves honestly, if we do not listen to our true voice. These energy stays for a complete month so we can look within our emotional waters and its mysteries that want to be unveiled, reached, understood and loved. self forgiveness is vital at this phase. The emotions that Scorpio bring to the surface might tend to make us feel as victims, so pay attention to this and realize there are no victims , specially ourselves as whatever we live today which we want to change or improve is only a creation we manifested yesterday!!! what is we want to manifest tomorrow and the next tomorrows? inside is the answer,all the answers... Think: there will be an enormous space for creations as we clear and let our new renewed self to emerge... thousands of ideas and possibilities... amazing prospect is to know us better inside, trust us more, reveal what we didnt know we could be...

Keep in mind that the turbulence we avoid seeing inside rests on the same place we can find peace and calm. It is all a matter of choice and spiritual posture. If to gain peace we need to look first at the disturb waves of our hearts, well... we do it! with love!

As energias levam-nos para o novo ano pagão! Feliz Samhain

A Lua Nova em Escorpião, bem como mais alguns eventos astrológicos trazem-nos uma grande quantidade de energia. Mas o principal aspeto dessa energias relaciona-se com as emoções, ações, impulsos e revolução interior.

Esta fase marca, também, a chamada fase Dia das Bruxas ou Hallowween, o que significa que estamos a entrar numa nova fase sazonal, mais ainda, num novo ano energético! Em linguagem pagã e, relacionada com com os antigos Celtas este momento é conhecido como Samhain, o que quer dizer fim de um ano e começo de outro. Este evento paz parte de uma das fases da Roda da Vida pagã que se relacionam com a antiga sabedoria e respeito pelo planeta, cosmos e vida!

O significa sagrado desta fase que nos encontramos é muito forte e alinhando esssas energias com a Lua Nova e outros eventos, poderá fazer-nos sentir estranhos, não faz mal, tudo está bem... somente sentimos enormemente as energias que chegam até nós, até ao nosso campo energético e essas energias precisam ser entendidas.

Muitos sentem-se tremendamente felizes, outros confusos, ou meio felizes e meio cansados. Tudo está bem! Comentário da carta:  A receptividade silenciosa de uma noite estrelada de lua cheia, semelhante à de um espelho, reflete-se abaixo no lago coberto de névoa. O rosto que aparece no céu está em meditação profunda: uma deusa da noite que traz profundidade, paz e compreensão.

Este é um momento muito precioso. Será fácil para você repousar internamente, e sondar as origens do seu próprio silêncio interior até o ponto em que ele se confunde com o silêncio do universo.

Não há nada para fazer, lugar nenhum aonde ir, e a marca do seu silêncio interior permeia tudo o que você faz. Isso poderia deixar algumas pessoas sentirem-se desconfortáveis, acostumadas que estão com todo o barulho e atividade do mundo. Não importa. Procure encontrar as pessoas capazes de entrar em sintonia com o seu silêncio, ou então desfrute a sua solitude. Este é o momento de reencontrar-se consigo mesmo. A compreensão e os insights que lhe ocorrem nesses instantes manifestar-se-ão mais tarde, em uma fase de maior extroversão da sua vida.

A energia do todo se apossou de você. Você está possuído, você nem mesmo existe mais: o que existe é o todo.

Commentary of the card: The silent mirrorlike receptiveness of a star-filled night with a full moon is reflected in the misty lake below. The face in the sky is deep in meditation, a goddess of the night who brings depth, peace and understanding. Now is a very precious time. It will be easy for you to rest inside, to plumb the depths of your own inner silence to the point where it meets the silence of the universe.
There's nothing to do, nowhere to go, and the quality of your inner silence permeates everything you do. It might make some people uncomfortable, accustomed as they are to all the noise and activity of the world. Never mind; seek out those who can resonate with your silence, or enjoy your aloneness.

Now is the time to come home to yourself. The understanding and insights that come to you in these moments will be manifested later on, in a more outgoing phase of your life.

The energy of the whole has taken possession of you. You are possessed, you are no more, the whole is. This moment, as the silence penetrates in you, you can understand the significance of it, because it is the same silence that Gautam Buddha experienced. It is the same silence that Chuang Tzu or Bodhidharma or Nansen.... The taste of the silence is the same.
Time changes, the world goes on changing, but the experience of silence, the joy of it, remains the same. That is the only thing you can rely upon, the only thing that never dies. It is the only thing that you can call your very being.

MARIA (LYRA LIGHT) Ritual de abundância ~ Equinócio Outono

A fase pré-equinócio é uma altura perfeita para começarmos a conectar com as energias de Outono e toda a positividade que vem ao nosso encontro! O que se espera de nós é que possamos limpar a negatividade ligada a velhos parâmetros, preparar todas as partes de nós próprios e, finalmente receber o nove!
À medida que fazemos este ritual estamos simplesmente a lembrar que o trabalho interno está a ser feito e cada prática diária pode ajudar a conectar melhor com as energias sublimes do equinócio.
Diáriamente pega num pequeno pedaço de alecrim, qualquer tipo de lavanda ou ecalipto. Se mesmo assim não tens acesso, usa uma rosa ou qualquer flor pois todas as flores possuem caracteristicas para este tipo de energias. Uma veloa brance, dourada, prateada, azul ou rosa. Uma pequena chávena com água e outra com terra.
Encontra um local agradável numa das tuas divisões onde podes preparar um altar. A água deve ser mudade todos os dias e a vela também. Podes mudar a terra diáriamente, mas nao é necessário, basta duas vezes por semana.essário, não convém apodrecer.  perfeito se puderes fazer o altar num local em que o vejas muitas vezes. Podes fazer num tabuleiro ou prato grande para que o movas de divisão.
Cada dia prepara o altar e concentra-te em ti por um bocado. Fecha os olhos, alinha-te com ti próprio e depois com a mãe terra e finalmente com o cosmos. Acende a vela e pede aos teus guias divinos que te ajudem a limpar velhos hábitos e parâmetros e as coisas que queres mudar na tua vida. -Agradece-lhes e oferece-lhes a vela com amor. Depois, segura a chávena com terra nas tuas mãos e pede à mãe natureza para te ajudar a te energizar todas as partes de ti de forma a que possas sentir-te preparado para criares a tua nova realidade. Em seguida, segura na chávena de água e faz os teus desejos e pedidos para os futuros meses, sente o prazer como se já estivesse tudo realizado, pois a verdade é que já está! tu és um criador! Após a intenção, mergulha a flor na água e o cristal na terra.
Faz este ritual durante sete dias.É importante dizer que este ritual pode ser realizado durante todos os dias do ano. Rituais são somente uma forma de lidar com as energias e concentrar melhor. Aprecia!

MARIA (LYRA LIGHT) My Equinox ritual for abundance

The pre-equinox is a perfect time to start tuning with the fall and all the positiveness coming our way! What is expected from us is to clear the negative patterns related to the old, preparing all parts of ourselves and finally opening to receive the new!
As we do this ritual we are simply reminding ourselves that that work is being done and each daily practice can help us tune more with the sublime energies of the equinox we are working within. Whatever we do it has to raise our vibration, always! that is the secret!
Each day get a small piece of rosemary, any kind of lavender or eucalyptus. If you still cant use any of these plants you can try a rose or any flower as flowers have all properties that help you on this ritual. A white, silver, golden, blue or pink candle, a quartz crystal of any kind, a small ball with water; it can be a coffee cup, and a small cup with soil.
Find a place in one of your rooms, where you can set an altar with the things i told you previously. The water must be changed each day and the candle as well. The soil only needs to be changed twice a week. The flower should be changed each time you feel, because it shouldnt be rotten.  It would be perfect if you can do the altar when you are a home and in a place where you can look at it several times. You can always prepare it on a big plate so you can transport it to different rooms.
Each day,prepare the altar and focus on you for a bit. Close your eyes, align first with yourself, then with nature and the cosmos. Light the candle and ask your divine guides to help you clean old patterns and old things you want to change on your life, thank them and offer them that candle with love. Then hold the cup of soil between your hands and ask mother earth to help you energizing you and all parts of yourself so you can be ready for new creations. Them grab the cup of water and set your intentions for the months to come, feel all the pleasure as if things are already here, because truth is they are because you are a creator.
do this ritual during seven days. Its important to say that this ritual can even be done all days of the year. Rituals are just a way of dealing with energies and focusing better. Enjoy!
