SOME CHANGES DEPEND ON A LOT OF THINGS TO MANIFEST. AS WE MAKE PLANS AND DREAM ABOUT IT WE KNOW THE UNIVERSE WILL START WORKING IN ALL WAYS TO BRING US THE MOMENTS WHEN WE MUST RESPOND AND ACT. THAT AWARENESS IS FROM A AWAKENED BEING THAT UNDERSTANDS THAT THINGS IN OUR LIVES ARE CREATED BY OURSELVES, BUT AS WE ARE NOT ALONE IN THE WORLD, AND AS OUR CURRENT SITUATION IS CONNECTED TO RELATIONS AND CONDITIONS (WE CREATED OURSELVES IN THE PAST), WE ARE AWARE THAT THE MOVING FROM ONE SITUATION TO ANOTHER, TAKES ENERGY... New sub-collectives creating a new world

Sub collectives are at this time growing everywhere. We might think that to merge into a ONEBASED society, collectives are a form of separation; But in fact is exactly the opposite. The simple fact that i am communicating with you all on social media networks, is an example of this constructive sub-collective reality that is growing globally!

In order to maintain our level of frequency, grow it, and sustain the spiritual connections that allow us to spread the love and theLIGHT, one needs more and more to move into a positive chain effect of give, receive, share and promote. This is a high advanced form of power, which does not necessarily mean negativity, in fact, it is highly positive!

Groups of similar vibrations always had been built, but that idea was some how lost due to modern society, which values the individual way of life. Ultimately, people need to connect to the collective, it is a human genetic condition that we do not even notice; we meet on large places to do shopping, not because is easier (sometimes is not easy at all to get there) but because there is theCHAIN reaction calling; with this expression i mean, the calling of connection, energy connections that humans are in need, the human BOND! Throughout history we understand that humans had to join so they could support each other, because they knew only being there for each other they could survive. Loneliness is causing a lot of disturbances on people, they might not even know what is happening, but they sure feel the urges inside calling them to unite; they might also run away from groups and collectives, even run from family bonds but inside there is that call – the heart, that knows one is not here to walk alone upon sand and stones.

With beings as us that are awake and perceiving a spiritual path the feeling is probably even more intense! We know that it is our vibration that helps profoundly the planet and the world we live in, and we know united things can become a lot easier, not to mention the pleasure of such connections; the prospects of being able to manifest bigger projects for the world, the learning and wisdom that grows from a life in a close community is a wonderful fuel and balsam for our souls!

All the groups that are being created, are a manifestation of the life dream we all have. And a lot more will be built in the future. Pieces of land that will be turned into cities, villages… it doesnt matter the size, really… It doesnt even matter the size of the group itself! What matters is that, at those places the beacon ofLIGHT, the candle that can be a supportive giver and receiver for more light, grows! we are all beacons of light, so imagine the effect, the power of these type of groups spreading all over the globe! The learning between each other, the sharing of experiences, the goals, the dreams being exponentially exposed out of the inner dreamer! the possibilities! amazing right?!!!

Although it might seam we are becoming apart of the world we always knew, we are in fact building the foundations of the new earth!

Lua Cheia & Grande Cruz ~ Polaridades expandindo a Consciência

Esta Lua Cheia em caranguejo vem trazer desafios! apesar de ser uma Lua Cheia em Caranguejo, acontece na constelação de Gémeos, mais especificamente entre as estrelas Pollux e Castor. Isto torna este evento sobre energias opostas. As duas estrelas gémeas representam, elas próprias, o conflito, a raiva e o desacordo constante. Estes dois irmãos têm vivido em conflito desde sempre e assim se mantêm. São opostos totais e lutam a batalha interior que se refletem no exterior, no mundo, através dos conflitos entre irmãos... nações, tribos, famílias...
O simples facto de esta ser uma Lua Cheia em Caranguejo, mostra oposições, porque Lua Cheia em Caranguejo puxa-nos para dentro de nós, enquanto que o Sol em Capricórnio (que estamos a viver nesta altura) empurra-nos para trabalhar o mundo externo! Caranguejo procura a segurança no seu templo interno e Capricórnio quer construir esse templo manifestando e manobrando energias externas.
Outro aspeto é a Grande Cruz desta Lua Cheia. Aqui temos, com esta quadratura, mais energias opostas: O Sol em oposição à Lua (que é o que a Lua cheia é na realidade) - Este aspeto dá-nos um momento muito sensível e emotivo que se opõe à mente, o material opõem-se à intuição, o masculino op~eom-se ao feminino, o sossego opõem-se à vontade energética. Isto pode dar-nos uns momentos difíceis em qualquer tipo de relação. ~Depois temos Júpiter em oposição a Urano - Tudo o que te tem vindo a preocupar ou aborrecer ultimamente, poderá ser bastante difícil de gerir. Reações impulsivas em relação a coisas que normalmente controlas e toleras!
Nto entano, temos ótimas ligações celestiais equilibrando todas estas polaridades!!! Plutão,por exemplo... ajuda a transformar, transmutar, reconstruir! Saturno vem ajudar a analizar o que se passa em cada momento, traz sabedoria e paz.
Durante os próximos dias, tudo o precisamos é calma, confiança. Sabe que em todos os momentos podes relaxar, respirar e não reagir! Cancer Full Moon & Grand Cross ~ Polarities expanding our consciousness

This Full Moon in Cancer is a challenging one! Although its a Cancer Full Moon it is, in fact, happening on Gemini Constellation, more specifically on the twin stars Pollux and Castor. This makes this event, all about opposite energies. The twin stars represent them selves the conflict, the anger and constant disagreement.

These two brothers have lived in conflict and war since... forever... and they still battle! they are complete opposites and they fight the inner battle which reflects all our inner battles and consequently is manifested in the world`s reality through all conflicts between brothers... for we are all brothers! nations, tribes, families...

The simple fact of this being a Cancer Full Moon is also showing us opposites, because Moon in Cancer pull us inside of ourselves. But the Sun in Capricorn pushes us to work the outside world! Cancer is looking for security in its inner temple and Capricorn wants to build this temple by manifesting and maneuvering external energies.

Another aspect happening is the Grand Cross of this Full Moon, here we have, with this square, more opposite energies: the Sun is opposite the Moon (that is what a full moon is) - this aspect gives us a very sensitive and emotional moment in opposite to the mind, the material opposing the intuitive, the male opposing the female, the quiet opposing the energetic will. This can give us a hard time in all kinds of relationships. ~ Jupiter is opposite to Uranus - Everything that is being upsetting you lately can be very difficult to handle. Impulsive reactions towards somethings that you can usually control and tolerate!

We have stunning connections balancing all these polarities!!! Pluto, for example... is helping us transforming, transmuting, rebuild! Saturn comes to help us analyze what goes on at each moment, brings wisdom and peace.

During the next few days, all we need is calm, trust. Know that at all moments you can relax, breath and not react! know that this is the first Moon this year and it is a great momentum because this is showing us the way to deal with ourselves in order to gain respect! respect for others, for life, for what we still do not understand or do not enjoy. The way to abundance is happiness

The only way to get what you want is to flow with ease, not wait, not wonder, not focus... the only way is that feeling inside that gives you happiness, the only way is to BE. 

The only way is to be happy before you get it, by knowing, by feeling it! Never wait for something so you can be happy, because first of all waiting doesnt exist, second happiness is your natural way to BE.

How can i explain the miracle of receiving miracles, the happiness of being happy, the joy of laughing, the ecstasy of life, the easiness of solving problems, the softness of creating everything... when there are no words, no words at all that to describe, as words are made by disappointed, tired, un-faith, non-believable beings... how can i transform this into words that are magical, real as life really is! no matter the illusion-airy world we might live in, no matter the force of gravity that prevents us to fly, no matter the tears and the pain...

Just listening to the wind outside and feeling the cold in my arms; tasting the coffee and chocolate, imagining sceneries and goals on my mind, walking and smiling, smelling the sea and touching the sand, lightening a candle and watching its light for a first time, always... the softness of clothes,the touch of water, each face i look at, each accent i listen to.

The higher feelings and vibrations are as magical... never more, for earth is the magical realm, the expression of our dream heaven... we just do not see it when we are here... the color of the energies, how they move, how they smile as they fly towards someone in need... everything is so magical... the thinking of someone who is thinking of me, the i have an idea and the idea materialize, the i go buy and i receive a present, the i offer and i know it was important to do it... the i love you and i love you more... the one who is in pain and offends us and we give time and space... and time and space always work miracles... the acknowledgment that when we do not focus on anything, everything happens... we just need to move in life, never stagnate, never stop, always create what we love, and love everything we do as it is the first time we do it... the change when it is time to move on forward into the future, bring future to our feet and hands... smiling always to what we do not desire anymore for it was so great, so great we cant have it anymore! hahaha yes! the walking, the moving... as well as the rest, the enjoying everything with large breaths... the WOW when we just noticed mistakes we are doing for so long! it is a wow yes! because we feel grateful for so many bad things coming our way, for we saw the truth! our truth! wow! yes! now i see a bit more, now i can change, now i can imagine other life that isnt only this! i can go and do something different, maybe by doing something similar... it doesnt matter! what matters is that each time we look closer to ourselves we grow! we love more life, we are more life and we create more life!

O LIFE! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING because everything was I, everything was me showing things to my self waiting for things to be seen clearly! As we align truthfully with ourselves, nothing is impossible... O how can i explain it, how can i show you... it is so beautiful we can explode! it is so perfect i just want to tell you... but i do not know how! i do not know how to do it... it is a feeling... no! it is a knowing... NO! It is being, BEING! JUST BEING WHATEVER YOU ARE, YOU WANT, YOU WISH, YOU FEEL, YOU DESIRE, YOU DREAM... O i just want to find words to tell you how easy it is to do what you look for...

Trust your guidance system to grow on 2017

One of the biggest symptoms people are feeling lately related to this time of ascension, is mainly the pressure on the SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA and on THROAT CHAKRA. At first these symptoms are not very noticeable, but as we see closely and pay attention to our body and how it is feeling things, we start noticing these pressures. 

This year is all about changing our lives, as we moved further into our true self. Its all about acknowledging what needs to be really changed from within to the outside. No more "im doing things right, so i dont get why the universe is not sending miracles my way..." NO! You cant be doing things right, then! Something in you, which you know isnt according to your will, to your feeling of who you truly are, is still there... insisting in being complicating what is very easy to solve! You think you love yourself enough, already... you think your doing everything right! Sure you love yourself enough, sure you arent doing anything wrong! But are you loving yourself to the most of it? does it makes you respect yourself needs, will, wishes, feelings, actions? Does what you do, everything  you do, shows and reflects who you truly are? 

When the opportunity comes, do you still get excuses to not going further? because... when the opportunity comes, it means you created it! you see? and what will be the answer you will give to the universe? because the universe will not only give what you want, it will send you on a package of challenge, related to your inner vibration which ultimately shows to the universe the amount of fear you still feel!

If you do not feel any pressure on any chakra, one of two options: you are perfectly where you are, feeling happy and enjoying your creation for the time being... or... you are not creating at all!

When you think about what you wish to see in your life, feel your body and see what chakra feels that fear of getting things started, of moving towards it! The chakra that is feeling the pressure is blocked due to the chakras below, on the chakras below there is where the problem resides. And then it affects the qualities of the chakra you feel is pressuring your senses, as well.

Look at yourself, your life, know that you can always love yourself more, respect yourself. Just because you think you are being a loving being by acting as you are, does not mean that is the best for the ones you are helping. That goes for you and others. Sometimes nurturing avoids growth! Sometimes help is freeing others, or freeing ourselves from comfort due to fear.

For your life to get amazing you do not need to leave everything behind... you can do it if that is what you want, but know that being a spiritual being has no rules at all... that is what we are here to become... so no rules... change if you want, leave everything if you want, but dont be that radical if you dont want! The goal is to feel happy and fulfilled, not feel any kind of pressure. The only rule is your own self and its wishes! It is ok to want to be comfortable so we can have a security life so we go further moving towards other objectives, ok? No need to abandon others (unless you want...), no need to leave your job (unless you want, and/or can do it right way!)

You are in control of everything, that is how this whole process works! and do not forget this!

Sacred Geometry: The SEED of Life

WITHIN THE EGG OF LIFE, THE FLOWER OF LIFE AND THE FRUIT OF LIFE, THERE IS THE SEED

The Seed Of Life is found on the Sacred pattern of the Flower of Life. The Seed of Life is where the codes to Sacred Consciousness live.

The symbol of the Seed of Life is made by 7 circles: 6 circles around a seventh. The connections made by these 7 circles form the encoded message of life which is a pattern that shapes life = creation.

Everything is related to this patterns and the key is within the SEED. From music, to colors of the rainbow, all shapes of creation and even the seven main chakras. From the biology of the Earth, to the whole cosmos, the deep meaning of the SEED is ours to unfold.

From the SEED, and as infinite as creation, the other patterns evolved... the Egg of Life, the Flower of Life, the Fruit of Life. These structures are the Divine in motion. OF COURSE THE SEED IS WITHIN THE EGG AS WELL AS THE EGG IS WITHIN THE SEED.

The Egg of Life, its structure is the same structure as music tones. The same happens with the division of cellular system - the first cell divides into two cells, then to four cells then to eight, thats why the seed of life, which turn into the egg of life, is responsible for the human existence, therefore, the Merkaba. If you concentrate by visualization on these patterns, you draw them yourself or wear pendants you will certainly feel yourself upgrading your consciousness. Remembrances come and shift happens, undoubtedly!

RESTORING YOUR DNA

We ask you to heal and clear your emotional self, not only because you need to be emotional healthy in order to be happy, but also because it is a requirement to shift into higher vibrations.

As you are able to heal the old traumas of your emotional body, you start vibrating higher emotionally. What does this mean? you are able to feel new different emotions, joy, happiness, love, compassion, freedom…

All these feelings are totally new! Do not be mistaken, they are not the same kind of feelings you have experienced so far! They are higher emotions, with another frequency within, because they are pure and clean, so… if you answer me saying you have already felt them, think again… even calling them the same – love, compassion, etc… they are not the same. You used to feel those things in a 3D perspective and now, as you are rising into higher dimensions, you will notice that your emotions have raised as well.

And those new emotions are the secret to unlock your light-body. Your DNA is being affected by those high frequencies and from the two strand DNA you are plugging back your original, ancient 12-strand DNA onto your chakras.

All your body is being rearranged due to your new vibration. You have stored inside your body the old divine codes that you are made of, and now as new frequencies run in yourself, your body is remembering, recoding, plugging them and re-building the new you.

That stored information, which is in you for ages, is even in your skeletal system. And all that DATA is being brought to the surface, step by step, layer by layer. That data must come to all cells of your body, re-arrange everything. So… imagine: your skin, organs and muscles have made all this time a compact protection for your skeleton and at the same time they kept all that information in your bones from rising!

Now… with all the light your body is been “eating”, that data cannot be hidden because it is being awakened and it is struggling to come to the surface. No wonder you feel so many symptoms in this ascension process!

Your BLUE PRINT is rising and changing all parts. You are feeling a lot of changes, some you do not understand because they do not make you feel good, but it is all part of the DNA changes. From the TWO-STRAND we are building the FIVE-STRAND, SIX-STRAND, AND SO ON… imagine what we have accomplished so far! It is amazing! And you did it!

This a LIGHT GAME and the trick is vibrating high emotionally. Keep healing yourself and pay attention to all you feel. A constant growth is happening in your deep, whole being, so your emotional body feels it all and needs to keep ascending.

Your emotions reflect what and who you are at each moment. Be the best version of yourself always! Love, yourself, do not judge yourself – accept all you feel in order to transmute, forgive, clean, clear, rise, shift… if you judge you are controlling it, but if you accept all you feel you are shifting into your own freedom. Only by acceptance you can heal, and therefore you can ascend, which is the same as saying – ALIGNING WITH YOUR DIVINE SELF AND PURPOSE.

In the path of building our light-body our original DNA is being plugged in. Our whole body including our chakras, our higher self, are involved in this magical procedure that requires light, and more light! being constantly open to receive light, being aware of the fabulous work your being is doing daily, is the basic emotional and mental state to do allow this work within.

Then… all the work we can do to improve and help the body on this task is sure very welcoming.

From the food we eat, to the contemplation of nature, the connections we chose, what we do on our free time, on or jobs… all is important. Even a few minutes of relaxation, laughter, meditation, can help immensely our DNA re-coding!

Engage with the abundance of light on 2017

I observe many things through what i call "rainbow spectacles". Regarding this year of 2017 i see it orange and blue. The blue relates to this millennium and the orange to the year it self. The blue this year is very bright which i consider to be a great sign: protection, strength, divine will and purpose. The orange of 2017 represents: JOY, DIVINE PURPOSE, WILL, ENTHUSIASM, FULFILLMENT, SERVICE. For the ones ready to fully work their mission, this is an excellent year. For others that still feel the need to clear things within, this year can be great as the energies are all about the Divine. They will keep coming, pure and strong and can help us purge and re-qualify ourselves to what ever frequency we want to be vibrating at.

One thing is certain: the light will be stunning! You might have received the same info from others, and it is so! the density of light on earth will increase immensely and that is to be used on all our daily life, in order to make changes both personally and collectively. Spirituality isnt a special moment with which you connect for an hour or so, spirituality is a way of life and we balance all wisdom, energy connections and love with everything on this world. that is the goal! we do not aim for stepping out of here, we aim for making this here better, joyful, free!
Each time a "bad" moment comes to your life, do not see it as a bad situation, see it as a transformational need. Something isnt yet clear within you, otherwise you wouldnt go through it! every thing is a reflection of ourselves and we often think we have done the work, that we have shifted enough to not have hard experiences, but things around us show us that we still are living with patterns we thought we had put aside already; but... life is experience and that is what we came here to do (mostly) because we have chosen this place to grow, to experience life as it is here! look at all situations differently. What can i see through what is happening? what is life showing to me? which is the same as: what is me trying to tell me?
Ask yourself to give you signs or even to tell you STOP! each time you are repeating behaviors you do not wish to do anymore; you will see that a voice will come at the right moment! Trusting ourselves, engaging communication with our true self is fabulous and anyone can do it.
This awesome light density will show to us along the year THE WAY! we are very stubborn and it s very difficult to really make changes from within; we rather watch things change outside not needing to re-arrange things inside. but that cant happen! we must be brave enough to open to the messages the universe is giving us, loving ourselves enough to say: okay! okay! i really need to look at how i live my life, not judging me but loving myself much more, so i look for whats best for me, really the best... for whats best for me would certainly makes the difference for all that is!

What ever your gender, age, sex, way of life, country... it doesnt matter! and do not compare yourself and your life to others, because we all have different experiences, challenges, soul plans, wishes, dreams, paths... so, just engage with the energy of 2017, make your life true, abundant, rich of light and love, go for it! live gratefully and consciously!

what do you prefer: PREDICTIONS or POSSIBILITIES?

We all know the search for prediction through out the year... but when a new year comes, that search rises! the thing is, although some predictions are quite good, you probably notice that it never comes when we are expecting things to happen and when they happen we always get surprised! this happens with our personal life as well as the collective. As predictors usually channel their information, the time factor is never easy to be on target due to the difference of dimensional vibrations and their "time" energy being so different, or even non-existent! other aspect is the fact that often things are really happen and we do not get the news confirming it!

When you listen or read about predictions, specially if different sources tell something similar... believe that something is happening, but maybe behind the scenes!

I find this subject really amazing! but what i want to tell you about this all is: there is a negative aspect that most do not notice - the waiting for things to happen, the laziness, the non-movement! life is to be lived and to be created by everyone. you might think you are in no position to stand up and do something; that is a wrong perspective that puts you on an observer situation, preventing yourself from using creative energies to build!

While you think about wanting to know what predictions might be floating around the world, use your multiverse nature to be yourself as a fully conscious and creative being! never wait, just live totally, fully, completely! what ever predictions you see and read, remember that they are possible because of the energies that enable them to happen; so... use those energies full of possibilities to do something as well! every energy is here at our disposal and when important energetic moments come, they come for every one.

If you think events come only for some... think again and get in touch with your true self, then call all your parts to be present and be fully engaged with life so you can create. Remember: it is all about choice, so... what is your choice? it doesnt matter what job you have, how lonely you feel, how much money you have... dont you realize yet that life isnt only about what is happening in the world you see with your physical eyes? and even that world, you think is put in motion with what? hands, feet and brains? no! there is so much more about life... there is so much more about everything! and maybe what you are doing now is exactly what you are supposed to do, and maybe  where you are is the right place! and if it isnt... well, seams you have a lot to dream and plan, then! right?!

There`s another level of energy, another level of consciousness - the one that you use to speed up life when you read or watch about predictions; The one, predictions will rise you up, will make you engage with life, with the world, with whatever you are meant to be! use those possibilities of divine momentum! they exist for you as well! they are you! go live, go do, go be, go love!

1.1.1 There`s a shift going on!

Each nine years, the first of January works as a powerful elevation fuel. For the ones who understand what ever is happening to them at this day, the shift is inevitable.

If you feel angry, look at it, maybe you will notice you really need to be angry so you clean, do some closer on a specific subject which you have been trying to close! so let it all come out, take decisions inspired on the love you feel for yourself! once and for all.

If you are having some lack of energy, analyse your body, what are you missing or what should you stop or start doing so you get healthier. It can also be about emotion or mental inertia - do you have any plans for your life? do you lack faith on yourself? change by taking care of yourself in all ways; also do whatever you need to start having goals and believing in yourself and in the universe!

if you feel like sleeping, you probably need to connect further with your true self in order to find what are the right movements so you keep going further. Sleep then, you can also meditate some or enhance some dialogues with yourself, they always work!

If your mind is very active and you feel great, means probably that you only need to focus and look at priorities. Schedule things so you do not get lost on so many things you want to do for your future self.

On the other hand, if you are feeling a lot of thought/mind activity but you feel discomfort in some areas of your body, that probably means your emotional self is sending messages to your mental body so you give attention to problems you still need to solve within yourself, and consequently on your life.

Pay attention to the way you feel during this first week of January. see things as signs, messages you are sending to yourself for some reason.

These are awesome energies, just use them to your growth. Help others if you need that is your moment. Whatever you do, do it with clarity, consciously and with lot of love.

Simples formas de elevar a tua frequência

Normalmente as coisas simples são sempre o segredo... Como tudo o resto só necessitas de um pequeno detalhe: acreditar!
Estamos a mudar rapidamente, a alterar o nosso ADN, a construir o nosso corpo de luz, recreando-nos constantemente em seres cristalinos, sublimes, tal como éramos no início! as mudanças que sofremos dentro de nós são imensas e não fazemos ideia do trabalho que todos os nossos corpos fazem diáriamente; o mesmo acontece com os diversos níveis do nosso corpo aurico. Transmutação, purificação, transformação, cura, criação, re-criação, elevação. E à medida que esse trabalho se opera, "sofremos" fases instáveis. usa estas ideias para estabilizar os impulsos dissonantes internos.
Tu tens esse poder dentro de ti, essa capacidade que te empurra para a alegria e o movimento, atraves dos quais podes criar livremente cada novo dia. De cada vez que te sentires em baixo quando nao encontras razão aparente, lembra-te que estás a contribuir para baixares a tua frequência vibratória. Toma consciência disso e tenta isto.
Em vez de veres programas estúpidos na televisão, pôe um filme de Super Heróis! (ou algo que não contribua para a tristeza) faz milagres! Já que em essência tu és um Super Herói (só não te lembras disso) o teu ser superior está a ser puxado para essa vibração. Isto dar-te-á imensa energia porque as partes de ti que se lembram disso acordam, em vez de se deixarem adormecer queando te sentes em baixo. Nós realmente possuímos grandes poderes que estão latentes esperando ser usados; se pensarmos bem, veremos que houve momentos em que o fizemos. Sempre concluímos que foram forças exteras que o fizeram, mas quantas vezes fomos nós próprios que nos salvámos... É tudo acerca daquele fé inabalável! ... que acorda o mágico interno. Não dogi que não existem forças externas perto de nós guiando-nos e apoiando-nos... mas nós somos os que podem mesmo aperar magia, pois sem essa fé e vontade, nenhuma força virá em nosso favor! Nós fazemos com que a ajuda seja possível.
Usa pensamentos que te dêm poder, bem como palavras e sentimentos. Não permitas que coisas te ponham em baixo ou te retirem valor. Não esqueças que necessitas mesmo de acreditar, quanto mais acreditares em ti, mais chegas lá! Olha para ti, para o teu corpo, e vê a grandeza. As tuas mãos, os teus olhos. Tu és maravilhoso. Tens um corpo maravilhoso que te proporciona criares. Usa-o bem e sente-te abençoado. Toma conta de ti. Especialmente quando te sentes em baixo deves amar o teu corpo. Os benefícios são imensos!
Lembra-te que quando mais vês e sabes... menos certezas tens... Isso é perfeitamente natural e é um sinal que estás a ir bem! Não deixes que isso tire a tua coragem, confiança e vontade de seguir em frente.
Fala contigo. Tu podes controlar tudo. e falar contigo é um treino ótimo. À medida que elevas a tua frequência, os teus pensamentos e sentimentos manifestam repidamente, então tu queres iniciar um dialogo contigo, explicando tudo e, que tudo está bem, que nada se ganha por estarmos na negativa.
Escolhe coisas a fazer que te façam feliz. Existem biliões de coisas para fazer para além das tuas tarefas e, mesmo essas tarefas devem ser feitas com prazer. Não passes um dia sem fazer algo que ames, não arranges desculpas, não pega!!! se tens tempo para tudo, tens decerto tempo para algo que ames! mai nada!
Eleva a tua energia e disposição, fazendo um batido/sumo com espinafres, cenouras, laranja, maçã, beterraba, tomate, etc... usa o que quiseres... faz isso diariamente, pois esses sumos naturais usando simultâneamente fruta e verduras/legumes são ótimos para nos dar um suplemento de nutrientes puros. Come também um bolo se assim o desejares, porque não? se tomares atenção diariamente à tua alimentação, poderás ter "espaço" para um doce ou bombom, pois o teu corpo está a funcionar em ótimas condições! não vais deixar de fazer a tua parte de "salvar o mundo" por isso, ok? melhor: estarás a vibrar na alegria e é isso que salvará o mundo, acredita!!! não esquecer boa água mineral!
Escolhe cores que te inspirem sentimentos de alegria. Sons que subam o teu astral. Cheiros que te inspirem. Amigos que façam amar.
Medita se é isso que te dará sentimentos felizes. Mas não insistas em meditar quando não te apetece. Mais vale ir dar uma volta!
Procura sempre conhecimento, Quer seja do coração, quer seja da tua intuição maior, quer seja de fontes externas (mas aqui, não te esqueças de filtrar o que faz sentido para ti). Tudo está dentro de ti, mas à medida que te abres para receber informação, estás a ativar a tua rópria fonte de saber. Lembra-te que o que possa servir para outros, pode não servir para ti, e não há problema nenhum com isso.
Toima atenção aos teus pensamentos, palavras e sentimentos. Eles são fequências que manifestam depressa na realidade e atraiem para o teu campo energético outras energias. Portanto, dever queres atrair tudo o que for positivo. O que vibras, atrais; o que atrais interfere contigo e volta novamente a manifestar externamente... é um ciclo vicioso. O que queremos são ciclos positivos e isso começa internamente!

IN THIS MOMENT HERE, THE RIGHT VIBRATION IS THE FREQUENCY OF CERTAINTY. IT IS LIKE THE UNIVERSE IS COMING NEAR AND NEAR TO EVERYTHING IN OUR LIVES AND THAT IS A BLESSING. THE ONLY DEMAND IS WHAT WE FEEL AND BE WITH IT ONCE AND FOR ALL. THE MORE YOU FEEL GRATEFUL AND LOVE WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHERE YOU ARE NOW, THE MORE POSITIVENESS YOU ATTRACT.
